The hotel and hotel staff were impressive. They have great daily housekeeping service as well. A cozy place to stay that is not so expensive and will deliver what is needed. I would definitely say that this hotel is magnificent and absolutely my favorite. Foods and desserts are scrumptious. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Beautiful casino resort hotel, themed in ancient Egypt, where its building is mainly a pyramid. To admire the building is its architecture and decoration.Spacious and large rooms. With thematic exhibitions, ”Titanic” and “Bodies the exhibitions”. Showroom for the “Blue man group”.Spacious resort area with swimming pools with bungalows. The latest news says that the pyramid building will soon be demolished due to the cost of maintaining the building, and a new building (casino hotel) with the same theme will be built in its location.Take the opportunity to get to know perhaps the few buildings in the world with this architectural format.
Check-in was easy, and quick; we were promptly greeted. The journey throughout the casino and hotel was pleasant and clean. Our room was clean and tidy. Sheets and towels were free of stains and tears. The bathroom was properly clean. However, we found the beds less than comfortable in comparison with such hotels as La Quinta Inn & Suites, Hampton, Holiday Inn, and a couple strip hotels. Our largest displeasure was the noise that easily filtered from the hallways into our room on the 7th floor. Honestly, this was the noisiest hotel stay outside of staying at a renovated Motel 6, and this is not an embellishment!.Would we stay here again? No.Would we visit the other facilities within? Yes
Positive: The room was really clean Negative: The halls are long
The room we stayed in was very nice and clean with a big bathtub and nice view. My only complaint is it didnt seem like there was anyone to help us navigate the giant casino. Everyone we asked for help was just trying to push us on our way even though we didnt know where we were going yet. It didnt feel very welcoming.
Hotel looks nice but I would think twice about spending the night here. First room we had, had hairs on the pillows. We went right back to the reception to get a different room. The second room had dirty drinking glasses and the heater did not work. Room temperature did not go above 62 degrees. As a matter of fact, it kept dropping instead. Called for maintenance, and a technician came by eventually and fixed it. Kind of disappointed. Way too much hassle. Wont come back.
This was a very unique hotel and a very great stay! I had a newly renovated room and it was very nice. One thing I wish my room had was a mini fridge at the very least. A microwave would have been nice also, as I had an extended stay, but it allowed me to go out and try the food that’s around and even in the hotel. This hotel is connected by a walkway that’s indoors and will take you to the Mandalay Bay Hotel and in that hallway there are many shops and restaurants. I tried many of them and it was great for those days you might not want to go outside but still get out your room and see something. There’s definitely a lot to do between the two hotels.
Positive: The amenities were amazing Negative: There was a roach in the bathroom
Staff a front desk needed customer service skills. They dont take your request seriously regarding disability people. There hotel is to large and the walk to your room is 20 min from the lobby exit. Pool close at 5pm. The liquor at the pool is $30 a cup. Starbucks is close inside the hotel. Breakfast is open from 10am to 2pm with limited service. One restaurant open per day. King room does not come with a refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave nothing. The king bed is close to the floor. Housekeeping is the only staff that follow direct in help staff. Manager are not helpful. In they dont refund money if you like to take business somewhere else.
Tower side is where we stayed. Hotel is nice and just large enough to not get lost. Lots of game options available and attached to Excalibur if you want a change of scenery. Food options are also good. If you have a comp and resort credit, be sure to ask what you can use your credit on. Also, check in can be a bit of a lengthy process
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Luxor! Clean room and friendly staff! The food choices were delicious and they offer several shows within the Luxor itself. We were able to walk to many of the other casinos and shows from the Luxor and it is within a close distance from the airport. I would definitely recommend staying at the Luxor! Looking forward to going back!
For the 5 nights we stayed at Luxor, it was as good as expected for having to deal with Covid19. No crowded restaurants. Would have been more fun if the machines would pay.
I loved my stay at the luxor hotel. Inside the hotel is a joyful experience. Eating and playing slots at the hotel was so much fun. You can smoke tobacco on the casino floor. A lot of the hotels connect to the luxor and you can stroll through all of them. Looking at all the architecture and art throughout the hotels was a wonderful experience.
