My boyfriend and I drove here from Washington, we had a great time. We were going to stay 3 days and decided to stay 5. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that they had laundry services available. The room was clean . The pool and beach was amazing. Made us feel like we were on a tropical island. We loved the bike/walking trail. The food was good that we ordered from the bar by the pool. All in all we were very happy to be here.

We booked through Booking, this place offers direct access to the lake. When we got there had to wait to be located but they gave us early access to the pool. The place has good location in the Bay few minutes from London Bridge . Onsite Beach, poo, restaurant, bars, and store. COVID measures were taking very lightly some staff werent even wearing masks. Prices are the bar were a little too high, but overall the experience was good.

Our family booked this hotel back in July, for an upcoming December youth baseball tournament.Suddenly we were informed, three weeks before our arrival, that the hotel was no longer available due to a corporation purchasing all of the rooms. At this last minute date, hotels in Lake Havasu are now harder to find, and considerably more expensive. We were not assisted in any way in finding another hotel, nor were we offered any compensation for our inconvenience.Customer service has been basically non-existent.As a frequent traveler, the Nautical Beachfront Resort, will NEVER again get my business, and I am so frustrated with our treatment that I will also discourage any of my friends from staying there.

Like many reviews we read ahead of time, the pool and beach front area are nice. We enjoyed the pool and bar area our first night there. The rooms are definitely dated and not very big. Very little vanity area in bathroom but overall bathroom was decent. We were only able to stay one night as we were on the move the next day. Overall, I would rate it a 3+ for the price.

Drove 5 hours from LA looking forward to a great weekend at the resort and was greeted by one of the meanest, nastiest people I have encountered trusted to greet guests as I checked in. Her name is Susie. She was incredibly rude, argumentative and patronizing. This is NOT a person who should be allowed to interface with guests. My issues were I paid in full but she was trying to charge me their resort fee on top of what I already paid. After I got her supervisor it was cleared up. And then when I asked if she we had been put in the newer rooms (as we requested weeks prior when we booked) she happily told me NO - we were in the old section. And sadly the inside of our outdated room smelled musty and the balcony must have been over a sewer line. Building D room 246 - in case anyone is wondering. Later that night when I had to go back to the front desk to get a bag of ice I was lucky enough to have Susie help me. She was glaring at me and started confronting me asking me what I problem was! I had to shield my 7-year old from her aggression and tell her I was not having this discussion in front of my child - give me my ice and leave me alone. Other observations: are the pool never had towels, the workers didnt wear masks consistently, the pool bar closed incredibly early but the restaurant did have tasty bar food. Overall this definitely was not a resort - it was a hotel with a pool and a little beach area.

So previously, when I visit Havasu, I have stayed at Heat. Cant really compare the two places as theyre apples and oranges. Heat is a boutique hotel and Nautical Beachfront Resort is a fun little cabin on the beach type of property. Nautical Beachfront Resort is a lot of fun. Its a great place to meet people as everyone hangs out, drinks and parties on the lawn and beach in front of the cabins. There is a cove where people pull their boats onto the beach to party. Nautical Beachfront Resort is a romantic getaway for two or a party on the beach, whichever you prefer!

This place is incredible! The beauty of the lake, the pool, and the well kept grounds were only outmatched by the superb hospitality we received during our stay. We came out from Phoenix to meet some friends from California, and both of our families had an amazing time. From the front desk to the boat rental staff to the pool and restaurant, everyone we encountered truly knows the meaning of hospitality. The food at the restaurant was amazing as well! There are a lot of hotels that dont put enough thought into their food & beverage programs, but this was definitely not one of them. Thank you all so much, we will most definitely be back!

My wife and I made a reservation on October 3rd for a beach front, ground level room at the Nautical Inn for Thanksgiving weekend. Our daughter and her family also made a reservation for a similar room. On October 30th Sean, from the Nautical Inn, contacted me and stated that they were cancelling our reservation as a client had decided to extend their stay. They offered to move our reservation (and our daughters) to the London Bridge Resort. I explained that the other resort was not the same as we had reserved ground floor rooms at the Nautical so that we could have our Thanksgiving get together outside our rooms and maintain social distancing. I stated that this sounded like a scam to give our rooms to someone’s friends. I was told it was not, that it was a corporation that was extending their stay and they were clearing out the hotel to accommodate them on orders from someone higher up. My feeling is that they should have told the corporation that they were sorry but the rooms are already booked. We ended up cancelling our Thanksgiving plans altogether. After this experience we will never consider the Nautical Inn as a reliable place to stay and will make sure to tell everyone going to Lake Havasu to beware of booking a room there.

