Came here last weekend for my birthday and did a couple of rooms back to back. Overall, we had a blast. Their rooms are very large, fun and elaborate, especially when compared to a place like Escapeology. Also, the host in the western room was awesome. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined because the employees did not think to let us know that their AC was down during a time when the weather is about 105 degrees outside. We finished the first room (garage), thinking it was supposed to be hot to fit the garage theme of the room. Come to find out when we then asked about the heat, the employee just said the AC has been having issues since the heat wave. Welp, wish we would’ve been told that prior to starting the rooms. We didn’t pass out or anything luckily, but we were literally all sweating for 60 minutes in a room that had to be at least 80 degrees. We had already paid for the second room (western) so we went ahead and did it, which was 90 min. Again, while the rooms were awesome, we were left disappointed that the employees didn’t seem to care to tell us about the AC ahead of time or offer any sort of discount. I feel bad for the host / any hosts working in the rooms.TLDR: great rooms, not so great customer service
This place is SO cool!! The staff is super friendly. Everything is clean. There is plenty of art so everyone can find something they like. I cant wait to go again!
This place is super fun and super chill. Devon (sorry, if I spelled youre name wrong) was such a great help with the picture taking. Personally am going to come back here and try the escape room and axe throwing! First time at a place with 3d art and it was such a pleasure being around such chill people!
Its located inside a small mall/ shopping center. I went during the pandemic & only had to wear a mask while checking in & walking to the different images. Masks were not required when posing for the pictures. It wasnt crowded at all so social distancing wasnt a problem. The staff was very friendly & super helpful. Definitely fun for all ages!
Katie was amazing and very helpful. Called us by our names and was very personable. A great way to spend the afternoon. Fun for all ages. Amazing art work and just amazing. Can tell workers love there job and willing to help with getting Amazing pictures and recordings. Didnt know what we were going to be doing and it turned out to be great. If you got time, check it out... Used groupon
4 of us came here on June 30 and had a blast. We checked out the 3D art gallery and one of the escape rooms. It was so nice to get out of the house but feel safe at the same time. Shout out to the employees here. They are doing a great job with all the mandates and still making things fun. Easily one of my new favorite activities here in Vegas.
What a great place. They helped us host an event for our military unit and it was top notch. You have to host events there. They have so many fun things to do and the facility is so clean and nice.
We had such a blast here on Father’s Day !!Not only was our escape room a blast for everyone our guide Jason went over and beyond to make sure we had fun. I had made a joke about there being confetti if we made it and he went to the extent of cutting up pieces of colored construction paper to surprise us with confetti once we escape. It was a wonderful surprise and highly recommend this place!!
This place is awesome! My husband, child, and I visited today and for a party of 3, it took us about 1.5 hours. There are so many cool 3D art pieces with which to pose. They all have pictures posted beside them to show you recommended poses and stickers on the floor to show where the camera person should stand. In addition, there are staff members roaming around to help you or take pictures for you. Stephanie was there to help us all along the way!
Justice was our tour guide. She really showed us to a really fun time on my birthday. Ive always thought that something like this would play well in Las Vegas. The art really pops out at you when pictures are taken from the proper perspective. Fun times!
Had a fun time!! Great place for families
Loved the atmosphere. The staff are friendly and fun. We had a group that did Petes Garage, it was a good challenge.
This place was by far the most fun we had as a family in Vegas! I HIGHLY recommend visiting! We used Groupon to get a good deal on their already low prices! Fun for hours and really let’s your creative side fly! Lots of fun!
Great exhibit for art lovers or fans of illusions. Tons of areas to take pictures in and a helpful staff that will take group photos (which is always appreciated). Seating for those who are waiting or just need a break. There were directions for most every picture (where to stand, which way to hold your phone, etc.) or a staff member would answer questions. Highly recommend for families and groups too!
A must do in Vegas. We did Archery Tag for my birthday and it was spectacular. From the strobe light to the nerf guns then the fog smoke and paded arrows... unforgettable and entertaining. There after was the Trick Art where tons of 3D will art provided abstract and exciting ideas for pictures. Axe throwing and escape rooms are also available and best in town. Staff is friendly, informative, and just great hosts in general. Go see for yourself!
