Great movie experience. Social distancing and wearing a mask and purchasing tickets online make for a movie experience again

Booked online for the private showings they now offer. Only to wait three days to be told it was sold out with no communication on when the showing would be available. Website said next available showing was the next day. Tried scrolling through all available times and everything was sold out.I believe they attempted to drum up business only to realize they can’t handle the volume.

Was skeptical to go to the movies during this time but they have an awesome place. Very clean and keeping with distance requirements, but it did not take away from the experience. Delicious popcorn, refreshing drink, friendly service and a comfortable experience. Thanks

Love this theater, reclining chairs, reserved spots, its the only one I go to now. They also typically have cool 3D movie posters that you can take pictures with. The parking situation often sucks, most of the time I end up parking by the books store. The snack selection is pretty good to.

Covid has this place giving me a odd vibe but other than that a great theater. The reclining chairs are here and I love that.

They act like covid is the end of the world. Can’t go anywhere without a mask. Biden supporting lowlives. No butter, no salt, nothing.

Very clean and sanitizing stations everywhere, staff was super friendly as well. Great experience even during these trying times with Covid.

Had a wonderful evening watching John Wick 3 with my hubby, and will definitely go back. The reclining seats are a dream! Temperature was not to cold to where you freeze and beyond all that, the staff was awesome! Very helpful and wonderful. I would recommend for sure!

Nice theater. The kid taking the food and drink orders was nice and efficient the kids cooking the pretzels and hot dogs were in no hurry at all, they moved like the Hummingbird Movers from the movie Moving with Richard Pryor. Anyway the movie was great the seats still had a bunch of leftover popcorn on them, but all in all I would definitely come back.

I love AMC theaters! Especially the ones with recliners and the ability to reserve seating. Gone are the days off arriving 45 minutes early just so you can sit together. And the Stubs program gets me $5 Tuesdays and great kickbacks. This is our go to theater absolutely.

Great place to bring kids.

My family has been coming to this theater for quite a while, the seats are comfortable, snacks constantly have been tasty, good selection of drinks, and never had any problems with the movies that was fault of the theater.They are always playing the up to date movies, and have an acceptable membership system.Everything you expect from an AMC theater, this one delivers.

This is not the worst theater I have ever experienced. However, the last two times I have been there I have not been impressed. It is a popular theater/location and when it gets busy it can get really messy. The last couple times we were there there was popcorn everywhere - all over the floor in the lobby. There was popcorn and trash all over the theater AFTER they cleaned. All the trashes were literally over flowing, with trash stacked up the wall next to them. Also, my chair and many of the chairs around me make a terrible noise as you recline! Not good during a movie. I am not saying I will never go see a movie at this theater again because it is conveniently located and they have good deals on Tuesdays but it is has been a dump the last few times we have been there.

We love this AMC theater! It has recliners and reserve seating that can be booked online. There is no need for standing in line for popcorn and drinks because they also have an option to deliver the food you order while you are seated. Unfortunately, there are online fees.But we love this theater!!

Clean, friendly staff & good movie selection. Wouldve given five stars but I could not believe the price to pay for 2 adults. Oh well.

Always a great experience here, love the recliner seats and its always kept clean, the staff are nice and do all they can to make each time memorable here. Its a really nice and if I may say so, quiet location, even with all the people that come through, you feel a sense of not having to rush and taking your time. My husband and I are really going to miss it here when we move.

I absolutely LOVED this theater. The employees were so nice and helpful. Then you get to the oversized leather reclining chairs . I think I found my new favorite theater, well worth the 30 min drive to get there!

Great theater for Monday morning matinee with friends. Comfortable seating and not crowded. Plenty of parking close to the entrance doors. Snacks are a little pricy, but matinee price was only $7.29. We plan on doing it again. I recommend this place.

This place is awesome has the most comfortable seats. Theyre pretty much Lazy Boy seats that recline and you can lay down all the way back and enjoy the movie! The customer service was amazing also very nice and fast service.

This is the place to see a movie, big comfy recliner chairs, can order food right to your seat before you arrive and like 12 different theaters. I love this place.

Comfy chairs and popular Saturday night destination. Get there early for your movie or you may have to sit in the front! Only one cashier selling tickets, my only complaint.

For the volume of people this theater can fit, while still being a comfortable place to see a Highly Polished Movie in its preferred form and sound. Cant beat it. Youd have to drive miles to locate anything close to a competitor.

