Drove through to pick up something I was buying from someone. The community was clean and looked to be kept after. Homes were nice.

Weve now lived at Woodbrook Estates as Snowbirds for the last 5 yrs. We Like/Love the people weve met through this time and all the park facilities. Its has nice lot sizes and wide roads... When looking for our winter home, we visited roughly 18 parks in the Polk County area plus at least 100 homes... We have to say, we have been very happy with our choice. Clean park and the managers are really nice.

Very nice atmosphere, some very nice people. Im sure it has its exceptions. Quiet for the most part.

Grandparents moved in here a couple months ago. Their home is nice enough and they dont seem to have many complaints. The parking situation is something else entirely. They can no longer host family gatherings(5+ cars) because there simply isnt enough parking without blocking peoples driveways. They probably welcome the respite, but I could see that being an issue for some people.

I have been assisting a New Owner with the renovation on her new home on lot 169 and found your Park an absolutely lovely place.

If you are looking for a 55+ park, just come here. Dont waste your time with the others. We have a solid management company that doesnt move managers, an exceptional HOA organization, lots of activities, a big snowbird population, reasonable rent and RV storage. This is a community, not just a park. Folks like each other, care for each other and enjoy retirement. Come and visit. You will stay.

Beautifully kept 55+ MHP. Lots of fun activities and nice neighbors. Quiet and friendly Area near shops and restaurants. Two heated pools, shuffle board, and soon I hear we are getting Pickleball. If you are coming down for the season this is the place to stay.

Very nice retirement community. Clean and friendly. Has lots of ammenities. Near grocery and quick shopping stores like dollar store Vet building almost next door. Barber shop and other shops.
