Seats are cozy, sound and picture are good. Well maintained, yet seemed abandoned almost. There is mini food and beverage outlets throughout the theater hallways but I doing think they are in use anymore. Make sure to grab your popcorn and drinks while purchasing your ticket. Yeah that was weird too. You have to purchase your tickets at the concession stand.. All and all it is a decent theater.

Lol unexperienced staff and lack of any engagement to be there. Facility was nice though.

Love going to this location! Staff is wonderful and popcorn is always fresh. The bathrooms are not the cleanest, but the theaters are very clean.

Comfortable seats and Crunchy popcorn. It felt like i was in an another world. Just amazing!

I am one that works in concessions as well, so I understand you just want to get through your day, and some days you just dont want to deal with customers. But, please just give a smile, some sort of friendliness, a have a great night really not that hard. And please, keep the personal gossip in the back, and not while you are serving people

Went to the 4:15pm call of the wild movie. I wanted to see it because of the dog Buck. Awesome. Only 6 people watched. Rather expensive and I picked that time because I thought I would get matinee prices. I guess I was mistaken. Its so unfortunate prices are so high. The cinema was nice though.

The past two experiences here have been terrible. The movie played 30 mins late. The people at the counter are rude, I asked if they could break a hundred and the guy at the counter said does it look like I can break a hundredYesterday, my sister ordered a pretzel and after waiting 10 mins, we asked where the pretzel was and they wanted to charge us again!!!Mediocre staff.

Came to see a movie I had already paid for, doors locked, no ones there. No signage, no info, nothing.

First time at this movie theatre. Super friendly staff and didnt wait in any lines for tickets or food. The seats are pretty comfortable, the theatre I say in didnt recline or anything, which was a bummer. But overall, definitely will be back!

I really enjoyed the movie I had seen here with friends. The climate of the Theater was well Regulated, could have had a little more seating space. Better suited for a Date!

Sound and image quality very good. Semi-stadium seating and small screen in our theater. Row spacing is tight, husband had to move his knees out of the way of chair leaning back in front of him. Popcorn dry and slightly underfilled. Not worth over 12$ a ticket and $9.19 for popcorn.

Im definitely sticking to going to surrounding theaters. There cheaper and they have reclining seating and if you get snacks here there double compared to most theaters. Its $7.50 for a small popcorn and its half the size of any other theater. I took my daughter and her friend here to see frozen 2 and the theater was empty no surprise because Belmar has great seating and offers matinee pricing before 3pm I wont be back here. The commercials were endless 25 minutes after the scheduled time I will never be back here.

We saw star wars. Great movie and the theater was good. Only issue we had was that amount of ads before the movie started. 30 minutes after the scheduled time the movie started. It was a bit excessive.

Theater is OK, if a little cramped. It gets 1 star because they dont start their movies until 25 minutes after the scheduled start. Im talking 10 minutes of straight TV commercials before they even start 15 minutes of trailers. If Im going to spend a half hour of my time watching commercials, the least yall could do is discount the tickets, which are the most expensive in the area. I can safely say I will never return to this theater.Edit: Cool, yeah let me know when the policy is changed and Ill be glad to change this review.

This theater used to be the best. It’s really gone down hill. Sad to see. Bathrooms were putridly disgusting. Lobby looks like it hasn’t been swept all week. Floors in the theater are sticky. Definitely not worth the price of admission.

Antiquated seats and theater. Not that it is a bad theater but you can pay the same price for a much better, more modern experience at Belmar. I would only go here again if the prices were reduced to match the experience.

Don’t eat the food! My two year old son and I went to see spies in disguise last night. We ordered a snack pack that included a small amount of popcorn and an icee. Shortly after getting home, I got very sick and shortly after that my poor son got very sick. We were both up vomiting all night. The movie snacks were the only thing we consumed that were out of the ordinary. My boyfriend did not go to the movie with us and otherwise had eaten everything the same as us and he is fine. Apparently movie popcorn is a common source of food poisoning. Besides getting super sick, the girl working the concession was extremely rude and literally said “what do you want” when we got to the counter.

