Great location for parties and activities for the kids! Eat before arriving - food is a bit expensive. Friendly staff, clean facility with a play area for younger kids.

I have taken my kids and friends here several times. Our last time was this Jan. 2020. They have made several upgrades since the last time we were there, this is very good, loved that there was comfortable seating for parents who were waiting on the kids. Our only issue was that the bathrooms smelled so bad, and were very sticky. I would suggest a thorough cleaning, other that that the kids had a great time.

Its fun. Just about everything had a line and youre at the mercy of a sixteen year old to care about moving lines quickly. Most of the obstacles you can find elsewhere, but this place looks really cool. I dont regret going.

The kids loved it. My daughter lost her fear of heights. The manager Cindy was so nice and knowledgeable. We will come back.

Such a fun location for events and parties of all ages. Theres something for everyone and staff is great! I also liked how clean the venue was... Parking is plentiful and youll love their private rooms for a fun party!

We did our daughters 6th Birthday here. Little confusing and not the most organized group. Like most Vegas entertainment places it is a little spendy but if you count on it, its no surprise. The experience was ok. The cards you load for arcade games require multiple swipes till it reads it. Kids had some fun, so its hit or miss in my book. Minature golf is 10 hole, fun for kids, approximately 15 to 20 games to win tickets. There is a soft zone for small kids, slides and mats. Small cafe, approximately 20 items. A kind of cool American Ninja Warriors style course above and a wall on the ground. There are rooms for parties. Trying to be equally positive, younger staff working the place. Sunday morning was not very crowded. Hope this helps.

DONt WASTE YOUR MONEY! If its busy your just paying for your kids to stand in line.! I spent $80 for my 4 kids and they did 2 things. It was 20+ min wait for bumper cars, they were only using 4 (of the 8 there) and when my youngest went to swipe her card, hers timed out and they wouldnt let her ride with here sisters... NEVER GOING BACK!

I took my nieces for their first time, and they had an amazing time! The place was clean, organized and staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!

The Groupon deal was great. However I was not a fan of the excessively loud worldly music. It was not what I would call family friendly nor age-appropriate. The staff was pleasant however customer service was not their strong suit. Their continuous email marketing requesting reviews though is excessive and over the top.

OMG! So I don’t normally give reviews but I got to say I really enjoyed my first time here. I tried most of the attractions and everyone was friendly. I really had a great time chatting with Ari who was on the rock climbing and she was always telling jokes. Hopefully when I come again she’s there telling jokes. Thank you guys for an eventful night

Amazing amusement park. Ive only been here once, and that was for a friends birthday party, and it was great. This place did not disappoint me.

The idea is great, so its fine overall. However, there are kids running around unsupervised. When my 5-year-old was trying to play in the laser maze, another boy just barged in and purposely kept running into the lasers. It took the fun away for my child. Boys, who were definitely over 7, were running through Soft City with their shoes on, too. It would be nice if the workers were stationed at each place to prevent things like this. It wasnt as enjoyable as Id hoped since it didnt feel safe. I had to keep a constant eye on my little one just so he wouldnt get trampled on. My 8-year-old was okay though. Today was our first visit, and I bought annual passes. Well try it again, but I hope it wasnt a mistake.

A lot of the games, especially mini golf and bowling are quite scuffed (dont work correctly). Some arcade games didnt seem to work either. Really cool atmosphere though.

Customer service to book a birthday party is terrible. I was in contact via email with Kilo (party coordinator) who advised I can stop by any day to leave my deposit. The weekend I decided to go in the date was booked (which is fine) switched the date to the following day. There was no on on site to give me a tour of the facility or what they offer. The front desk girl, Andrea was unable to complete my transaction. Told me someone would contact me the next day. I emailed kilo Sunday & Monday. Called left a voicemail. & still no response. I have decided to not move forward. It’s not worth my money!! It’s not a place that charges $50 for a party. It’s a couple hundred dollars. Very disappointing.

My husband and I went for a little mini golf and had no idea all this was with it. Its great!!!! Cant wait to bring the kiddo :)

My kids love this place. If you like rock climbing, zip lining then you will love this place. We used a pogo pass when we went so our time was limited but loved it.

Enjoyed grandsons 7th birthday party there! Great prices for annual passes too. Party room, wrist bands for party goers, air cannons with foam balls inside party room, helpful attendant, & lots of games & areas to play including bumper cars, small zip line, small golfing area, room for shooting off soft balls at participants.