Food court. Pool looks great but not open now. I would try to stay here in pool season. The South end of strip is so easy to get in and out of if you are driving. Too bad no trans due to covid. But easy walkways to Excalibur and Mandalay Bay.
The place is really awesome but it had been built 40 years ago and is poorly maintained. There is a rumor in the air that it is going to be torn down pretty soon and the new casino be built in its place, therefore no major maintenance jobs are undertaken, all the money is set aside & saved towards the future project
I give the Luxor Hotel & Casino located at 3900 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119 FIVE STARS. Was my first time staying at Luxor and I must say it was a great experience. For being a 27 year old Hotel & Casino, it sure has been well kept. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was so helpful. This place has great food options and lots of entertainment for everyone to enjoy. S-ENTERTAINMENT-* Blue Man Group* HyperX Esports Arena* Bodies The Exhibition* Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition* FANTASY* Carrot Top-FOOD OPTIONS-* Backstage Deli* Pyramid Café* Experience Sports* Diablos Cantina* Public House* STARBUCKS
No Valet service so I will only give 3 stars... You have to be able to get your Car parked for you, otherwise your doing a lot of walking. Other than that, the rooms are immaculate, clean and affordable... I recommend this Hotel if you dont mind walking and only because of the Covid 19 Virus, Luxor has suspended Valet parking but everything else is open. Happy labor day weekend...
Room was spacious and was nice to stay in. Its an older hotel so please understand its not going to be perfect with everything. No dance floor, no problem! Enjoyed the hotel bar after a walk around the Strip. The bar played good music and hey, dancing in your chair is a great alternative. Adapting to the changes at its finest. Stay safe in Vegas everyone. Cheers!
It was an okay place to stay my room was clean(somethings were missed in my room and my bedding was torn)but the staff was friendly. However the rooms are non smoking but you could smell cigarette smoke from other peoples room and there is evidence that someone smoked in my room before, and it seemed that the staff didnt care. I cant say they didnt report it but the housekeepers just continued to clean rooms. The other thing thats by any means is their fault if you need peace and quiet to sleep this is not the place for you. The rooms are quiet but the hallway is incredibly loud especially early in the morning. All in all I would stay again I just wish they had a kids free floor.
I prefer the Tower rooms & Suites, but the pyramid is still a sight to see and nicely appointed remodeled rooms.
The Luxor Las Vegas, NV is one of the older Vegas spots yet they still have higher end amenities. The separate shower and tub are nice. King size elite room is cost effective and worth the cost.
Positive: Staffs ability to help during situations Negative: Cleanliness unacceptable
Positive: Beautiful lobby Negative: Room was extremely rundown and needs remodeling. Inside food was expensive.
Honestly the quality of the luxor has gone down I can compare it to the circus circus we stayed Friday and checked out Tuesday...my family said it was a great place to stay actually it was my moms boyfriends favorite place to stay until recently he said it isnt the same the room had white sheets but before I knocked out I noticed black spots on the blankets..we paid about 350 for a cabana my mother and I ordered drinks and food we waited about an hour..so If you decide to go you have to ored in advance if not you will be waiting for a long time..the workers are rude..not everyone but when I went to their stores I had a couple of bad experiences.. honestly if you decide to go to vegas you are better off paying a little bit more than staying here it isnt and was not the same experience we had before honestly speaking I wont be coming back to the luxor it was awesome before but this trip really shows that they are not upholding the same standards
Beautiful hotel. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because we didnt actually end up staying at this hotel. Lobby is beautiful and well-maintained. They have the Titanic and body exhibits here. Those were both wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel. You can walk from Mandalay Bay through Luxor all the way through Excalibur and end up near New York-New York and youre walking inside the whole way. Theres also a tram available but it was closed due to covid-19 safety precautions. Its not a long walk.
My wife and I love the Luxor. Down to earth atmosphere, not to flashy like most of the hotels on the strip. Friendly staff, vegan food options at many resturants also!
I went here back in 2017 for a thanksgiving weekend and I had a blast! The one complaint I had was when you enter the Luxor you are blasted with heated wind. Like, why? Lol but besides that I enjoyed my time there. Front desk was amazing and very helpful. The casino floor was exciting and loved all the lights, tables and slot machines that was around. Also, the bodies museum was cool. Saw a lot interesting displays with my friend who I was visiting and we both had a blast. I hope to be back there some day as it was amazing experience to stay there just get rid of the heated winds when you go inside.
