Our first time there. My kids had a lot of fun

I drove home a way I dont normally go and passed by Washington Park. It looked like it was big so I reminded myself to take my 2.5 year old on a nice day. When we finally got the chance to go I was not disappointed. There are four play structures, one for little infants, one for toddlers 2-5, and two for 2-5&5-12. And a giant fake rock to climb on! They have grills, a pavilion, and tons of bench seating. There is a huge grass lot with tons of open space I saw some people taking their dogs out to run around. Lots of parking. My only downside is trash laying around because it could use a couple more garbage cans. I cant believe how quiet this park is though, maybe its because its a little hidden, but I think its really a gem.

Love this park, lots of wildlife especially at night.

Plenty of area to be able to see my family and friends

My son loves it. Adults can have fun also!

Chill place to relax alone or with the family. Last time I was there saw a couple of young deer running around the park even.

Washington Park is a pretty nice park has suitable parking a Pavilion for shelter from the sun and rain. Childrens play area which appears safe and more importantly a His and Hers public restroom that isnt padlock you can actually use it. Peaceful place.

Cute playground, kids had fun. It had a strong sewer smell when we were there, didnt seem to bother any of the kids playing, it was pretty packed

Pokemon go is awesome negative comments are going to happen.. but at least they have a game that get people walking and or outside.

Great park, everybody was as nice as could be... It needs to be cleaned up.. trash at every table, on the grills and all over the yard and playground...

The water in the bath room smelled

Washington Park is a nice clean quiet little Park. More people should visit there.

Good place to just sit and relax. Very quiet place. You can come here and barbecue food and sit under a pavillion. Great park for children to play while the adults share food or fun times. Good place to sit and read. Large parking area for multiple people.

My baby explored the grounds sniffing everything he could how wonderful

It is a nice park with a good playground. There sre drainage issues so it frequently has standing water and is muddy. Worst thing is that people seem to use it as a dumping ground so there is a lot of trash.

Its a nice little area but a lot of people go there now.

Very nice park. My wife and I enjoyed a nice lunch here while traveling between Milwaukee and Detroit for vacation.

Walked in and immediately felt like party of the family.

This time of year the park is partially flooded! Not a good spot to go if you want to use the pavilion. Try going in July.

Great place to walk your dogs

Strolling and watching the sceneries while listening music on an Ipod device is an unforgettable moments for a hometown. I hope this place never cease to satisfy people on future days.

I learned how to ice skate here growing up when they still had the outdoor rink. I loved it and I definitely miss it.

The park is old out dated isnt maintained very well no place you can have a great experience visiting tax payers money just wasted

As soon as I got out of my vehicle, I noticed there was a used tampon on the ground. Yuk! So I was sure to check the playground for needles and such before I let my kids play on the equipment.

Large park. Small playground. This park is never clean. The people from football practice always leave a mess! People in the area dump their yard waste here too!