We had a #365firstschallenge Meetup at the Trick Art Museum. It was a lot of fun interacting with the art and acting to the scenarios to take many pictures. Great first time and new experience.
Justice was a great help with the pictures in the trick art room. She did a great job! It was like having personified one on one treatment. We took almost all the pictures and she helped us with all of them! We had a lot of fun!
The staff there was awesome. I did the archery and trickery art. Both you should definitely try here in vegas
This place is fun with family, friends and business ventures. Hours of fun guaranteed. My little man and I never laughed so hard. Definitely the place for family fun. I will come here again its well worth the price.
We toured and interacted with the 3d art experience. Have a teenager and younger child that absolutely loved the experience and had fun playing out different things with each and every scene that was on display.
The staff are amazing, helpful and great with social distancing policies. We have only tried the escape rooms and axe throwing but have always have a great time when visiting and have found the process to be very competitive with similar experiences.
I have only done a few escape rooms in my time, but this place was hands down my favorite. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. The room itself was SO much fun! We did the Master room & even though we didnt escape, we got close & had a blast doing it. I will definitely come back here to try out their other rooms & their 3D art museum as well. Highly recommend.
Awesome time! Val, our guide, was super helpful and super friendly! Its worth a trip!
We have done maybe 5 escape rooms before as a family and my 3 teenage boys really enjoy a challenge. We did the casino room because it was a level 5 and a 90 minute challenge. We did not finish it and were about 3 steps short. It was very hard but very creative and fun and Id recommend only for experienced puzzle masters. It was a multi-room experience and had a number of tricks in it that made it fun. It is in a mall that seemed to be all experience based activities.
I liked the trippy art from this museum.
We went today with a groupon for the Great Heist Escape Room. We had a group with seniors to kids and everyone had a great time! The puzzles were clever and sometimes unexpected locks and twists in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. We escaped with 3 minutes left to go! Well be back for sure!!
This was such a fun date. So many cool 3D art to pose with. It was a decent price and we spent 2hrs here and didnt even pose with all the scenes! We had a great time! I cant wait to see what else they will do!
Super fun place to go with the kids in vegas. Love the 3d art!
We did the 3D art exhibit and it was a lot of fun and awesome for a way to kill the afternoon in Vegas. I’d do again and I highly recommend. Also Chad who was working that day is top notch! He gave us ideas, walked around and even took photos of us together. Thank you so much!
Great experience! Contains a 3D interactive artwork where you can pose as a part of the artwork. The staff are very friendly. Kate took time to assist us in finding the right angle to take pictures and posing at the right way. Thank you very much, Kate!
Our team of 4 has over 35 escape rooms under our belts. We played the Smoking Gun and the Inside Job. Both were incredible! Huge space with an open world feel and much more logical than most rooms we have done. The effects and set were great - high level of immersion. We made it out of both with a good amount of time to spare and used 2 clues in each room. We were disappointed after doing the official SAW escape room and this place revived our escape room spirits. Well done HeadzUP!
Went to a birthday party where my kids had an amazing time in one of the escape rooms, so we held a holiday party here and it was a hit! The Trick Art Museum is so cool and so much fun!! The childrens escape room got all the kids involved, even those that were nervous about it at first and they all wished they could stay for another! Were excited to try the other activities offered here and will definitely be back!!
3D art museum. Fun for taking selfies. But expensive entry fees
A++++. Clean and organized. Did the Smoking Gun Escape room with my husband and friends. Absolutely awesome! Staff was fun and friendly, never broke character. We escaped with seconds to spare. We will be back to do the Casino Escape room! Thanks guys
This place was awesome. I enjoyed the cool artwork, and had a blast at the axe throwing area. The lady that was in charge of the axe area was awesome. She was really nice and helpful, and she gave us tips on how to throw the different knifes and ninja stars. Overall, a great experience, fun for the whole family.
Great fun! The mall is run down and entertaining also.
Visited HeadzUp for their casino themed escape room and we could not have loved it more! We made the new leaderboard for the year and plan on going back very soon! Everyone was so friendly and Jenny was super helpful!
