Its ok. Suits its purpose... but definitely reminds me of the theaters when I was a kid in the early 90s. The theater game has changed so much in 30 years with reclining chairs and the option for alcohol while you watch your movie... this theater is just a bit on the old school side.... but again.... suits its purpose!
Sheesh, before life halted and the pandemic kept us locked in this was our joint (no pun intended.)
The movie theater has gotten outta control. They put an age limit on movies that children can watch with their parents. Not taken consideration of working parents who don’t go out or want to hire baby sitters to have a nice time. I feel that as long as the child is with their parents who are you to say when or what time that child is allowed in the theater. That is bogus. What about part time parents and working parents and parents who can’t be there during the hours they specify. I guess were being controlled also. So don’t go to the movies there. They trying to control what you can and can’t do with your children.
I like the Regal 15 off Interstate 5 & 84th St. So. in Lakewood, Washington. If you need a relaxing rest after traveling, Regal 15 offers 15 screens with many movies in One Building. The Rooms have comfortable spacious seats with very good acoustics. My Son took me on a date to see Mr. Rogers. The Red Vine Licorice topped off the date.
I love this theater, I have never had a bad thing to say about them!
Automated system not working. Website does not list which theatres are open or closed! please update!!
We enjoyed our visit to your theater. We’ve missed it during the pandemic!!!
This started with app failing on ticket purchase. Due to app issues. Tried a second time, it worked, however, locked out the seats we wanted. No one sat in the seats either. Ticket counter was empty. No note to explain what you should do. Many customers asking the same question. Lines for concession stand were out of control. We waited for 40 minutes, missing the beginning of the movie. I am handicap and my husband was carrying my purse. They searched my purse, no one elses. Really??? I can only believe the ticket window closure was due to budget cost. My advice, have kiosks for tickets. Not concession Do not go here unless you choose to be 1 hr prior to your movie. We will never return here...
Let me just say it would be 5 stars if the seating was more comfortable. Its very stiff not great if have back issues. However that being said i enjoy this theater because it is very clean, lobby, concessions, bathrooms, and theater. Also the screens our huge and sound quality is great!! I would go here all the time if it was more comfortable. That is only reason its 4 and not 5 stars...
Movie date with grandsons - saw Spies in Disguise - cute movie, kept Gav involved majority of time. Should be able to go to movies more often now. Had dinner at Applebees after.Good dateNice theater.
I think this place use to be a Galaxy. Went to see Joker in the RPX theater. Was a good experience overall. Screen and sound were good. Definitely not the same awesome seats as a Galaxy but they were okay. The main bonus is that this theater seems to be less busy than others. Have always been able to get choice seating.
Staff is always friendly and courteous. Great matinee prices. I just wish you had the comfy reclining seats.
Quality Floral Designs and Helpful Employees. Have yet to be disappointed, in Years of being a Customer of this Location. Fully Recommend their Floral, and Plant based Products and Services.
I go here way to often. Friendly attentive staff. Clean theatres. But no reclining seats
Went to this theater because it was the only place that had tickets available for what I wanted to see. Service was good and short wait times even though the parking lot was packed. The seats were good but not great. I was glad they offered assigned seats. Sound and image quality were good. Overall good experience but wouldnt go out of my way to come here unless its the only theater that has what I want to see.
Its a good movie theater dont have any negative comments about or prices went and say Sonic with the family and had a nice time ...granted 4pm on a Tuesday
Apparently the “Regal Premium Experience” means 32 minutes of advertisements before you get to see your show that you paid money for. If I am paying extra I should not have to waste my and my wife’s time on this. More like “Regal Pathetic Experience” if you ask me. The seats were about as fancy as you’d see in a high school auditorium built during a recession. I will definitely not be going back as that was a huge waste of our time.
They are having the Best service
Monday night was dead and it was perfect. Friendly employees. Comfortable seating. Food cost too freaking much.
Youre going to need to take out a second mortgage if you want to be able to afford to buy any popcorn there.
Not the best. Decently clean theater but slow service and the ladies restroom needs some help. The water out of the faucets is FREEZING! I am relieved there are several other theaters in the area.
TOOK THE KIDS TO SEE THE NEW SONIC MOVIE NOT ONLY WAS THE MOVIE GREAT THIS THEATER AND STAFF WERE AWESOME WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK THANK YOU
Way over priced, pretty much feel scammed. Should not cost as much as it does. I will be sneaking in food & drinks next time, never again. Was really cold inside as well, you would think they would have some kind of heat going?!?
This is my favorite place to go to the movies, great customer service, clean environment with a clear picture and great sound system.