Location is amazing! Best part about the resort is Nautical Water Sports being right on-site. They are amazing. The only issues we had were the small single bathroom in a room that sleeps 6... no privacy to change and the bathroom is way too small to get dressed inside of, and the fact that NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE at the front desk unless you are calling from your room. It was frustrating not being able to discuss my reservation or stay before or after we left. They did answer immediately when we called from the room. Would stay here again, but now we know to get two rooms!

I guess they really dont want to sell anything. At check out you find out about an additional $27 per day resort fee. Bad practice not to tell guests when they arrive.

We would have given the resort 5 stars because the bay king room that we had was very spacious and the view with patio of beachfront was OUTSTANDING!!! However what they lack at this resort is good customer service and quality control throughout their restaurants, main office, etc. At the bar at the turtle grill I received lack luster service and was served the worst strawberry daiquiri ever in my life. She must have just crushed some ice and threw in some red dye and said here you go for $8.50. It sucked to say the least!!! And we placed an order of food to go and asked if we could go sit by the window to look at the beautiful view while we wait for our food and the hostess looked at us like we both had two heads??? We finally convinced her that we will get up immediately if a party comes needing the table (the restaurant was real slow at the time too & no one ever came needing the table). And we ordered a burger to go with extra mayo on the side and of course the mayo wasnt in the box once I opened it in my room. Dont get me wrong, we LOVED LOVED our room with the view here. Its just everything else that we did not have like so much. That part sucks because you pay a lot of money to stay at this beachfront resort so you would expect that their customer service and quality control would be a lot better at their on site restaurants and office.

So we walk into our actual room to find spider webs on the ceiling, and under the bed. There were 2 spiders on ceiling we had to kill and leafs on once of the chairs as well. Our room smell like fresh oldan cologne, the room we were accidentally station in smelled fresh with not spider webs. Our refrigerator didnt really get all that cold on its coldest setting, and really what the deal with super small tvs. Idk I think was just expecting more for over 250 a night. Well will try a different resort next time. ( Pool is about the nicest thing about it)

The location was a 5, but the rooms and grounds were run down. Rooms are dark and gloomy for a lake front property. The room was clean but toilet was dirty with stuck on poop and the balcony was filthy, furniture and railings were so dirty had not been cleaned in months. They gave us a ground floor room when we paid extra for a 2nd story room so had to go back and get correct room. First day was very exhausting trying to get everything cleaned. Also fridge had defrosted and when we opened it spilled water everywhere and carpet was wet the whole time. The view helped but dont think I would go back until they remodel

The outside of the property is good. The pool area is the highlight of our trip. Mike at the wet bar was super nice and helpful. However we were told at checkin that because of Covid they wouldnt be cleaning our room the 4 nights we stayed (really??). Our TV and the internet didnt work we were told it was the wind but the wind only blew 2 of the 4 days. We got locked out on our own balcony because the door knob on the outside of the door doesnt work and there was a toe nail on the bathroom floor not one of ours. Our room was straight out of the 70s and smelled like it too. Worst hotel weve ever stayed in.

Absolutely not worth the money. Trash. The resort did little in the way of enforcing Covid regulations, including making folks wear a mask. The room was disgusting and there were about 100 small bugs smashed against the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. This indicates the room had not been cleaned thoroughly in quite awhile. The entire room felt like a run down jalopy from thirty years ago. The bed was a saltine cracker. there was random scotch tape on furniture. A nice 1” gap around the Front door WHEN CLOSED. Finger prints on the doors and mirrors, again, showing the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Carpet was dingy and thin and stained. Oh, and who could forget the insanely loud vent that went nowhere, but made so much noise We couldn’t sleep. The website was archaic and slow, we tried to call the office using the 1-877 number AND the local number, ZERO response. I tried emailing, NO response. This place was $300 a night. We promptly left the next morning. The Turtle bar had a nice waitress that did a great job. The bar food was pretty low brow and real expensive. The shrimp and the mahi tacos were straight out of a frozen grocery store box. Didn’t even take time to explore the city. I’ve stayed at five star hotels for less money. This place is awful. Do not waste your time here. I will post pictures of everything if possible.