So much fun! Kids had a blast. Employees were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best. I would go back again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time and great customer service
Loved it! Kind of pricey, but the art is priceless. Fun with the family. Will be going back
This place so cool! I went to there with my GF so we like this place
A fun interactive museum experience for the whole family. They have ax throwing too. I will definitely be back!
We went here twice. The 3D Art Museum is fun! But sometimes you have to wait a bit for someone to escort you in. There were many photo opportunities. It was a lot of fun! There is a nice seating area where you can play board games if you are waiting off to the side.
Great little detour if you are looking for something different to do with family and friends. The 3d art could be a little better, but overall the pictures come out pretty good. We also did the axe throwing which was pretty fun. There are other weapons that can be used such as throwing knives, shiruken, etc. Overall a great experience that I would highly recommend
I always been impressed with 3D painting. I was pretty excited to go visit Headz Up and it paid off. Dozens of great paintings, everywhere you look is a different scenario, and super nice people working there to help with the pictures
Cool afternoon adventure! The pictures were awesome!
This is a fantastic place to spend time! Went to do an escape room. While we waited for our time we tried our hand at axe throwing and we are hooked! After doing our escape room we were so pleased with the rooms and the puzzles we immediately signed up for another one! The staff were all super friendly, helpful and so so funny! Was a complete BLAST!
I have a 6 years old, do you recommend?
We had so much fun here and the quality of the staff was beyond amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend HeadzUP to anyone.
My family and I visited HeadUp Vegas recently to play some of their escape rooms after seeing pictures and reading reviews online. Were enthusiasts and have played roughly 100 rooms, and were also owners, so or expectations can be pretty high, but we also understand the limitations places might have given their location etc.First, the positives! These guys were really accommodating when we got there. We played the Smokin Gun and The Inside Job and they were able to reverse the order for us so that we could play the easier if the two first. The Smokin Gun was, visually and atmospherically, incredible. They nailed it. The life actor was great, the introduction was great, the way they handled hints was great. The puzzles made sense, the flow was good and each section tired together with the next. We had a blast in this room. It is not particularly difficult for experienced players - we escaped with almost 30m left and were only 3rd place for the week and didnt even make the big leaderboard, which isnt great - but it was still a lot of fun. The Inside Job was, again, visually great. The introduction was a lot of fun and the room feet like you were in a real, albeit smaller, casino. The ending was a lot of fun, and satisfying to complete. If there is a single criticism for The Smokin Gun, its that it is very linear. All office of us were working on the same puzzle most of the room which, even with 5 people isnt great, but with 10 would be awesome. Being able to split up and scour the town would make this room even better than it already is. Still a lot of fun to play. The Inside Job, again, is visually excellent. While visuals and atmosphere can go a long way, ultimately the puzzles are what makes or breaks a room, and its here that, in our opinion, The Inside Job struggles. The 5th member of our team, who is fairly new to escape rooms, nailed the problem I think. He said it was as if there were two escape rooms jammed into one. And I think hes right. HeadzUp had this amazing casino room that they want everyone to see - and rightfully so - but a story and puzzles that dont make any sense within the context of the room. The idea is that youre robbing the Casino, but you spend a fair amount of time doing things that have nothing to do with ROBBING a casino, and a lot to do with GAMBLING at a casino. I understand why, but it makes for a very disjointed experience especially because your role in the room send to change arbitrarily. This room has so much potential and could be a top tier room with some reworking. Some tweaking of the story and puzzles would go a long, long way, and also provide an ending that everyone could complete and/or enjoy. The one other issue in this room is the use of walkie-talkies for the hint system. We generally dislike them in rooms to begin with, but especially in this room - which has so much going for it - they feel like a clunky afterthought. Im not sure if it is an issue with the use of them, or another issue with the room, but when we asked for hints our GM always seemed confused as to where we were in the room and what we needed to solve the puzzle we were on.Regardless of the negatives Ive mentioned, were still giving HeadzUp 4-stars. We were tempted to go try some of their other rooms, and Im likely to try them again if I come back to Vegas anytime soon.
Worth it Super entertaining. My kids had a blast. The staff were super nice. Next time were in Vegas well be back.
The 3-d art was fun. Will be back. Cant wait to try ax through and the escape room
Amazing experience with my husband shout out to the work Zee she was so sweet & adoreable get customer service made us feel so welcoming & shes a awesome photographer.
