Truly amazing!!! The best escape rooms I have ever tried!! The rooms are challenging and well thought out, but set up for success with a little brain power The employees are so sweet and friendly! Claire, Ian, and Moses all helped us and they hoestly made the whole experience a million times better! They made us feel comfortable and excited! This was such a fun experience!!! My dad and I had never attempted an escape room before. We opted for a virtual escape room experience with Down the Rabbit Hole. It did not disappoint!!!!! The puzzles were challenging and fun. The storyline was engaging and the setting was perfect. We loved our live character!!!! She was animated, believable, and especially helpful when we got stuck on some of the puzzles. We are really happy with our experience in the escape room as well as with the staff. They were courteous, personable, and professional. We could not be more pleased with our experience and look forward to conquering more escape rooms with Trapped!

Ive played over 110 escape games and both games at this company are in my top 10 (One Eyed Jack and The Lair of the Puzzle Master). Most games do great in one area and struggle in another, this is where Trapped surpasses its competition. The story, tech, sound, light, and puzzles create amazing games and amazing experiences. Both rooms are built in a way that is perfect for beginners and challenging for enthusiasts.I would recommend bringing as many friends as possible and to book both rooms, because you will need all the help you can get and once you play the first, you will have to play the second. I heard they are building a third room and I am already planning my next Vegas trip just so I can play it.

Our group of 4 beat the Puzzlemaster room with 6 minutes to spare. It was challenging and was cool to be able to spread out and attack different challenges . Was fun and really made us stop and think and work together. Would definitely do this again. Ian was a great game master!

Me and my hetero life mate tried the One-Eyed Jack Halloween edition room in Oct 2020. Loved the experience, the atmosphere is legitimately alluring. Kenzie was so helpful with instructions prior to the room and was a great addition to the experience. The puzzles are fun and challenging. Will definitely return to try the other rooms. 100% recommend people to try it for team building or family and friends time. Such a good experience! #weescaped #teamfat

We did the Operation X-13 digital/remote/online escape room and we were thoroughly impressed. During the game, you are given a website where you have access to found clues and puzzles, as well as 360 views of each room. You direct a real person through the escape room.One of our favorite parts was controlling the person in the room. What made it special was that the person played a character and you were in charge of the character. The puzzles were nonlinear and fairly easy to figure out, but the challenge was still there.A special shout out to our game players Ian and Deion! They made the experience fantastic.

Good puzzle room but the experience was slightly ruined by the noisy room next door due to live actors. Would recommend the detective room though, first room as you go in.

This place was a cool experience. Im not just saying this. I wanted to do this again. Our party was supposed to be of 4 but due to unfortunate circumstances they were not able to attend. Nevertheless, me and my wife had an amazing time.

We have now officially done every room Trapped! has to offer in California and Nevada. This company has been consistently great at creating and designing the best escape rooms we have been able to go to.Set design on One Eyed Jack is superb. The puzzles were creative and challenging even for a well seasoned veteran group like mine. What is really surprising is that when you go to multiple rooms by the same company/designer you start to get a feel for their style which makes the subsequent rooms easier to solve- but with Trapped! they all feel unique from one another.DO ALL THEIR ROOMS!You wont want to miss out on every unique experience.

Me and the kids have done quite a few escape rooms in Vegas. This was our first time at Traped!. The staff were friendly, plenty of parking, and its just off the I-15 & Trop.Unlike other traditional escape rooms that are all about solving puzzles, this room was about finding clues and was much more interactive. You communicated with your guide via walkie talkie, made phone calls, used cameras, etc. It was very fast paced and exciting. The kids had a great time (and so did I).The only suggestion I would have to the business is to make the lobby more appealing. Its just white, bright, and sterile. It looks like a car dealership. Needs to be decorated to kind of suck you in and forget about the outside world.I would highly recommend if you are looking to do an escape room near the strip. We will absolutely be back!

This was a fun time with family. The room was just challenging enough to have fun without getting frustrated or asking for to many clues. Staff was nice and helpful before starting the escape. Glad we found this place that could accommodate our large group of 10. It was a fun activity for the family to get out of the house during our holiday visit.

Some of the best rooms anywhere. Ive done their rooms in Southern California, and now completed One Eyed Jack. The theming is spot on, and the puzzles are unique and challenging, without being impossible. The use of technology is great as well.

What an amazing immersive experience! My husband and I frequent escape rooms and this was one of the best! We did One Eyed Jack. Kept me jumping but intrigued. Puzzles were very well thought out and unique. Will definitely be back for the other two!

My husband and I played One Eyed Jack and loved it. We loved the intro and there were some very fun puzzles in the game as well. The staff was very friendly and we also got to visit with the owner after our game. If we would have had more time in Vegas we would have loved to do their other rooms, but well be back!

We did the Lair of the Puzzle Master room. One of the best escape rooms weve done in Las Vegas. Its quite challenging but never feels overwhelming. The room was very well put together and spacious. The staff is also probably the friendliest and most helpful of any of the escape rooms we have done. Highly recommend!

First time ever going to an escape room.Not gonna lie, I was expecting to be scared, or at the very least creeped out. And I was, lol. The particular room I chose was dark and creepy and the ambiance was perfect.It was awesome having to solve the puzzles, and the whole atmosphere was creepy but not enough to scare you if youre easily scared.The price was great, $70 for two people for an hour. The building was super clean, staff was very nice and knowledgeable.Id definitely go back to do the other ones!