Im writing 5 months after going. I hope its too late. I watched the first 3 seasons of Leverage here and their counseling section helped me deal with my divorce while feeding me a steady supply of nacho cheese for sustenance. Just the cheese. Thank you Regal

Reclining lounger chairs! Best place to see movies in the Lakewood Tacoma area, in my experience. Prices could be better, but otherwise, its a good place to see a movie.

AMC theaters new membership program is clearly a focus with separate lines for those willing to pay for it. Having not visited in a while and being unlikely to visit enough to make a membership worthwhile we did wait longer at the counter for popcorn, drinks and snacks but it wasnt horrible. The move to assigned seats many years ago was a great decision which allows for arrival just shortly before the movie begins. Coca cola freestyle, self service butter and salt stations, and the reclining comfortable chairs are excellent too.

This is a great theater. Great comfy seats and pour your own butter for popcorn! Awesome!!

Went to see Mary Poppins Returns recently. We ordered online which included popcorn, candy and a soda. We set a delivery time and it arrived on time. The ability to avoid the ticket counter and concessions made the experience far more enjoyable.The food deal was an amazing price considering the size of each item. Reclining chairs were comfortable with a great deal of space. We were closer than I normally pick but the layout meant this was no an issue as I had feared it would be.

Our first time!!!! And we were pleasantly surprised!!! It was clean:) we loved the comfortable reclining chairs!!! Ordered a snack deal via the app and it was delivered to us in the cinema.

After a mix up with their system and shows cancelled (on Christmas) the manager went over and above to accommodate us, finding us a different movie time and 5 seats together.I know it had to be frustrating for everyone working Christmas, they were the only place open and busy all day- but everyone that we had communication with was pleasant and our experience was great.We went from a 5 family groan hearing that our show had been cancelled, to enjoying our show with popcorn and soda on the house. Thanks!

Opening weekend since covid shutdown and the experience was awesome! All precautions have been taken and we felt safe. Plenty of space between each group. Seats and floors were very clean. Thank you for making it back! Maybe once sales start back, bring back some other snacks?

We went recently and tried their seat concessions delivery - - it was perfect. They delivered our two large drinks in a two section bag. Nothing spilled. The candy and popcorn were delivered in a bag with napkins, straws and extra salt packets. It was delivered on time and with enough to get situated before the trades launched. No lines no juggling goodies. Just find your reserved seats and wait for the delivery. Brilliant.The overall experience was nice. The seats are comfortable recliners. Plenty of elbow room. The theater is always cleaner than expected and the staff are very helpful.The Real 3D is bright and clear. The screen is maybe a little small, compared to other theaters and ticket price. All in all, it was a great visit.

Good place, the tickets are a little pricy, but worth it, great seating. Just make sure you order your tickets in advance because often time the tickets sell out fast

Love the relaxing atmosphere and recliners. Almost like watching a movie in our own home!

Not a bad place to catch a film. Better to order tickets online. Prices are cheaper then Regale. Also shopping center and restaurants are close to walking distances. Better to go in the mornings or afternoons. Later in the day can get busy.

Lately this theater isnt the same it was. Coke machines with no ice and the soggy seems to be the new standard, staff no longer greet you, they just point at you with the ticket scanner. Some of the recliners are very noisy and a few seats have the screws half way in ripping apart your jeans.

The chairs are cozy.

Comfortable automatic recliner seats. However, there isn’t much of an incline because the theater is small. Also, at times, you will be able to hear the sound coming from the next room because the walls are so thin.

Good movie theatre. Recliner seats are comfy. I am hearing impaired and require a Closed Caption device and often have issues with them. They are run of battery, dont work like the should or the screws in the base are loose so you have to hold it up in front of you. Not 100% disability friendly.

This is my favorite theater in Pierce County because of the convenient location, comfortable reclining seats plus kind & caring employees like Emma. I accidentally left my eyeglasses in theater #7 and had left in the car with my boyfriend when I discovered that they were missing. We turned around and I happened to bump into Emma who, thankfully, had them in safekeeping. I am also grateful to the nice, young lady working up front taking tickets because she helped me a few different times during the evening. The nice employees at this theater impressed me - tyvm

It was an overall enjoyable cinema experience, we took advantage of ordering concessions to be delivered prior to the start of the film. Awesome opportunity to skip concession line. They also gave us extra salt for our popcorn, kudos AMC. Theatre was pretty clean, however, we did notice a number of the recliners around us could use a bit of WD40 because of how much they squeaked when other patrons adjusted their seats. One of the ladies in front of us seemed to never be comfortable and was always moving up, or down, with a loud mechanical squeak. It took a bit away from the full cinema experience.