So much fun! It was a lot more fun than expected! Time goes by when youre having fun & getting creative with your poses.
Nice spot to enjoy couple hours. Nice illusions and nice art. One of the must go and see places in Las vegas. Very friendly staff and eager to help. Over all - loved the place. Totally worth checking out and taking tons of pictures. btw ask for recommendations for each illusion as some are tricky.
So much fun. Great art to interact with.
This place is extremely fun, especially in a mall that seems to be dying out, we took photos with the art when you walk in. My siblings and I dis an escape room, it was art related and had to do with stealing the mona lisa. For my brothers and my first escape room it was fun and unexpected. We ran the clock down a lot, cause we thought it was just one room so it was puzzling. We did fairly good and where a few steps away from completing it. I definitely am interested in their 3D art collection especially since I use to work for an art warehouse with famous artwork. I feel the escape room is definitely worthwhile, if you have not done one yet. Plus it is a family friendly environment so, I recommend this place for a fun date or family experience!
Ok... word of advice, dont eat and drink prior to doing an escape room. I think we probably asked four the most clues out of all their patrons. It was so much fun. The staff were amazing, funny, and super nice. Will try again when not in a food or drink coma.
Super entertaining and fun. Staff was great. My teen and her friends had a blast for her b-day.
Came here on acid great experience will come again had a blast here really felt like I was inside the pictures I was tripping balls lmaooo
Weve done two rooms here, Secret of the Master was amazing.. and we love it so we booked Smokin Guns... well that was a mistake. The first door didnt work... then another part didnt work.. then yet another part didnt work.. So pretty much the whole time we had a guide next to us that had to make sure things actually opened.. it was a sad experience. Will do more of their rooms.. and hopefully its a better experience. The axe throwing was also fun.
Very neat place to go and have a little fun taking creative photos. Would definitely return.
Kinda cool for taking funny pictures. A little pricey for the exerience.
Loved it. The location is inside a mall but overall easy to find. Great experience with family
The illusions museum was small but really entertaining
Loved the escape room here. Already my third one to date so far. Staff was really helpful. We were so close to finishing the room but we got stuck at one clue. I would highly recommend this place for a night of fun or a quick date. Im already planning a return trip back to this place. Thanks HeadzUP for a fun time!!
Super fun time. A little over priced for the materials set before you, but I suppose they have to keep the lights on some how.
Place with good 3D paintings...
Ive done axe-throwing and an escape room (Great Car Heist) at this place and I loved BOTH experiences. Its a clean, and fun environment. The staff is friendly and helpful and genuinely seem like they enjoy their jobs. Would recommend to everyone!
This has to be the best sets ever for escape rooms. Top notch, and multiple themes to choose from!
I’ve done a few escape rooms here and seen the trick art museum... so cool! The first escape room I did was the first one I have ever done, me and my birthday party crew... I didn’t realize they had difficulty differences! Now that is a lot clearer on the website, so the latest one we did for my birthday this year was way more fun because we had more of an idea of what to expect. We did the art heist room. I only felt like there was one step in the clues that was way too far out for anyone to get on their own. Besides that - a lot of attention to detail and good storyline. I wish the room and clues were a little better maintained... hopefully the last room we did was just next on the list for maintenance.
Excellent time! We had a blast in here, cant wait to go back for more fun photos!!!
Worth every penny
Axe throwing- so much fun
The absolute best Escape Rooms! So well done. This was my 3rd visit. Staff is upbeat & friendly. 3D art area is awesome! Go, go, go to this place for fun & entertaining time!
This is our second trip to HeadzUP LasVegas, my wife and I totally love the place! Huge shout out to Tan, Taylor, and Jason, who made our experience so special! Definitely recommend heading over if youre looking to have some good solid fun in Vegas!
I was iffy about 3D murals but once we started we really enjoyed the 3D experience. Do not rush through it. Be patient and you will get the perfect crazy 3D pictures
Pretty cool. We did the 3D art museum. Never done it before. Definitely a cool experience.
