This year it was a little under standards this fantastic place ! Staff was very unhappy and sad! Food offers disgusting! Price always a little high ... $31? For 2 adults to get in and out ? Ahaha ... hopefully next year gets better ....

Entry line wrapped around parking and weaved through parked cars. Dont know if capacity problem or security processing strollers and diaper bags. Lots of lights, but it is a dressed carnival, recommend visiting when its not so popular and managing expectations. From the article:Experience the Magic! The Magical Forrest has become a family tradition every year for Halloveen and Christmas. Been going for over ten years now and every year since the Halloveen Magical Forrest started.I was reading some of the reviews and the trick to enjoying the Magical Forrest is to go after New Years, closer to the end. I have gone in the past when it was so crowded and I found that everyone goes in the beginning. Wait until the last few days its open and it wont be so crowded. The Magical Forrest is the cash cow for Opportunity Village which is an organization that helps those with physical and mental challenges.

This place is extremely overcrowded with not a lot of things to do here in Las Vegas for Christmas as far as rides attractions. The people who work here from the security, to the lady selling tickets are extremely rude and you can tell arent suited for working kid friendly events. The security looked my 11 year old nephew up and down and rolled her eyes at him upon entry, after waiting about 30 mins in line through the parking lot to get in.The very first ticket lady, you can tell she doesnt like kids, kept an eye on my 3 year old nephew as if he was going to steal a sword while we bought tickets/wristbands for the 3 rides that they have.Santa pictures were a long wait for the kids and packages were not very organized the sheet to choose from is hard to understand and the sales person arent much help when asking questions. The hot cocoa line was crazy long, you stand in 1 line to pay and another to pick up, we order 5 hot cocos, 2 were burning hot and 3 were just warm. I also ordered 2 bags of nuts that I thought would be warm but werent.Thank you to the lady who was managing the slide, she held my sons loss beanie until we retrieved it. The train, and Cindy Lou Who were amazing, very nice and magical. With the weather being so cold, they should have more heating lamps outside and 1s that actually work and are turned on.. I only seen 2 which 1 was broken.Train your staff or volunteers to be more approachable and friendly, to paying customers. Thanks for reading.

Daughter hit her face on the avalanche sled ride and suffered a swollen eye. Not sure if staff secured her properly because I didn’t go with. Guess it’s a little bit of my fault, but no first aid booths when I asked or ice available for her eye. Really?!?! That can’t be OSHA approved.

When I went here with my family we had a lot of fun. It was very overcrowded though and some of the staff couldve been a bit nicer but overall it was a fun experience and I hope to go there again one day.

Horrible customer service, and the woman in the box office will curse at you. Just because I asked a question about the all day tickets ride. We already bought the tickets for entry, and nobody said anything to us about the tickets for the rides are separate tickets. We talked to 2 different people. All horrible customer service.

This place is getting to expensive to bring a family. Brought my wife and 3 kids that were looking to have some fun but it was way to crowded and the lines were 2hrs plus to ride a 4 minute train ride. Plus our tickets included a hot chocolate but they were sold out 35 minutes after opening. So if every ticket sold that night includes a hot chocolate and theres 1,500 tickets sold this night then you should be prepared with enough HC for 1500 plus people not 50 people then say sorry were out. Get your sh-t together or don’t include hot chocolate if you can’t get yourself organized. I at least witnessed 50 people in line before me when the cashier said sorry we all out of coco and don’t know when or if we will have anymore. What an embarrassment. I want my money back.
