Nice place to live. No activities for adults.

Absolutely a wonderful stay! Never had to leave the hotel. Staff went above and beyond for myself as well as my family. I purchased some really nice gifts in the gift shop/marketplace. 5S

Tammy doesn’t let anyone do anything, pool is always closed, kids can’t play at the park, no parking spacing in neighborhood. No access to amenities when people pay so much in rent. Shame shame shame.

Rent keeps going up every year and the pool is closed half the year. Not very friendly managerial staff rounds out a not so pleasent living arrangement.If you have another option you would be better off taking it.

Safe family my park. Very well kept, beautiful homes, basketball and playground for the kids. Near shopping and on Bus line.

Tammi abuses her role in the park, she’s rude to guests and tenants. she’s mean and nasty

It looked run down, dirty and scary. I didnt even speak to anyone they never answered the phone or called me back after weeks. So I went there to see and drove right out.

Have ridiculous parking rules and actually enforce them, but daughter of the manager gets away with whatever she wants. Loud music until late on weekdays. Parking on the grass. Junk all around her trailer etc.Friend has lived there many years and has been robbed multiple times. People actually stole mulch and decorative shutters, and screens off te windows.

Saw a home on fire is why we were there

Lot rent is too highand goes up every year atleast $20

Its ok though we got harassed for months when we really coulndnt do anything about it and many other houses had the things we were getting notes on our doors for

These guys are notorious for trying to squeeze double wide trailers into single wide slots. Terrible mobile home park.