Really fun place. Little expensive but good. Went on a Saturday so there were lines for everything. Party rooms are great. Vending machines with drinks which helped a lot. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely going back.

Super fun place! Miniature golfing, adult jungle gym, bumper cars, rock climbing, miniature bowling, a laser maze, and SO MUCH MORE. $70 for 5 people with two 12-in. pizzas & 5 water bottles + an all-day pass that allows you to participate in everything! You can leave and come back. The staff was great, the facility was excellent, and there was so much to do. Would recommend 100% for all ages. Families, teens, young adults, regular adults.

I took 4 teenager girls 15-17. They had a blast. We used the $60 family 4 pass which included 4 waters & 2 pizzas. I was concerned with others bad reviews about the food but it was okay. Nothing to write home about but it was cooked all the way and tasted like any other kids frozen fast-food cafe pizza. Great deal for the price.

We were in town from California and looked up family friendly fun and were pleasantly surprised when we came to Glowzone. The kids and adults in our group all had a blast!

Definitely the kind of place for the early to late teens age range. Really fun and the obstacles are a huge draw! I would do it again!

I would have given 5 stars but the staff (young but super friendly) had no sense of urgency when a customer was in need. Tons of fun! Clean & safe facility. Definitely a good place to venture to if youre young, with or without kids!! Great for out-of-towners!!!

Over priced. It cost to get in the door and everything inside cost money too. It’s a rip off. There were a lot of games that were out of order too and would eat your money then had to wait for the staff to try to fix the machine then had to wait again to get the money back on the card. The staff was friendly but under trained.

The kids at our grandsons birthday party had a great time, lots to fun. Our host took all the pressure off the parents so we could enjoy ourselves & take pictures. Would definitely do this again.

Went here twice. If you need an idea for a kid or teen’s birthday party or they want to hang out with friends please think of this place. Every activity is fun and with friends definitely makes it better. Most of the food is good though I did not like the fries. This place is AMAZING.

Great place and good pricing. It looks awesome in here. I wish there was more for my 3 year old to do but there is a little kids play area that she is enjoying but she seems to be growing bored with it. There is plenty of room to sit down which is a plus for me as I also have a 2 month old. The colors are beautiful. The music is nice as well. Im overall satisfied with this place and will be back.

This place was not worth it..All the arcades were broken but I still had to pay over 100. They have hardly any staff. One person to put theharnesses on..Ridiculous..Had to wait 40 minutes to climb. They only had 3 little bowling lanes and the ninja course is to high for kids. Bazooka ball is only 5 minutes. Save your money

Smells are great lots of Nummies. We got dill pickle flavored popcorn and loaded baked potato flavored popcorn. Who could ask for more. Oh yeah the service couldnt be better. Very friendly place.

We hosted a party for my niece and it was amazing. All of her friends and family enjoyed the time here. It’s highly recommended for bday parties. It’s expensive but you get what you paid for.

Attended a birthday party at this establishment and was a bit disappointed. For starters, it was excruciatingly hot inside like they were trying to cut costs on their power bill. They had lots of bumper cars but only 3 of them were operating. Not too much for toddlers to do. The place is more appropriate for school age children. Honestly, seemed alot funner on the website.

Will not be returning here ever. I spent $120 (just to enter) to spend the day here with my friends and family. My sons favorite thing to do is Bazooka ball and is the main reason we came. We showed up at 1pm. Bazooka ball wasnt staffed and opened till 4pm. Was told by the employees that they had no one to staff it and they were low on air for the guns. How are you low on air for one of your biggest attractions??? Bad management or bad employees who dont want to run the attraction?!?! Then when it did open they only did a round every 30 minutes. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Not to mention the AC was not on and it was very hot and uncomfortable in there. The snack bar was closed every time the employee went on break. Does glowzone not know how to staff their attractions?? To top it all off half the arcade games were out and only ran intermittently. Was told again by employees that the breaker kept shutting off. Was a ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and waste of over $120+ dollars. I wont be back. Its sad cause this place has so much potential but the employees either dont care or they are just mismanaged. Either way something needs to change.Good bye forever Glowzone!!

It was a fun place, but my daughter twisted her ankle and a nice guy in the cafe gave us a Ziploc full of ice. Went to check the first aid kit and there was barely anything in it. Other than that we had a blast. Nice and cool place to take the kids.

We love this place we have been here several times. Most recently we ate at their new cafe and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. My kids have so much fun here and use up lots of energy even in summer when it is too hot to run around and play outside.