Literally discusting. During Covid youd think the cleaning would be extensive. Not even close. Our room was gross, we found dirt and even BLOOD on our towels. The floors, walls, doorknobs, light switches and anything you could see was covered in dirt. Ive never felt inclined to clean a hotel room for my own safety until now. The only reason there are 5/5 and 10/10 is due to the fact that everyone is way too intoxicated to even notice how bad it is.

By definition, the Nautical does meet the criteria to be called a resort. But it ends there. My wife and I stayed here in October 2020. The staff was nice, the grounds were clean, and our room was fine (though nothing special). The pool was also nice. The problem is there is NOTHING to do on this resort other than the pool. There is literally nothing to do at this resort except swim. And that is another problem...They have a small beach area where you can swim in the lake. That is great, BUT, the entire time we were there, the resort was letting people anchor their boats and jet skis all over in the small swim area. WHY? There is a cove for boats, and there are also docks for the boats. So why are they anchoring in the only (small) lake swim area??Another problem is that the resort has ZERO beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Its just sand and then grass. So, my wife and I ended up having to run to Walmart to buy chairs and an umbrella. Why should people have to go to a store and spend over $100 for chairs and umbrellas?? Why isnt the resort supplying these? After we left this resort, we went to another resort in another town. It was everything that the Nautical wasnt: Three tennis courts, a basketball court, a volleyball court. putt putt, horse shoes, bocce, racquetball, cornhole, etc etc etc. All sorts of things to do throughout the day! The rooms were also superior by all measures. The rooms had fire places, a kitchenette, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a large jacuzzi tub surrounded by nice tilework, etc. The pool has umbrellas to use, and also has a nice hot tub and a pool for children too. Likewise, they had afternoon activities like painting and whatnot. They also had afternoon activities just for kids. Totally night and day between that resort and the Nautical. The problem with the Nautical is they are relying on the pool and the lake to be 100% of your entertainment. Well, if you dont have a boat or a jet ski, the lake doesnt provide much entertainment (especially when you cannot use the swim area because of boats and jet skis being anchored there). So all that leaves to do is the pool. And even around the pool, there are no umbrellas or anything. There are like (2) little covered tents by the pool if you want shade, but you have to rent those. Sheesh. And there is no kids pool, so adults, kids, everyone is is in the one and only pool that they have.So yes, by definition, the Nautical is a resort. But it just has so very little to offer unless you are there to go boating. They appear to have a lot of property, so why they arent investing in things for people to do is beyond me. Its not like horseshoes, bocce, cornhole etc. are expensive items.Ill say this though, we did like the restaurant. The burger I had was awesome. The outdoor bar/eating area I was not too impressed with. Service was super slow, and the people working the area werent even good at acknowledging that you were there. I got frustrated one evening because it took the waiter over 30 minutes just to get us our check. I wanted to just get up and walk out, but my wife wouldnt. The mixed drinks were so-so at best. Not worth the price for sure.Another thing we were really shocked about that the “resort” was lacking was safes in the rooms to put your valuables in. I’ve never stayed at a resort that didn’t have safes, well, until the Nautical. All in all, my wife and I had an OK time at the resort. But to be real honest, for the money, I wouldnt go back with it being as-is. The place is just a little too boring for me. A pool just isnt enough to keep me entertained for a week. Hopefully theyll reinvest some of their revenue into the resort. But seeing as how its been there for as long as it has and they havent done anything thus far, I dont hold high hopes.