We went to see angry birds 2 and had the worst experience. The gentleman staffing the concessions kept saying everything was out of stock... four different items out. Ordered the pizza - it took 15 minutes and it was cold. The movie previews had the picture but no sound. Then nothing - dark screen, no movie. Multiple people had to find a manager. Took another 5 minutes for the movie to start. The seats are old and there was no bar. Will not be back

The experience was not good because there was only one employee at the ticket counter for a very busy Saturday afternoon.The machine that issues tickets with a credit cardon the side was malfunctioning. We got there early and made it in to the movie just as it started.The concession stand lines were very long and slow moving as well.The movie was great.

Tried to see Star Wars in the IMAX tonight and it was WAY TOO LOUD! The volume definitely exceeded safe levels and sitting thru the movie would likely incur hearing loss. Multiple people at the showing complained, but we were told by a manager that “the volume couldn’t be lowered because it was preset.” I am genuinely surprised no one at the theatre is capable or allowed to make such an adjustment. Fortunately the manager refunded us, and did share that tons of people have complained. Bummed to not see Star Wars on the big screen, but went to another theatre and am not deaf.

Went to the 1st showing of 3 from hell (tonight), first 50 people in line were supposed to get posters, they never got delivered, funny everywhere got theirs. The manager couldve cared less. She cant contact 3rd parties if theres a problem with the event. All she could do was have people write down their name and number on a piece of paper and hope for the best but shes not making any promises, which she probably just threw away after everyone was in the theater. Then we missed the beginning of the movie cause they couldnt figure out how to play it, blank screen, started then stopped, then popped in with the voices off a good 20 minutes into the movie.They claimed it was a bad copy of the movie, uh doesnt every theatre get the same copy. Definitely not returning to this theater

A nice place to watch movies typically during the weekend and then either do some shopping at the adjacent mall or indulge in some amazing cuisines at nearby restaurants...

There was no one at concessions so (at about 5:35 pm) I headed over to the customer service desk. I ask the man there if there another counter open. He looks at me like Im crazy and as if I were a bother and points out the just arrived boy at the concessions counter. So, I head back over where the apathetic teen takes my order as if I were bothering him. He hands me my drinks and popcorn and I leave only to realize hes served me the wrong drink. I return to the counter and inform him. He then says something (I dont remember what exactly) indicating I had initially asked him for the wrong drink. I know what I asked for and if he had repeated the order to me he would have saved us both the unpleasant start to my movie. Then 2 out of 3 faucets in the restroom werent working. The restroom was clean and the popcorn fresh, but they have work to do with their customer service.

Went here recently for movie. We ordered some food from concession stand. The cashier misunderstood what we wanted, I clarified but was charged for it anyway, plus what we ended up getting. Thats fine. But, when the loaded nachos came out,which cost $10, there were literally 3 pieces of diced tomato and one slice of jalapeno. WTF? Really? $10? I thought it was an actual joke, but it wasnt. What is a joke is the customer service and quality of experience at this theatre. Dont bother. Go to flat irons, or pretty much any other movie theatre. This place is in desperate need of a remodel/updating too. Definitely will not be back, ever. The movie was good.

Compared to other theaters nearby, this one is horrible. I like the reclining chairs and wider aisle space at other places. Soda was flat. Crew minimally friendly. Century in Belmar is a better value.

The service was excellent the girl working there said they are going to be going under renovation to get a bar and coffee shop in sight which will make it even nicer

Concession was already closed by the time the previews ended on our film. We were disappointed they didnt tell us they would be closed so that we could get a refill on our drink. Other than that, the experience was enjoyable.

Movie started on time. The seats were honestly the most uncomfortable seats I have sat in at a theater in a long time. For sitting there for 2.5 hours watching a movie, I would rather go somewhere else that had better seats.

Sound was screwed up until I told them to fix it!

My husband and I went to a IMAX movie recently and we were the only two in the theater. The sound was so loud you could hear it from the restrooms. We asked for the video to be turned down but the staff lied and kept saying they did turn it down. It was so loud it distorted the sound and we were unable to even understand what was being said. after complaining 4 times they finally came into the theater and agreed that it was too loud but they could not change the volume (proving the lie from before). Had to leave the movie early and was very bummed because we wanted to see that movie. The staff was absent at times and did not seem like they cared to be there. I see why after my trip.