I stayed at the Luxor both in August 2018 &19 I loved it no problem whatsoever even had the rental car service right at the hotel and Uber service from the airport to there Im planing on staying there again in April,,
Positive: We ended up getting a better room than expected. Negative: no
Positive: Location Negative: N/A
Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Toilet seat had some cracks and some stuff seems too need repairs but nothing major. Overall its an awesome hotel and I hope the rumours of it being demolished isnt true. Its definitely iconic
Had a personal issue and needed our room changed to the first floor, they were very understanding & accommodated us right away. Front desk seemed on top of everything when wed call with an issue or question. Would definitely stay there again. It was nice that they have the hand washing stations and have employees walking around wiping everything down. We also had super easy check-in & checking-out process using the MGM Resorts mobile app. Overall we had an awesome stay there.
Luxor was great. They were able to get my family connecting rooms without making it feel like I was bothering them like some hotels can do. I knocked off one star specifically because there was no mini fridge or microwave in either room. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.
Positive: The room was nice, with a great view. The bed was comfortable.
Very nice place, I would love to give them 5 stars but the reason Im not is because I expected more detail on the cleaning, the bathroom vent extractor has lots of dust, door broken and some other details. The parking lot was a mess with so many trash ok the floor, not mention how many people smoking marijuana everywhere. Maybe because was a cheap deal I think there is a reputation the management should care of. But in general is a lovely place to stay.
Vegas has changed a bit since the last time I visited. Almost no buffets open. Blackjack tables are limited to 3 players. Have to compliment amazing service, housekeeping kept the towels refreshed and everyone was friendly. Felt like the vacation was over too soon. Still gets packed with people but wasnt unbearable. Only Corona I seen had a lime, looked delicious.
Great views and amazing rooms. The beds are so soft you dont ever want to get out of them. Showers are fantastic and the rest of the bathroom is so clean they seem to put alot of effort into making sure the room you get is worth the money you spend.
First stay at Luxor. Skipped advance electronic check-in; front desk check-in was about 8 people ahead of me and a 13 min wait. Staff was professional and friendly. I received a free upgrade to the West Tower. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with a shower and separate bathtub. The TV was big (55 ?) and great reception. A fantastic value at midweek rates. I observed some things consistent with other reviewer themes: furniture was older and a bit dinged up, minor trash in the hallways and near elevator and a noisy room with multiple guests nearby after 10 pm. My main complaint, and why I only scored this review 4 stars, is the self-parking garage is across a street behind the hotel and is a long walk from the front desk and West Tower. Id estimate a quarter-mile or more, plus there is no exit towards the parking lot from West Tower, so you have to go away from the garage to the center of the hotel to get to the walkway to the garage. I forgot something in my car once and it was a half-mile walk. The pool was excellent and was robustly staffed with multiple lifeguards, who did a great job ensuring safety compliance (i.e., kids running on pool deck). I was unhappy with COVID risk reduction in the casino. Smoking is permitted and I saw several people chain-smoking so they never had their mask on. Add to that the people drinking with mask down, so I didnt gamble here at all. Overall, I would definitely return to the Luxor.
Even with Covid the stay was pleasant and the staff exceptional!
Love the aesthetics! TVs could be better quality. We went during covid-19 so most of the hotels exciting stuff was closed, but Im glad the hotel is looking out for its patrons
3 star rating due to not having a refrigerator in the room. That was very inconvenient. The hotel was clean and check out was easy. I really like the fact that you need your room key to get upstairs to the rooms.
Simply amazing place lots to do many things to see very helpful polite staff and in the middle of everything
Loved it! Awesome architecture, friendly staff, clean, cozy, fantastic pool area, loved the Titanic exhibit. Definitely will be returning!
One of the coolest hotels Ive ever been to. Inside to out, this place is incredible! You cant get bored here. So much to do. Rooms were very clean.
We just checked in have arrived in our room. We are in the West tower it is nice more details later We went to pick up a truck for my daughter in Arizona and stopped in Las Vegas for the night. The only problem we ran into was food was hard to find in the hotel after 8 pm but we did enjoy the view from our window after we found food down the road. And check out was really easy from the TV.