A 4 star stay was marred by Managements refusal to reverse an extra deposit that was charged to our account. My wife and I are majorly disappointed with the way this was handled, and we will not be returning. In case management cares:Jeanette - helped us track down the errors. She was very helpful and courteous throughout, even after Jason got involved.Jason - stopped by the front desk and made the decision that he wouldnt help us. Overall, best to avoid, maybe explore some other hotels. Best if you have your own boat and stay maybe 1 night.Arrived at 3:45, was told check in was at 4 but no rooms were ready. They gave us a key to the pool to wait at, but my sister was getting questioned by security about her bottle because it had a top on it, but its not like we could take it to the room, and then constantly getting side eyed making sure we were actually staying at the hotel. 6:30 comes by, still no rooms are ready, mind you, its 103 degrees outside and I was with my 8 year old niece and 75 year old grandmother, Finally talked to a supervisor who had to personally check a room and give it to us. At 6:50 finally received a room after complaining, and there were still 3 other partys that were waiting for a room. They gave us our rooms and said sorry about the wait and thats it. My sister asked for 2 rooms next to each other, but had to settle with 2 rooms kinda close. The rooms were okay. Mostly clean, some dead bugs around, but nothing that made me want to argue with them again after waiting so long.No rentals were available for the weekend except a paddle board and 2 kayaks.Rant: The reasoning was not enough staff, which we argued just hire more staff? They said people dont want to work but I find that kind of hard to believe being someone looking for work myself. Id work there to make sure customers are treated right if I didnt live 5 hours away. Maybe pay people more then the bare minimum required by law, its a resort in a popular area. It could be forgiven if they werent charging exuberant prices for everything like rentals and items in the store. The room cleanliness can be forgiven because while we waited, we saw 1 cleaning lady working like 12 rooms so the cleanliness isnt a reflection on her work, its a reflection of the upper management and owners not supplying enough workers. If you cant fully operate the hotel, then dont fully open. Open up to what you CAN service.

We couldnt even take a shower and feel clean because there were hundreds of dead bugs splattered on the ceiling and wall of the bathroom. WHo knows when the last time it was cleaned. Due to the current pandemic you would think they took extra precaution with sensitization, but they did not in our room. There were spider webs on the edge of the ceiling and in the windows. There was a white build up on the bottom of the faucet fixtures and rust stains in the sink. We must have killed 10 spiders in the room. When this was brought up to the front office they didnt really seem to care. They just said to send an email to the cleaning department which we have not got any response.

Were do I start? The Location: The location is about 1.5 miles out from the town, where everything is. You CANNOT WALK this, and they do not offer shuttles. This forces you to spend $20 a day on an uber to and from downtown. There are so many better options to stay, mainly the London Bridge. The room:The room smelled dank and musty, there was a need of new paint on multiple parts, the door hing was falling off, the curtains had stains on them. The pillows were all old and flat, trust me it takes years for this to happen, the bed was squeaky and old and I couldnt manage to get a good nights rest. People from the town will often park their speed boats in the beachfront area and blast music which can be heard in your room until 3am sometimes and the staff does nothing about this. The staff: The old lady behind the desk was extremely rude the entire time, when asked about AFTER paying the fee she said that it was broken. I asked for a refund she said she would need to speak with the manager, I spoke with her twice after and she said that it was refunded which was a bold faced lie. I attempted to contact the manger directly multiple times and he never returned my call. This is not a resort by any means, its more so a motel which charges 3 times more than it should.

Further, I am a frontline hospital worker and asked politely requesting if they had any healthcare worker discount, which the website said it had, they wouldn’t work with us at all. This property is right on the water. They have convenient boat/jet ski rental on property. Nice pool. This resort clearly gets hard use. Quite a few minor broken things in the room. We suspect they were short-staffed due to COVID, so service for towels/linens/etc. was a little slow.Probably not the place to go if youre very picky about cleanliness. Cant compare it to other local resorts, however, as this was our first trip to Havasu.

Spent two days here with my wifes Yoga retreat. After we checked in, my wife found that most of the people in her group had no hot water. We felt lucky to have hot water until we woke up to find half our room flooded and our personal belongings soaking wet.We called the front desk to complain, only to be told we needed to come to the office for a key to another room. The hotel staff refused to send any one to help move us and would not offer any help with our wet clothing. After walking to the front office for a new room key, we moved all of our stuff into the new room only to find it had no hot water.During all of these issues, not one staff member of the hotel offered us any assistance, apologies,or even so much as an update as to when we could expect to have hot water, or what we could do about our wet clothes. When I called to complain, they acted as though they were unaware of the problems we had with our wet clothes and eventually sent housekeeping to pick them up. As of this writing we are still without hot water. In summary, this is a run down hotel that charges 4 star prices staffed by people whom dont seem to care. But, the view is nice.