Amazing expereince! Just because this place isnt RIGHT on the strip doesnt mean its not worth the short 1-2 mintue drive to it. If you are planning on an escape room adventure while in Vegas this is your place! They are new but will defintley be one of the top places in no time. Great staff, great room design, and rooms made to make sure every group has fun no matter how far you make it.

The website said Thursday 1 pm was a good time, not too busy. We took an uber since it is out of the way and it was NOT OPEN. That was a complete waste of time and money. Do not recommend!

This was our first experience with an escape room. We had a blast. It was very well done and the staff was great. We did the One Eyed Jack room because there were only two of us. We were worried that two people wouldnt be enough but it worked great. I wish we lived there so we could try out their other escape room! Lots of parking.Give this one a try!

My girlfriend and I did both rooms during our stay in Las Vegas. We have lots of experience with escape rooms and this is definitely one of our favorites. The game master was attentive and helpful with clues without being heavy handed with them to allow you the chance of figuring out the puzzles yourself. If were back in Las Vegas again we will definitely check back to see if theyve added new rooms.

Just finished our beta test of Lair of the Puzzle master. Group of 4, and made it out with a minute to spare.By far one of the best designed rooms in town. Everything about the room is completely immersive, even in its beta test period. The puzzles are numerous, challenging but never seem impossible.The interaction between the staff and the players is maybe the best part of the whole experience. Extremely helpful, and they stay in character throughout the experience.I cant wait for the other two rooms to be completed.

First ever escape room, would go again! Staff was helpful at the start explaining everything, very enjoyable experience. We were a party of three and able to complete the one eyed jack room with 10 seconds to spare. A nice break from the Vegas strip.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Trapped! Escape Room Las Vegas. In particular I thought the service they offered was top notch. My wife and I were in Las Vegas to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and one of the things we love to do is escape rooms. I found Trapped! through Google Maps mostly based on its proximity to our hotel. I called Trapped! directly rather than booking online because I had a few questions and got a call back within 20 minutes from Nick who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. We were able to schedule a time and then walked over from our hotel to the location which was a short 15 minutes walk. When we arrived the game master was very helpful and gave us a briefing on the rules, where to store our personal items, etc. During the game itself she was very helpful when we asked for hints, which we needed to do a couple of times, and also made sure that the hints themselves werent blatant give aways. She just kept us on the right path, which I think is a bit of an art in and of itself.Aside from the service the room was very well done. My wife and I have been lucky to do escape rooms in other states as well as in Europe and I thought the overall production value from the initial video that set-up the room scenario to the individual puzzles in the room were on par with some of the best weve seen. In particular I really enjoyed the fact that the puzzles in the room were partially non-linear meaning we could complete several puzzles independently and were stuck on one particular track the entire time.Overall Id highly recommend the Trapped! Escape room to anyone looking for a high quality experience. Especially for those staying on the Las Vegas strip and hoping to avoid an additional $10 - $15 for an uber.

Just got done with The Lair of The Puzzlemaster room with 3 friends. This place is awesome! The story line and set design were very well done. It was the best escape room Ive been to in Las Vegas, hands down. Our group finished with just about 1 minute left. I highly recommend it!

Im the first review of the Lair of the Puzzlemaster out of beta testing! It was genuinely really fun, Ive done a few escape rooms at other businesses but this one had the most puzzles and it was REALLY cool how they all fit together in the end! The staff was SO friendly and helpful, they were even willing to explain things after wed finished the room! I highly recommend it, and Ill be back as soon as the new room is ready!

Lots of fun! We had a group of four that did the Puzzlemaster room, and we had a great time. It was my first escape room, and even though the Puzzlemaster had about a 40% success rate, we managed to escape (barely). Some of the puzzles were pretty tricky and youll have to use your brain and take notes. We had to ask for a few hints, but luckily you dont get penalized for using hints. Overall, it was a lot of fun and I highly recommend Trapped!

This company started out in Upland, CA and have now expanded to San Dimas, CA and Las Vegas, NV.The Upland location has my personal favorite room, out of 150 Ive done in all, called Down the Rabbit Hole. The set design and game play is oh so satisfying. Which I am happy to report that One Eyed Jack, the 150th room Ive played, is much the same. (I also really enjoy Uplands Sector 13 as well.)Its a creepy room, but no live actors. I dont like scary rooms, but this was manageable. I was impressed with the set design and the integration of mechanics and tech. ;)Book in advanced, especially on the weekends. Free lot parking right out front. Super close to an In-N-Out and close to the New York New York Hotel and Casino. They have a warehouse feel, so you can hear the other rooms playing.Shoutout to their owner, Rich, and our gamemaster, Nick! Such fantastic customer service and passionate people!They have two rooms for now, with a third one on the way.

We did the puzzlemaster and loved it. We had already done some of their California locations and had to try their new vegas spot because their rooms are so well designed and great quality. The puzzles are truly unique to what we see from other companies and the story is different too. Cant wait for them to have more rooms!

Excellent escape room, completely unique in its use of technology and non-standard locks for puzzles. We beta tested the Lair of the Puzzlemaster with a group of 4 and were extremely impressed.The office itself is very high class, all brand new modern furniture inside, which made stepping into the old-timey escape room feel even more like we had just stepped back in time. Cant reccoment this place enough!