Seats were small and rickety. Limited leg room. Screens were getting older. Fast service though, even when it was super busy.

For the price 5 stars. Almost took off stars for not having stadium seating.... but the seats were comfy enough with arms that raised between the seats. Theater was beautiful and the movie experience was great. Prices seemed a bit lower than elsewhere and still had first run films with reserved seating.

We went to watch John Wick 3 the weekend after it came out in IMAX around 7:30pm and there was hardly any staff around. There was no one to rip your tickets or show you were the room was located. The seats were pretty outdated and the quality of the movie just seemed pretty standard. Most newer digital screens did much better. Would not recommend watching an IMAX movie here

Really nice theater. People usually dont pay extra for the nicer theaters so they are usually empty for the most part.

Went to see Jumanji on Christmas at this theatre because the Belmar theatre that is close to my house was booked. I was very disappointed. Maybe Iam just spoiled, but their popcorn and sodas were twice as expensive as the Belmar theatre and they didnt even have kettle corn! The seats were comfortable but are not the reclining seats. I probably will not return for the simple fact that they do not offer kettle corn or refills on medium drinks.

Worst Experience Ever. Customer service is absolutely the worst. Management is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Every time I go to the Colorado Mills 16 there are always friendly helpful people there.

Compared to the theater at Belmar with the full reclining lazyboys, this was a sub part experience.

Saw free solo here. Theater was clean service was really good as well, but the sound quality was not as good as I have had from other theaters I have been to. Overall, ok and worth catching a movie from here if you are in the mood.Edited: updated from 3 to 4 stars due to customer service and their support from making sure I have a good experience. That is great customer service to address issues.

All in all not a bad theater, but the seats dont recline and they dont allow you to butter your own popcorn. For the price of the tickets, they really should have reclining seats.

I paid $49 for 3 grandkids an me to see Frozen II. Over 1/2 hour after the ostensible start time of the movie and about 50-60 ads and trailers, the movie still didn’t start. I’LL NEVER AGAIN PAY UNITED ARTISTS TO MAKE ME AGAIN WATCH THEIR DOZENS OF PROMOTIONS.

I cant say enough good things about this theater. Their customer service is outstanding. I was dumbbell and purchased a ticket for the wrong location and they performed some magic so I didnt have to drive across town and miss my movie. Then Rocketman stopped 20 minutes in because the computers didnt register a ticket being sold and in a few minutes they had it back on for me. Everyone at this location deserves a raise, a bonus, and a all expenses paid vacation. Ill never visit another location again because they really value their customers and created the best movie experience ever, even though they could have turned me away because this all stemmed from my mistake.

One person at concession taking tickets and food orders. Late to move taking almost 30 minutes to take order. Lights stayed on in movie. Asked employee three times to dim lights. Lights were never dimmed. I left theater before movie was over and asked for manager. Employee said he did not know where manager was.

Spacious venue and reasonable food. Was a bit unimpressed with the food processor, but thats going to the movies these days.

Waiting to purchase tickets and a popcorn combo took 30 mins asked for water got warm water. Asked to put ice emptied out the water put ice forgot our change tossed my outside drink while I watched others with outside drinks take them in I’m so disappointed I probably won’t be back after this visit

Overpirced for what you get. The food options are not great either. I reccomend take your hard earned money to the Alamo instead!

I came to the theater tonight for date night (it was my first time in here). There was great parking but it was super pricey at the snack counter, thats ok. But the girl working it (her name is Samantha) was very rude. She rolled her eyes at us as we chose what we wanted and gave us a bad attitude the entire time.

Theater is showing its age. Seats are uncomfortable, sound is blah, theater was really cold. Not worth the money

Seating is not that comfortable...sound and screen not great...I prefer The Harkins theater

Decent theatre with old style seating, typical concessions, and overall decent staff. IMAX theater is good, though definitely on the smaller size. There are better theatres in the area, particularly over at Belmar, but its got IMAX and for films made in IMAX its absolutely worth it.

Great movie (Star Wars) at a great theater.