I had a really good time here with my dad. I really appreciate the wide range of movies they offer for all types of people.
Place is clean. Not like clean eat off the floor clean, but no trash on the floor clean.Plenty of servers for confession stands.Reserved seating.Security/police to make safe.
Its ok to see a good movie but the seats do not relax so you could get comfortable I wouldnt go back
I love this theater. They have the best movie pass deal.
I love coming here with my family. The staff are very nice people. The lines moved fast, and the bathroom are nice and clean. It’s always a great place to make memories with my kids.
Well first of all a landscaping company that I worked for had the parking lot and building landscape and irrigation to install when this place was first built and the foreman on that job Dan, offered me some of on that job as my crew had just finished up another project. And I had never been inside to catch a movie until last weekend when for the first time in my 54 years I watched Godzilla tear it up. I was not disappointed with the movie at all. It was a little over 2 hours long but it seemed like it was only an hour and a half. It was just action packed. The seating was comfortable and the popcorn and soda were reasonably priced. The cost for 2 adults was just over $26.00 USD. I would suggest catching a matinee to save a bit of money.
Movie theatre located along a strip mall. Except no one goes to strip malls anymore so its just a lonely movie theatre. Its an older building and it gets pretty chilly. The best thing is no one really goes there so if you want a good seat at a new movie, this is a good option.
My new favorite movie theater! Unlimited movies for $21 a month?! Includes 10% off concessions, and you can usually find discounted gift cards on sale for Regal every once in a while (15% off). A little older theater, seating could probably use an upgrade, but the staff is great. 15 plex
Love the movies here. Nice clean theater facility
Huge, a lot of theaters and movies, the biggest and nicest one in the are I have been to so far. Seats are pretty comfortable, the lobby and concessions are small and there isnt a lot of variety for snacks. Popcorn isnt too bad, I have always drenched mine in butter but I didnt really have to here. Prices are average, i wouldnt go more than once or twice a month. Staff is nice, i think from what ive witnessed that since the theater is so large and not the most updated people tend to leave a lot more trash and make a bigger mess than they do at any Tinseltown Cinemark. Which is really unfortunate but the staff who come clean after us are nice and polite. Overall not a bad theater, i prefer Tinseltown Cinemark but Its in Colorado so i believe this is the next best thing. I would happily come here to watch a movie at the Lakewood Towne Center AMC.
It needs reclining chairs! But other than that its a movie theater just like the rest.
Love this theater!! Popcorn is good and the RPX experience is second to none.
Solid, cant complain. Went at like 2pm and it was empty. Really good chicken tenders for movie theater food
Endgame was great. Floors were very sticky inside theatre. Lines in concessions were not too long, but I noticed cashiers were taking a little long. Ive worked in the theatre industry so I know how fast they should be moving. Also the prices are extrememly high. $5 for a small soda?
They keep everything clean and if you are willing to spend more for the rpx you get a definitely superior experience
I guess Im used to the nice reclining seats at other cinemas. These seats just seamed really small compared to those. Other then that the theater was clean and staff was frendly. Popcorn was heavenly. Womens bathrooms were out of toilet paper in several stalls. We saw Avengers End Game which was a three hour movie. Didnt seem like it was long at all. I would have no problem coming here again. Wasnt my first time and Most likely wont be my last.
Great overall experience. The seats in the non RPX theaters could do with replacing, though.
Need someone to adjust the sound in this auditorium. Some things just shouldnt be that loud and some things that are is not. But great view from all seats Ive sat in so far. Center front, center and handicap area from left to right
Went to see Star Wars with my husband. The theater was clean and staff were friendly. We decided to order a pretzel with cheese. When we received it, it was partially frozen, and had a very strange metallic/refrigerator smell. To the credit of the manager, he exchanged it no questions asked, for an upgraded popcorn.I would return again, but probably won’t be ordering any food- besides maybe the popcorn!
Doesnt feel like anyone goes here. The Theater is well kept and nice. Everyone, keep not coming here!! I like this goodness all to myself.
Not a bad place to catch a movie. Place kept decently clean. I would advise going in the afternoon or weekend in the mornings. Place get busy around late afternoon. Prices are a bit more expensive then AMC.
Its ok.. they need to get better chairs!
Great customer service. Big drinks, pricey snacks
Place was neat and clean. Seats comfortable. Food at concession stand was outrageously priced but we expected that. I liked that the first movie showing of the day was only $6.00 for everyone.
Great theater, very clean and well maintained. I believe this place offered $5 movies on Tuesdays which is a neat treat to break up the week.