Honestly this place was amazing, the service was great. The people were just so respectful and lively. I will definitely come here again.
The rooms were clean. The staff from the front desk, bell desk, security etc. were excellent. Very nice, awesome, lovely people work at the Luxor. My mom had a awesome time for her Birthday. Thanks
Stayed here for the weekend. The rooms were okay. The main complaint I have is the shower door didnt close all the way on the bottom so water would leak out while showering. And the bathroom floors around the toilet didnt look like they were very clean when we arrived. The Casino was great! A lot of tables and games to choose from. The buffet was closed which was a bummer.
Just happened to make an unplanned stop here for a night coming from Utah. Been to Vegas many times and this just happened to be my first time staying at the Luxor. Price was good but the first room smelled like an ashtray even though it was considered to be a non smoking hotel/room. When we asked to be moved the sink didn’t drain properly and it seems like we were surrounded by children unattended in their rooms. Next time we will stick with another mgm resort and spend a little more money on a better quality room
I love the Egyptian theme it has to it! I would have given it a perfect 5 stars if the elevators didnt feel like they were going to fall off the rails. Very nice rooms! Easy self check in by downloading the app! Ill definitely be staying here again!
Loved this hotel. Pet friendly. Rooms were as advertised in online images, food court has great food options, and the pool is so relaxing. I would recommend reserving a cabana by the pool to add to the experience at this resort.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Luxor. My dislike about the stay is that the parking lot is too far away from the casino. It took a while to tread up the hill to the casino, especially while the cold wind blew furiously. The customer service and the food from the Pyramid Cafe was delightful. The guest service agents were also friendly and helpful. I also suggest a small mini- fridge to preserve leftover food from dining out since their is no kitchenette provided in the rooms. Thanks and sincerely, Shaun
I was not thrilled when I discovered that the room overlooked the roof and did not particularly care for the Rorschach design on the drapes but the room was clean and the hotel staff was basically friendly and efficient. Unfortunately it got cold shortly after our arrival and we did not get to enjoy the patio and pool area very much. I would like to come back when the restaurants are open and the shows are playing again.
Negative: Rooms need to be updated. Wasnâ€t my choice was here for a wedding
Loved my room.. was in the pyramid on the 22nd floor. Very neat and clean. Beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was great! The front desk staff is amazing as well! The only complaint that I have is that my cellphone service in the room was TERRIBLE. I could not use my phone in the room, but all in all I would definitely stay at this hotel again..
I always have a blast at the Luxor. Its shaped like a huge pyramid and there are cool shows, events, and food. A must see in Vegas!
Positive: The room was clean Negative: No
We really enjoyed our stay. The Luxor is connected to the Mandalay and the Excalibur. As we expected some things were not open. It was perfect not too crowded.
Good place to stay nice clean rooms. Rooms dont stink would recommend this place has plenty of spots to eat they have a food court on the top floor. The only thing is that the hotel is not right on the strip but its not bad of a walk
Sleeping rooms are very clean and spacious. And quiet between rooms. Wish our room had a refrigerator. Gambling machines are separated for Covid. Gambling tables have dividers. Everything is nicely run. Thanks for a great stay.
I will never stay here again. First, I requested a room in the pyramid and was pushed to the towers. Second, I had to contact security because of disturbances next door and even after they came, disturbances continued. Did not sleep. Walls are thin...carpet and other esthetics are worn. Manager Brandon Chavez, awesome employee made things right. Changing my rate from 1 to 5 stars. MGM promote this guy....he was helpful and professional.
The wife and I were in Las Vegas and went to the Luxor for the first time. It wasnt bad but it also wasnt great. It is definitely showing its age but they are keeping up with it and it was clean. We only went to the casino and did not see any of the rooms and so cannot comment on those. The parking garage was just a short walk to the casino entrance and when you enter the building there is a nice relief to see. We did notice a peculiar smell by the escalators between Luxor and Mandalay Bay.It seems that this particular casino could do well with families as it is between Excalibur and Mandalay Bay, both of which have some family activities. Over all impressions were good but it is not the kind of resort that we enjoy.
I used the rewards from myvegas and popslots free play apps. I paid $80 in resort fees for two nights in an executive suite. The service satisfactory.