This is a very good theater and well-kept. The staff are very friendly and the bathrooms are very clean but out of soap.The concession stand is very slow, expect to stand in line at the concessions for at least 20 to 30 minutes. This is why they got 4 stars....Otherwise its a great theater and I will go here again.

Saw Jumanji, surprised that tickets we ordered on line had to be scanned at theatre seating. Ni one I. the ticket booths, tickets are purchased at the concession stands

The theater experience was pretty good for the average person. I unfortunately have a pain disorder that requires my leg to be elevated to help reduce the pain. Other theaters have been able to accommodate me with higher quality seating (reclining chairs), or a chair for a foot rest. When requested, I was nicely told that it would break Fire Code to give me one... And I am guessing they were 100% correct. Still, I hope they consider how they can help their customers with physical needs.

I rated 2 because the theatre experience was fine but the customer service was the worst Ive had in a very long while. We were there on 12/16 to see a 4pm show. We arrived with 18 minutes before the show. We waited in line for 5-7 minutes to purchase tickets, there was one ticket person. The *one* customer in front of us stuff there, having not made up their mind, the person behind the counter had zero sense of urgency. Zero.Then we went to get snacks (w/approx 11 minutes to the show) waited in line for snacks. There were 3 lives at first with a combined amount of about 12 customers. The cashiers in two lines just walked away, no explanation, and did not return to cashier. Left 3-4 customers (7-8 people) in line. Zero sense of urgency. Whatsoever. Another like was told to go to the next line while our love was completely abandoned. There was then one line. One guy. 10+ customers. We then had 2 minutes to the show, having not been served, not even greeted or acknowledged. We spent over $100 on this movie experience and expected at least a basic amount of customer service and consideration. We didnt get what we paid for. Im pretty easy to please but I was just so frustrated with this experience.

This place has horrible customer service and the IMAX theatre seems like a normal screen. The lady behind the customer service desk never came back to help anyone. There was a line waiting and no one seemed to care.

Disappointed in the fact that the name of the movies were not displayed on the lighted displays outside the individual theatres. My elderly father went to the restroom and was confused which theatre to go back into. Fortunately it turned out ok but could have been disastrous if I had not seen him try to call me during the movie.

We visit this theater several times a month. The employees and managers are friendly and helpful, bathrooms,theaters, and lobby are always clean, and the food is tasty.They have an elevator to several of the theaters with handicapped seating both down low and on the top row.We love this theater!

The one thing I didnt like was when we were standing in line to buy our tickets, all of a sudden some one came out with a sign saying that we needed to buy our tickets at the concession stand. So we went in and ended up standing in even a longer line.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience here. Went to see Free Solo tonight (10/19 10:05 pm showing). The sound was messed up for the first 20 minutes of the movie. We couldnt hear anything for the entire intro, went and told someone, and it wasnt fixed for another 15 minutes. We missed everything that was said for the first 20 minutes of the movie. We asked if they would restart the movie, and they refused, despite the fact that it was the last showing of the night and there were no movies to follow that would affect the schedule.We were told that we would receive a refund if we went to the customer service desk after the movie. So, we went to the customer service desk after the movie and received THE WORST customer service experience I couldve imagined. The manager that night was unapologetic and extremely rude to us. He refused to refund our money, and rather gave us a voucher for a free movie. He never apologized for our experience, and presented with an extremely bitter attitude towards us.After paying $13 to see a movie and not receiving the full experience that we paid for, the customer should absolutely be refunded! I will now have to watch that movie again since I missed the first 20 minutes. Needless to say, the voucher that we were given is worthless because I will NEVER return to this movie theater after the sour attitude we were given by the manager. I am disgusted and appalled. The manager who was working the night of 10/19 should be fired and replaced with someone with a friendlier attitude towards customers, and someone who is willing to apologize when something goes wrong.Dont waste your money here!!

