Under new management. Moving in some newer, more eye appealing homes. There are some kinks still to fix such as a few potholes. Overall quiet relaxing home.

Peaceful gated community places lot rent around same as other parks in Lakeland. Pool and clubhouse are a plus. Security better than most. Hope to be a member there.

The owners are terrible especially the daughter. They could care less about the people . Only care about the money ! Thats why the park is so empty. The rent is excessive. Almost 500 a month. Would not recommend this place.

You have to buy the full quantity of a product. For instance I bought something that was on sale 3 for $10. I wanted to buy 2 they charged me full price I had to buy all 3

The park is nice but the owners really dont want to work with you when it comes to money.

Ive been living here for 7 years and have had no problems whatsoever with either the owners nor the office staff. Lydia is a gem, the best park manager since Ive been here.

There are 32 empty trailer out of 200. This park is dead. The only thing they have going for them is the heated pool. Nice club house, but empty. The only activity during the season is Bingo. The owner is disorganized, uninformed and irrational. I wouldnt want to pay rent to someone like this without a notarized receipt every month. The office personnel are, for the most part, pleasant, but, have little to no direction from the owner. Also, Polk County is planning to widen New Tampa Hwy, in front of the park. Stay away from this one.

Play dont do nothing to improve the park

I have been here four months. It is relatively quiet except for the jerk with the loud stereo. Some what clean but lots of stumps that need to be removed. Con about this place: Cant get my lot rent locked in for a year and surprise the rent is going up January 1. **** Update my lot rent has gone up yet again and have been here a little over a year and a half, that makes the 3rd increase! This is ridiculous for a fairly new resident. There is a few amenities but there also some things here that need correcting if they keep raising rent, like get rid of all the dann tree stumps and put in speed humps for the speed racers through here. Been here just at two years and my lot rent has been raised yet again with NO improvements. A little anxious over hurricane season due to severe flooding last season!

For me its very nice...and gloria and Lydia very good persons ...its a lot a great people living here and very peaceful

It was a nice place to live but not anymore the new owners are scumlords. Owners and the park managers dont care about the people just there money.

Relatively calm over here besides a few nosey neighbors, but the owner is quite literally insane! She is perhaps the worst person I have ever met, and I work at the prison!