Fun hotel. Make sure you stay in pyramid and not towers. Easy to get to several other hotels.
Love Luxor every time we go. Staff is nice and theme is always on point. Went for the Titanic Exhibit. Amazing if you havent seen it!
Went to visit the shops at mandalay bay and walked over to here. The decor is very cool. Looking forward to going back when things go back to normal. Food court was open. There was a line to check in. People playing slots in the casino area.
Always a great place to stay
We enjoyed the Luxor. Several places in and near to dine in or get a quick bite. I like my hotel rooms serviced daily when We travel. This was not treated like an inconvenience. The Casino was large and offered stuff for newcomers, and veteran players. Plenty walking to keep your exercise in tact. We had a great time.
Staff was very accommodating, the hotel is worth seeing...plan on a long walk from parking to room ...covid has the restaurants twisted, but had a good stay.
My Dad took us when this place opened! Had my Honeymoon there, suites are luxurious! Pool is great for kids, and adults. Buffet is worth it, rooms are clean. Room service for extra towels, or toilet paper is quick and courteous. Cleaning staff is always nice. Late checkouts are 3pm without an added fee. We stay in 2b levels, 8-9 floors. Worth it!
Positive: Location Negative: screaming and fighting all night by multiple guests. No sleep to be had!
Spent our honeymoon here! Beautiful room on the 28th floor with a jacuzzi the view was amazing from up there! Beautiful sunrise and spectacular sunsets!
I stayed at the Luxor for the first time a few days ago. It was a super last minute trip, as in the same day I was asked to go, I booked a flight from SFO to Vegas giving myself about 2 hours to get packed, ready and to the airport. I booked my room while I was on the plane somewhere over the desert! When I got to the hotel, I was totally in awe. It was gorgeous. I stayed on the 5th floor of the East tower, and these rooms were recently remodeled. It didnt have all the bells and whistles of a penthouse suite but it was good enough for me . It was huge and super clean. King sized bed, 50 inch TV with tons of channels, big bathroom with separate glass shower and sunk in tub which you can see into the shower and vice-versa. Finally, the price was unreal (in a good way). It was roughly 77.10 a night. That includes the room tax and resort fee. I ended up staying there 2 nights instead of one and they made it super easy to accommodate me and I was able to stay in my same room. The casino there is awesome as well. It wasnt too packed at any particular time, day or night. I won a little and lost a little, so it was a good balance. Id definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and will be going back again in the near future. Some pics from around the hotel are included.
Stayed in a 2 room suite, room was clean, good food places, would stay there again
Very nice place. Awesome staff. COVID respectful.
The venue and theme is nice. The room needed a little attention as the furniture was chipped and looked like the corners were chewed. My time there was brief and had no desire to walk from the parking lot all the way to my room
The concept of this hotel is really great! Although it is not my favorite on the Las Vegas Strip because it is older and needs some serious updating, it is fun to actually go and experience the property. See what they have to offer in the way of restaurants and fun activities.
The only thing I didnt like was there were no mini fridges in the rooms. We had to put our drinks on ice. But we had a blast. I loved the hotel.
Positive: Staff Negative: no coffee pot or refrigerator. And was not in pyramid was in tower
Pretty on the outside but a nightmare to navigate on the inside. You see evidence of age and neglect, especially with the elevators which shake like crazy (no inspection posted). Once you got to your floor, the walk to the rooms was about two football fields in length. The room was small and decor outdated. If your on a budget and love to walk miles and miles while pushing an elevator button that rarely lights up, this is the place to be.
Amazing hotel with unbelievable rooms and rates. Best deal on the strip and worth every penny. I stayed in the pyramid. And it was incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel!
The design is pretty cool inside and out.Very clean bathrooms, smiling faces and great food.
Awesome hotel...you gotta see this place
The hotel itself is very cool, love the egyptian theme! We stayed in the pyramid though and the elevator situation made it quite a walk just to get out of our room. The pools were also pretty nice but staff was a bit TOO strict on the mask rules while poolside. We were also pretty disappointed when we were looking for some late night eats and found out that the in-house deli that was advertised as 24hr was in fact NOT 24hr. The location on the strip also put us away from the action so overall, we had a decent stay but will probably book elsewhere for our next Vegas trip.