I have seen both Deadpool 2 and (previously) Black Panther at this theater.Good quality seats, screens, sound and your standard, expensive, snack fare.I watched DP2 in their IMAX and, to be honest, I would have rather waited the half hour to watch it on a standard screen and saved the extra dough...The screen is not much bigger than their other screens and somehow seems narrow, ratio-wise. The sound is good.I dont think the sound added much...It did sound louder than their standard screens, but I felt reduced clarity quite a bit...The elevated seating was really nice and the proximity to the screen helped the lackluster size.I do really enjoy this place and will continue to support this theater! I do suggest you bring your friends and watch movies here! It is right next to Colorado Mills Mall, (with a wide variety of food options and places to walk around/peruse, before or after your film!

In all my years worst movie theatre i Ever experienced. first time i went. there was no concessions. 2nd time i went was for the 3 from hell movie. first 50 people get a free movie poster. waited to be told there are no posters. the manager didnt care or try to even look if they had them nor tried to find out why theres no posters. so then the movie starts and it suddenly shuts off. then about 5 minutes later the movie pops on about 25 minutes into the movie. and then the sound wasnt matching up with the picture. people were walking out at this point. then they finally get the sound to match up and the sound was really low. every other theatre in denver got posters everyone on facebook and social media posting about the movie and the posters and of course this theatre doesnt have them. everything sucks about this place.

Parking isnt great, walked in for a late night movie, no one here but us and one women cleaning behind the counter for food, she noticed us walking up, sighed loud enough the room echoed then proceded to help us while rolling her eyes every second we didnt make a decision, got our large drink and got my change tossed to me with more eye rolling, i understand if you arent having a good night Samantha (the employee) but stay work friendly atleast.

One person selling tickets. Line backs up and up. Theater is fine. Only have popcorn and Coke and they are good. Staffing level always too low.

Went to see a movie here had a little trouble getting my prepaid popcorn but they straighten it out relatively quickly and were very understanding

Emma was absolutely fantastic athelping get a problem straightened out and setting up my Regal app.She is extremely friendly very helpful a lot of patience. Very sweet young lady glad I got to spend my few moments with her she put the merry in Merry Christmas.

Its ok. Pricey, even for a movie theater. Like, 9 dollar popcorn...Seats recline and are comfy. 3D is good and in focus no matter what seat/angle your in. Just very pricey.

Other than a fairly slow concession stand line, this is a great place to get away with some friends, a special somebody, or even just yourself. I dont understand why its not more crowded because everything there is of great quality and in most of my experiences quality customer service too.

Very small chairs; not recliners and snack bar is very minimal but gentleman who we bought tickets from was great; very polite and was honest about telling us about the last 15 minutes of movie being very violent, so we did miss the ending by choice. He I would give 5 stars.

Comfy seats with great views. Sound system is decent and loud. Busy on the weekends. Good location thats easy to get in and out of. Close enough to the mall to visit without the hassle of the theater being actually in the mall. Buy tix ahead of time.

I love coming here, great service and atmosphere, its never to full so you can get a nice seat and enjoy your movie with tasty popcorn and drink.

What in the world is Regal UA thinking? Standing in line to get a ticket at the concession counter has to be the most ridiculous idea I have ever seen. Instead of a small line we had to stand in line for about 15 minutes just to get our tickets. Wont be going back to either of these theaters, Denver West theater is the same way. Bad idea Regal!

This movie theater is terrible! The seats are so uncomfortable and they dont even recline. The prices are expensive... Wont be back here again and I dont recommend this place!!

Went and seen Hellboy. Good movie. The theater was Nice too. Stay was super nice and cordial.

The lines to get snacks were stupid long we came to see avengers and they only had 1 guy running the line ...on a busy Sunday too! people missed a lot of the movie ...totally not worth coming to see a big movie if your gonna end up missing parts because the guy was taking his precious time to attend people not worth it people !

This cinema shows most of the Fathom Events productions, which is commendable. However, the seats are busted and need replacing.

Saw a gofobo screening here - terrific!Its easy to confuse this theater with the one across the street, which is also Regal, even more confusing. Friendly staff of teenagers/young adults.

The theater, concession area, and restrooms were dirty. The line for food took 30 minutes, yet there was staff standing around. Our cashier was unsure how to use the regal rewards program.

The theatre was very comfortable. The sound quality for the movie was excellent and the theatre staff were very welcoming.