3d trick art is so cool.. love it here
Cant speak for everything, but the Axe Throwing experience is sub-par. The blades of everything are dull, bent and/or jagged. The targets are falling apart and they complain about how often they have to change them. Supervision and tips to throw better are literally nonexistent. Rules about what you can have out are inconsistent and arbitrary. They only get 2 stars instead of 1 because they have an interesting selection of items to throw.
Our first time visiting. It was so much fun
Great interactive boxing exhibit, legendary sports memorabilia, authentic relics used by professional champion athletes, boxing Hall Of Fame exhibit. Great fun for any sports enthusiast.
This place is an absolute blast. We did three of their escape rooms and the ax throwing. I was very leery about ax throwing but it was so much fun. I had an absolute blast Aaron the lady who made my appointment was so helpful and so amazing she made sure to contend to everything I asked for and everything I needed. Shout out to her. She doesnt drink coffee she only drinks tea. I even tried to offer her coffee and she turned me down.
Cool place to visit...went with my family while passing through The Boulevard Mall. We were able to get some really cool pics. Staff was friendly...only not 5 stars because we wish they had few more staff members walking around randomly ro assist with the picture taking...but overall really nice experience
Perfect place to have fun and get some outstanding photos.
So much fun! I did the hardest escape room with my friends, and it was great! I would recommend this to anyone.
Bought a Groupon for the Car Heist escape room and the booking and waiver experience was easy and logical. But the actual room was not great. My kids, who have done escape rooms before, reported that the clues were unrelated to anything and made no sense. Then when theyd ask for a clue the response came through a tinny speaker through which music was also playing. I would buy from this organization again, but Id try a different room.
The place is so entertaining and interactive. We had a lot of fun. Our guide Mr. Pete was so helpful, warm, very knowledgeable on how we should take the pictures with the right angle and make sure we become part of each illusions. Go visit this place, very worth it and will never disappoint.
One of the coolest things they could do in one of Vegass oldest Malls. To me Maryland Parkway goes hand in hand with the old days of Las Vegas. If you have been here from the original days of Green Valley and Summerlin, before what they have today than Maryland Parkway was one of the only places to Christmas shop. 25 years ago that mall was so big my mother and I did are Christmas shopping and we had to take a cab back to the other end to get are car. Lol. Those days are long gone and now we have Heads Up 3D,Escape Rooms, movie theater and more. I only did 3D Museum for a first date and we both got out of are comfort Zone really fast there and had a blast doing it. You move at your own pace and take silly and fun photos. It gave us plenty of time to talk and joke. I suggest it for locals and new comers. I plan on going again because there is so much to do there. Great deals on Groupon for this. Have Fun Vegas,Im finding a whole New Vegas and I have been here 25 years.
Went with 3 children and 1 adult, to the Archery tag. We had great fun, and had the arena to ourselves for the entire hour. Definitely recommend for family fun
Did both the escape room and the Trick art museum. Both were worth it. Tip is they had a Groupon for the escape room and if you goto the aquarium they gave a free pass to the trick art museum. Definitely worth the Uber from the strip
So fun! We did an escape room and archery tag and had some great family fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved it!
We had a blast! We did the 90 minute escape room called, the smokin gun! We got out with 15 minutes to spare. We had 7 people in our party and everyone helped solve this room. I want to go and do other rooms. We also did the trick art museum and had a blast! We all had a great time and cant wait to return to Headzup! Thank you.
My wife and I did the Groupon for the car heist escape room. It was reasonably priced, and super fun! The staff was great, and the puzzles were right on the edge of frustratingly difficult and fun.
I could spend the whole day here, no joke. It literally has something for everyone. I was at first intrigued with the foam archery tag, which is like dodgeball but you get pegged with foam tipped arrows. That by itself I would have already given 5 stars just because of the secret Nerf gun that unlocks when you hit the shield furthest from the right. But afterwards we ended up throwing axes and knives and metallic cards at targets since they gave us a discount. We had supervision the whole time with Trent, he was a blast. Learned some good techniques and got comfortable throwing many different types of sharp weaponry. (Loved the Tomahawks)Theres also a huge optical illusion museum which would be fantastic for its photo opportunities as well as a few escape rooms great for larger parties. I wouldnt mind coming back again if Im at Vegas in the near future.
Got a free pass from sea quest, checked headzup out after our seaquest visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a blast for a free visit. Got some great photos.