Awesome spot on the lake! Super nice pool and cover area! Great to relax or party it up a little. The hotel gives you free ice with your stay. It has some nice cabanas and bars. Very enjoyable stay.

The day of our stay, we found out the property had oversold rooms somehow and they didnt have room for us and a lot of other people. We were forced to stay at a different hotel away from the rest of our family (small children included). In addition, the hotel was hosting a swingers party that weekend and we had no idea about it. Would have been niced for that to have been posted somewhere since we had kids with us. We did spend a lot of time at the hotel because the rest of our family was there. The restaurant service is very slow and the food is just mediocre. However, the convenience was great. The rooms were also mediocre. The hotel is out dated and been partied through a lot but once again, the fact that it’s right on the lake also makes it convenient. I wouldn’t stay here again simply because of what happened this time. Mind you, they didn’t offer us anything to compensate for the fact they made us move to a different hotel the day of our trip. Pretty crappy.

I had a great time there. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a great view. They have everything you need right there. Pool, poolside bar, restaurant, gift shop and a beach.

My wife and I came for our 2 year anniversary. This would have been a 5 star stay; however, the work on the pool began a week early. It was very disappointing to see the pool shut down when the dates did not match the email they sent.

Our stay was memorable in that in over 50 years of travel staying in motels/hotels, our room (317) was the worst EVER!!!  It was so dark and unwelcoming.  It was definitely not a room on your website.  The odor was extremely unpleasant and could not be mitigated by the spray I asked a hotel employee to spray.  She also unclogged the sink (it wouldnt drain) and the phone would ring but when I picked up, no one was there and I was not able to call the front desk.   We bought a candle to help with the smell but to no avail.  If we hadnt been tired from traveling and hauling our luggage from the parking lot down to our lower room and feed our dog, we would have and should have requested a change of rooms.  Even with all of the lights on it was hard to read.  Everything was SO old and way over priced.  When I booked the room for access to Lake Havasu for our dog, my husband and I both thought the price would be justified.  It was not.  It was smelly, dirty looking, old and needed a HUGE upgrade.  The sheets were even wrinkled like somone had slept in them so we slept in our clothes.  We were so excited to stay there and ended up so disappointed we couldnt wait to leave.  $57.39 for a one night stay for a pet!!!  Ridiculous. The view was nice but the grounds were under reconstruction and the pool was closed and we werent told.   We will not be back and certainly not recommend staying there to anyone.Alex, the young woman who booked our room and checked us in was great as was Jessica who helped with the spray and sink.

The Nautical has guests slips for when you visit the bar or restaurant. Its a great place to stop have a drink and food. Visit the pool and hang out by the bar. The pool always has something to look at.

When you first pull in you think it is awesome. The nice pool with bar is great. The views are awesome. We then checked in and got Room 302 which had the decor of the 1980s. The room was dirty but the views were good. If you are thinking of a place for a family trip - Think again. If you are 18 and looking for a place to hang, I am sure it may be fine. This location is awesome for views but horrible for anything else if you are used to real 4 or 5 star hotels. I booked because of the ratings but quickly realized this was less than a 1 star hotel.

We always stay here when we come out to Havasu. They having everything you could need. There is a few bars and restaurants, a shop if you forgot anything plus you can rent boats and jet skis. Recommend this place for anyone looking to come to Havasu.

Great place for our family reunion right on the sandy shores of Lake Havasu where we beached our boat day in and day out. The adventure island area they had with all the high float toys were a hit and were included in the price for the first generous 30 minutes each day. The lake and swim area was great for toddler and all alike. The pool area was more adult themed than kid friendly and the lake area was so nice we rarely used the pool. It’s proximity to London bridge was very nice and we plan on coming again.

Very nice pool, and wet bar, unfortunately the bar wasnt open. The pool was a balmy 85 degrees which is perfect in January on a 60 degree day.