This place is adequately comfortable, with decent seating. I prefer the recliner seats, but frankly Ill go where the movie is and this place is clean, pleasant, easy to get to, work a good variety of snacks, which are, of course, all far too expensive. But thats what you get, buying snacks at a movie theater.
It was a great theater. Everything was good the tickets were an expected price and so was the concession stand. The bathrooms were clean and the seating in the theater was nice
Great theater, staff always friendly. Now that you can pick and choose your seats its even better. Bathrooms always clean obviously most theaters are pricey with the snacks but when just going to enjoy a movie its a nice place.
Got tickets to Avengers: Endgame with assigned seats on Fandango app. When we got to our seats, 2 of the 4 were occupied by other people who refused to move, so we didnt get to sit together as a family. Also, I was hoping for the nice, recliner-style seats. Wouldve been much more comfy for such a long movie.
Very clean, courteous service, and the popcorn is my favorite!
Happy employees but way too cold
Me and my wife frequent this movie theater. Great parking and right next to I5 freeway.
I love to go to and see the movies at this theater, they have food that seems better than most theater food ive had, and they have good service (employees) that are very kind and patient, the movie selection can be a meh sometimes (sometimes doesnt even feel like that any of the time) but most of the time it has a diverse selection of movies that can suit to your taste in what you like most in movies
I love the Regal theaters... just not this one.Surprised to see no one manning the ticket sales outside, and was told by family that you buy them from the self-serve kiosk inside. That was easy enough... though the family in front of me took a long time to figure it out. And at no time did the self-serve checkout system ask me to swipe my Regal card, so now I have to spend more time going online to do it, because the cashier said she could not help me.I just wanted a bag of popcorn. My movie start time was 3:30pm, and I got in line around that time for the snack, figuring, there is 15 minutes of previews, plenty of time. Nope!Maybe I just picked the long line, behind the person with the family who didnt seem to make any of their food decisions until they got to the front of the line. They seemed to be done, finally.... after the worker had to go away and check something?Nope! They had not bought their movie tickets yet. I have NEVER been to ANY theater where the snack counter ALSO sold movie tickets. And these days, you also have to pick your seat, not just say, Four for X movie, and out. No... so they took even more time in discussion about their seats. By the way, they paid $100 for 4 people to see a movie, 2 buckets of popcorn, and 3 sodas. Yikes!I WAS IN LINE FOR A BAG OF POPCORN AT THE SNACK BAR FOR 30 MINUTES AND MISSED THE BEGINNING OF MY MOVIE!! And I really hate missing any minutes of the movie, but I have to have popcorn for me and my granddaughter...Ridiculous system. Regal -- Please keep ticket sales and snack bars sales separate, or at the very least, designate FOOD ONLY lines for people who already have their tickets.
Clean, great sound. At the end of the movie the usher was crabby trying to get people to leave. If the customer service was better it would have been a 5 star review
It was only six of us in the entire movie theater watching. So maybe thats why we have to pay $10 for one bottle of water I am not sure why the decline of movies is going on right now. But I guess we suffer for it.
I loved the movie, but I really hate when theres isway too many commercials coming on before the movie. I really would love if they only show 1-2 commercial, and just get on with movie, you know?
Its a great place for movies but the prices are high.
Clean and friendly. Not too crowded
The employees were nice, but a whole other level of stupid, I gave it 4 stars and not less because they were just kids, but Im giving the parents of the employees 0 stars, and they should slap themselves for not caring enough to raise their kids NOT STUPID... It was like dumb and dumber were dealing with the public, while they made the older man with the great accent clean theaters, and he wasnt stupid... He should be at the door, not dumb and dumber.
My family and I got served moldy popcorn not once but twice. Terrible expirence for my family. Nobody should have to worry about moldy anything. Management did not seem to care about the issue. I definitly will not be returning to this theater.
Clean organized respectful excellent customer services.
Fun with friends and family to be happy smile.
The seats at the AMC are better because they recline!! Other than that, nothing different. Just a good time at the movies!!
I will preface this by saying our regular theater is AMC.We paid for RPX and regretted it almost instantly. The seats were uncomfortable. The popcorn tasted stale and wasnt buttered enough even though we asked for butter (why cant we put our own butter on our popcorn?). While watching It, we didnt see or hear anything that made us feel like the extra money was worth it. We will stick with AMC as they are just a better quality theater.
Staff is very welcoming every time I come to the movies . Restrooms are always clean, popcorn and snacks is a little spendy. But again I love movie shows therefore, Ill put my money where my heart is.