Its a movie theater. I dont know what else to say! At least the popcorn is fresh

I took my wife and little brother to go see Birds of Prey. We already had a member of our party in the theater but they didnt have enough to cover us and my card wasnt working. The kindness of their staff let us in for free. As embarrassed as we were. We wont forget and we plan to pay it forward. Thank you!!!

Disability unfriendly for my child. She went with friends, including an adult, and she was told there was no one to help seat her. Staff allowed her to elope unescorted. Thank goodness for Target! They held her and called me. The theater offered no apologies for their actions.

My favorite place to watch a movie! Nice big recliners are comfortable and the theater is pleasant. Staff is always friendly, even when they have to remove someone that is sitting in your assigned seat. That is actually one thing I really like that a lot of theaters are doing now -- assigned seating. You can even get snack delivered to your seat so you dont have to wait in line at the counter.

The seats here are great! They recline further and are wider than any other movie theater in the area.

This theater is fantastic. One thing that makes it awesome is the most comfortable seats ever. If the movie is great, makes it worth the time to spend on those seats. The theaters food is good. But nothing is as good as a good popcorn, soda and a good movie while sitting on a leather chair that feels like a cloud sofa.

The theater was ok but the bathroom was atrocious! I turned around after going inside. I informed the young ladies behind the concession stand about the bathroom, but dont know what was done about it.

This theater was amazing! There was a little hiccup at the beginning when they gave us tickets to the wrong movie. But it got worked out. The workers are friendly, the inside and outside of the building is nice and clean, and the theaters have the comfy reclining chairs. Really great experience over all!

Big comfy seats, reserved seating, rewards program, and a big selection of movies. Whats not to love! Theres plenty of parking & the employees go out of their way to help you have fun. This is among my 2 favorite local theaters.

Its okay. Set up weird and the VIP members thing is weird. They have a second VIP line where they get rung up first no matter how long you wait in line. Snacks are limited as well. Cinemark is better

Came to watch a movie from an hour away to Lakewood Wa from Silverdale an they didnt take my prepaid ticket from Costco Noel the manager on duty was rude and not very courteous. If I could give them a 0 I would. Very disappointing for my kids 18th birthday.

This place had reclining seats with footrest WHAT?! What and seen Lion King with brother and two sisters for my one sisters birthday it was one of the coolest theaters Ive ever been to and the coolest thing Ive ever seen in a theater since I went to a theater that serve beer and had a little table that popped out of the seat

People are so rude at the theater these days. They are on their phones, talking, texting basically ruining the movies and the theater personnel do nothing about it wven when you tell them. Its the reason I rarely go to the theater anymore, even though I love watching movies on the big screen.

My only thing. Maybe staff should check the seats in theater 11. A few were extremely loud. WD40 as Hank Hill would say, might fix that. Overall a great place with polite staff

My boyfriend and I will drive 45 minutes to go here just for the ENORMOUS comfortable adjustable seats. The pretzels and real cheese dip are better than anywhere else as well. The arcade has a DDR machine so you know its legit. I wish every theatre were like this theatre.

This theater is one of my go-to movie destinations! Their facilities are always clean and their service is friendly. The reclining seats are very comfortable and the overall movie experience is great.However, their screens can be a bit small than other theaters, and at times I can hear bass and sounds from a movie from a neighboring room and that can be distracting for my movie.Overall, I recommend this theater for an above average movie experience.

Though I still hate the prices, it is expected now. Popcorn was fresh and plenty of options for other snacks and drinks! I love the reclining chairs here! My wife and I have been here a few times now with no issues. The video and audio is great, floors and chairs have been clean, and it has been pleasant each time

I like the big recliner seats but the concession prices are higher than most theaters Ive been to. The little arcade is good if you have a kid.

I enjoy it. Its centrally located with easy access from different direction which helps with traffic. Would give 5 stars if they utilized the secondary concession stand to cut down on the long lines.

Ive been going to this theater for years now. I will come here above others even if I have to drive. I love the big reclining seats and that you can reserve them ahead of time.Keep in mind if you order your tickets online, there is usually only 1 or 2 of the 3 pick up machines working. So you may have to wait in a short line.

Comfortable lounge chairs. I cant climb stairs, but here I can go down to my seat. We order our tickets online and can choose our seats.