A fun, different type of active entertainment the whole family will love. More enjoyable for kids over the age of 7.

The kids had a blast here! Climbing the walls and the sky zone were their favorite. Jason N was awesome and helped out the kids redeem their tickets. What a great and fun place.

This place was ok. It was a nice little outing for for my family and I while we were vacationing in Vegas, but it wasnt the greatest. I wouldnt care to go back if I happened to be in Vegas again. I would have given them 4 stars, but I have to be honest-the staff could use some extra training. Some, NOT ALL, of the employees were very unpleasant.

Glow Zone was very unique and fun. My son and I went there for the first time and was very surprised at all the different things you can do. Everything from zip lining, wall climbing, bowling, mini golfing to a ninja warrior course! Theres so much there we ended up staying for six hours. The price to participate is very reasonable and all the staff are so friendly. We will definitely be going back.

The management was so kind and gracious to donate to one of the local elementary school auctions! The item will be a big hit and help raise much needed money for the school. Thank You!

Visit once n not coming back. The moment you swipe your card the times goes. So when you walk to different games trying to figure out which good for your kids the mins are over. You really enjoyed the games you got to run fast to the neatest game. On top of that the line is long. N there goes your minutes.

Went here after school one day, before the summer craziness started and had a lot of fun! I want sure what to expect, but had a great time playing with my kids!

Birthday Party Time!!!

The place is awesome and fun for both kids and adults, however the majority of the staff really needs help on customer service, most of them are just chit chatting with each other and hanging out on top of that they seem to forget customers are listening so bad mouthing customers while on the job is a huge no no!!! If the kids are that comfortable that means management doesnt care.

There seemed to be a ton of stuff to do here for kids and adults. Large space had enough for all kinds of fun activities. Id consider this place for hosting a party.

Fun place....needs better advertising and management... Im literally 2 blocks away and had no idea it was there. If youre like me and dont need assistance from staff its a good place to come because they are extremely inattentive.

Dont miss out on Glowzone. It is pretty awesome! Mini golf, bumper cars, zip line, foam ball guns (like painball guns with golf ball sized foam balls), and wall climbing. Had my sons birthday party there and it was fun!

If you have a card with time you already can only do about 4 things. It really is disappointing because the staff in the bazooka booth were mean to kids who didn’t follow the rules and one of them screamed for no reason other than he pulled the trigger without a ball in it. Staff I found couldn’t even answer my questions and one or two of them actually were condescending. I could go here for free and I still would go somewhere else.

Went for adult night... It was fun... Did games and most of the obstacles there... There is also a little bit of video games and miniature golf... Only thing is that the bar is a little stand so drinks were limited but enough to get you by, some beers, some liquors and juices but not a full bar... Food is like any kid place with food...

Gave my daughter a birthday party here and I was not happy. I paid over $3oo for a party of 10 an two pitchers of soda in a room that had to be at least 90° inside. One of the kids in my party laid on the floor because it was so hot. Most of the attractions that came with my party were broken like the dance floor and half of the bumper cars. The kids didnt even want to sit and eat in the party room due to the temperature. I just feel that for that amount of money we paid the place would be way better than the experience we had and to top it all off theres no way I can even call corporate because everything directs me to the location defiantly will not be having a party here again

Worst experience ever!!! I purchased a package deal online for 4 people -2 12” pizzas and 4 waters for my daughters bday. We waited almost 2 hours before we were told they had ran out of pizzas and we wouldn’t get our order! Then to top it off I was told I couldn’t get my money back because they don’t do refunds and had me write my contact information so that “someone” could call me and hopefully give me a better deal. Ridiculous !! Will never go Back again.

I give glowzone five stars for its unique attractions. I have yet to have gone to a place that has a full on rope course. There arent that many places to go as a family with this type of attraction.Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and we had a fun experience.

Nice place great prices but you should never have any kind of government debate on your televisions. We brought the kids to enjoy their self.It looked like a sports bar. Also anyone who enters a kitchen must wash their hands! I sat and watched for an hour and nobody washed their hands. Including the two adults. The kids said they would rather go to dave and busters next time. I spoke highly of glowzone. You guys let me down!

This place is so fun and unlike others and the staff are extremely nice!

This is a very unique fun experience. We came on a regular weekend day, but Ive heard they also have an adults only night. We did the rock climbing, ninja (like American Ninja warrior) obstacle course, the ceiling course, and played mini golf. I definitely recommend giving it a shot someday where you just want to try out something new.