While watching the movie someone started banging on the exit door near the big screen. This went on for about 3 minutes. I went to get an employee & they were gone by the time they went outside to look. People in the theatre were scared. My daughters friend got up & ducked behind the seats behind us. She was very frightened. There has been a shooting at a theatre in the recent past. And having an officer posted at the lobby of this theatre makes you feel like theyve had past problems. I lost 10 minutes of my movie and should have been given comp tickets. Ill never go there again. And would recommend anyone else drive the extra few miles to the next nearest theatre & pay the same amount but get a much better experience for your buck.
Friendly staff, mostly clean, lots of cinema rooms for lots of movie options to choose from. This theater does get pretty packed often but I love that you dont have to pick your seats ahead of time like most of the other cinemas in the area. I love the other cinemas because they offer reclining lounge chairs but at least at Regal, if we choose to go last minute its ok.
It was nice going here and having the place all to ourselves. We watched the Star Is Born and there wasnt any other people inside. Maybe it was because of the snow but it was nice and clean and comfortable.
They say the RPX is an IMAX Like experience, yet just seems like a but larger screen. So was decent. Yet I wont pay an extra $5 per ticket for the screen. Just saying. Good sound. Yet not worth the extra money. Clean theater and kind service. Will go again. Just not RPX anymore.
Love Tuesdays where tickets are discounted. If you have a Regal card, you can get additional discounts ts and free popcorn occasionally
Great pizza and popcorn and I liked the movie
Not servicable
I ordered a ticket with the regal Movie App and got more credits add to my rewards card. I watched the New Pokemon movie and it was really good. Regal is a great movie theater with nice Staff and Awesome Consession items to choose from.
Convienent location. Close to the freeway. See a movie impulsively any time your in the mood. Just 5 minutes from my house.
Not a fan of this movie theater because its so ghetto but mainly at night which is why I stopped going there. During the day is 100%. Ill still take the one in Puyallup/south hill over this but 5 stars
This place is awesome, a little pricey on the concessions, but the movie experience is great.
This time 3 stars, usually 4... Went to see EMANUEL and two people had to go and let them know the picture was black with sound only and the 2nd person had to tell them to start it over!! An important movie documentary event as this shouldve been better prepped!
Comfortable seats. Fair prices.
Recently theyve required us to reserve our seats. This makes it frustrating. If I wanted to reserve my seats, I would go to AMC with the overly nice seats. I want to be able to just find a nice area to sit down and be able to move if necessary. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and makes for an easy experience.
Wonderful seats. Always clean when Im there. Great $19.99 deal & $5 Tuesdays.
Its a really good sitting experience very nice people there and the service is awesome
Nice enough and pretty clean and well kept for an older theater. I really like regal cinemas in general because they have a really good rewards program. I do wish that they would convert to the recliner style seats and reserved spots. That would make it so much more comfortable to watch movies here. They have some fun concessions options like cheetos popcorn. I havent tried it yet but Im intrigued.
Its ok. Reasonable seats. We prefer comfier seats. The prices are outages considering their competitors offer better comfort for the same price or less. Spent $17 a L popcorn & L icee.I did appreciate the staff as they helped us in a big way after closing.
Great workers! Clean, and fun place!
Food is dumb expensive but excellent otherwise.
This is my local multiplex. Enjoy the RPX the most for big movies.
Just saw Overcomer! Was soooooo good! Popcorn was fresh and hot. Of course it was expensive and water was over 5 bucks but the movie was phenomenal!
Comfortable but not extravagant. The theater was fine, the audience was less so. Somebody brought a sub 2-year-old into a three hour movie (avengers end game) that started at seven thirty pm. The kid was actually only a little fussy a few times, but still would have preferred the kiddo stayed home. Couple of people in front of us kept looking at Facebook on full brightness on their phones at the beginning of the movie (but did stop after the phone notified them loudly that it had lost its internet connection). The theater was fine, concessions were nothing special, and I hope you get a better audience to watch with.
Overpriced but not too bad
I had a great experience with my movie (Brightburn if you were wondering) it was a decent theater room and building, the one thing that made this a 4 star review is the concessions. I dont expect much from theater concessions because they are overpriced and low-quality but compared to other theaters... The popcorn had barely any butter in it, EVEN THOUGH I asked for extra butter, and the nachos were a bag of tostitos and a small container of cheese that tasted like paper with cheese powder on it. It was fun and I would still go again if I was up to it.
This is a nice, clean theater. Me and the wife enjoy coming here. The staff is typically polite and fast, but occasionally we get the rude high school kid behind the ticket counter. This particular location has a good selection of arcade games which adds to the cinema experience and gives you the opportunity to release any built up stress before enjoying your flick.