Love it, first time staying at the Luxor. The room was cleaned and sanitized. Treat bag full of essentials when we arrived to our room. Safety of the customer came first. Would definitely be back
This place is awesome! It looks so impressive both inside and outside.
I passed in front of this place from the outside when visiting the Fabulous Las Vegas sign. I found the surroundings to be clean and the lobby was spacious and there was plenty of seating arrangement for those who wanted to wait while their friends were checking-in like in my case.️ This place has:Yes=Ramp access.Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Entrance.Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Restroom/Toilet.Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Seating.Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Parking.Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Elevator.
The pyramid is rumored to be haunted. Talk to people who worked in the construction industry at the time, and theyll tell you that way more than 7 people died during the construction of the pyramid, but try finding numbers now. Talk to people that used to work security there, and theyll tell you about strange surveillance video from the 15th floor hallways.
Hello. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience at Luxor. Upon check-in, looking forward a seamless late check in on the MGM app, it wasn’t working. After 15 minutes of trying to get it to work we then waited in line for 30 minutes to see someone at the counter to get checked in. It was 10:00pm but we flew from Minnesota where it felt like 12:00am. At the counter we received excellent service, with a long line and many upset people they worked hard and fast to make sure everyone was seen and taken care of, great attitudes. We did not request a upgrade for having to wait, the room we selected was in the pyramid (after other visits to Las Vegas it’s been #1 on my list as a place to stay, with 4.2 star rating on Google with 63k reviews.) Customer service gave us an upgrade and got us into the west tower. The first room 15242. The room smelled like someone had just smoked weed within a few hours. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom as well as some kind of dried substances on the floor. There was a dirty towel in the tub, there was a candy rapper on the ledge looking into the shower, greasy finger prints behind the swivel mirror, there was bbq sauce(I think) splattered on the wall and to top it off when we decided that we were going to just wait until tomorrow to take care of it with customer service we pulled the blankets and there was a pink or red stain on the mattress cover. I probably slept all of 3 hours uncomfortable, stressed, grossed out... the next morning (my wife’s birthday) we see customer service, absolutely delightful I can not tell you guys how great the customer service team is, saddens me that my feedback was so negative and it wasn’t a matter of the customer service. We are seeking a resolution, the wonderful rep ***** wanted to get our room cleaned right away or get us into a new room, we decided a new room was best, we wanted to get on to the rest of our day. ***** also refunded us a resort fee for the day, very nice touch. We packed up our things and we’re on to the next room. Room 12259, the room was much better, smelled clean, relaxed on the chair and what catches my eye was a black pair of mid calf Nike socks clear as day laying right behind the chair. I’m appalled. In the bathroom, there is a target bag on the sealing with a hair binder tied to the sprinkler head. I’m beyond disappointed, I feel bad that the customer service team is so strong but you can lack in so many other departments. Maintaining these rooms is clearly not a priority, I’m sure all the old ivory outlets that aren’t tamper resistant, cracked blank plates and nasty crusty corrosion around the shower and shower head can all use some attention. The horizontal walking ramps don’t work between Excalibur and Luxor, could have made the walk back less miserable. Quantity over quality... in conclusion, we did not seek anything further, another room I can imagine we would have been sent to, would it be worse, somewhere in the middle? Maybe? I have better odds playing roulette. I don’t know what it takes to run a resort/hotel, I can imagine a lot, but if I made that kind of money, I’d be doing a better job. Here’s my Google review.
Room is great, Im in of of the new live well rooms. Very nice, neat, and has some cool features that arent in the standard room.airfiltrstion, special shower head, and an excellent AC unit.
Came to see The Titanic and Bodies exhibit truly amazing and enjoyed every second. Definitely a must see when u visit Vegas
Not horrible but not up to date either. Got stuck in the elevator and the doors would randomly open on levels of the floors. My room reminds me of what hotel rooms look liked 20 years ago. For the price they really need to update a lot of things. Spend the extra $100-$200 for something better. Trust me I will for sure next time.
Positive: Price Negative: Room was dingy, no hot water, very basic.
I loved the scenery and decorations, it was incredibly beautiful. I had a short business meeting, but I would love to go back and explore more!
Positive: Service. View. Room. Location. Uniqueness Negative: Long wait for the elevators each time.
