Third year in row. Unable to check in early. Did not get our room until 6 pm. You need more help, no extra stock of toilet paper. Call office took 45 mins to get it. We have been staying here for 15 years. You always say, full but never see this facility ever booked full. You need to hire more staff. And allow guest to check in early. Arizona is hot,

We had a great stay. It was so convenient having a fully functional kitchen available and the living area and bedroom were a nice size. The entire space was clean and felt like a small home. We’re planning to stay here again in the future. The only downside is there is no parking for trailers so if you’re hauling something, this won’t be convenient for you.

Its part of our timeshare and it was just fine to stay in for the weekend while visiting Havasu. The road noise can be a little much but at night it wasnt noticeable. The staff was nice and put ua as far away from the pool as possible, as requested, but there isnt really any disabled parking so that was a little rough. Well definitely be back!!

Positive: It did have a decent view. Room was what i needed for my family. Negative: The couch bed was not clean.

We been here for a week every year for the last four years. Its a very nice place and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The weather is great from October thru December. The lake is less than 5 minutes away. Even with Covid19 there is still lots do. I recommend it !!!

Loved it. It has to be the best place to stay in Havasu. It is super clean and our suite was updated. Most of the hotels in Havasu are nasty! We would stay at the dunes again and again.

Great location, accommodation was very nice, staff is exceptional. The offsite parking was conveniently located to a boat ramp. Would stay here again.

The room was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. The off site secured boat stoeage was very convenient being so close to windsor launch ramp.

Small and outdated facility. Location was overlooking a busy road as well as the highway. Needless to say, it was quite noisy. This certainly did not come up to WorldMark standards.

We made a last minute reservation here on a Saturday night. The price was great compared to everywhere else I had called. Nice place to come back to after a long day on the lake. The gentlemen at the front desk was courteous, room was clean, and A/C was cold! The room we were in had a little patio that looked out to the lake and a kitchen (mircowave, fridge, toaster, stove, etc) which were nice perks. If you have a boat or seadoos, you are not able to park them at the resort.. they will send you a couple miles down the road to park at their gated outdoor storage facility (right next to Windsor beach boat launch). We were not able to make it to the pool, but it looked nice. I would stay here again.

We stayed in a one bedroom which was very clean and comfortable. I wake a few hours earlier than the princess so it was nice to close the bedroom door and watch tv without waking her. Super close to London Bridge, very clean room, Confterble pillows, cold A/C, 2 car garage parking per room, nice and quiet location.

Best place we staved in in Havasu. We loved all of the amenities and space of the facility and 2-bedroom apartment. Lake view was spectacular. 3 pools were not crowded. Granite counter tops and remodeled apartment was beautiful.

Awesome resort to stay at in lake havasu! Rooms are updated and large layouts. Everywhere was sparkling clean. The 2 younger guys at the front desk are amazing they gave out awesome recommendations for food and sight seeing. 3 different pools and hottubs and each room has its own covered garage. Would highly recommend

Unit is clean. There is no housekeeping for your entire visit. We traveled with 2 toddlers and would have liked fresh towels and the bathroom to be freshened up. You can request housekeeping so we were told; we requested housekeeping 3 days in a row. They finally came on our last day there and never touched the bathroom or kitchen. Just gave us new towels. If you are looking for a resort experience go elsewhere. If you want to dump your own trash and go to the front desk to get towels this is the place for you.

I had a great experience the room, bathroom and mini kitchen was clean. We had plenty of clean towels and bed linens and comforter were good. We had to reserve to use the pool which I think it was fine because of this COVID going on, and my family and I were able to use the pool for our self with another small family which I think it was great which prevented a big crowed in the pool area they have grills that you can use meanwhile you are using the pool. Everything was great the only one thing I didn’t like was the couple of small stains I seen on the living room carpet and this is the only reason why I rated it a 9. One more thing I felt safe at the property.

Cannot rave about this place enough. The room was clean and exceptional. Husband is disabled and we needed accommodations for a wheelchair. Staff went above and beyond all expectations! Enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. Literally did not want to leave. Would definitely recommend

I visited for the Camaros on the Bridge even. Liked the resort, front desk and all employees were very friendly. I wish the bed was a little softer, but I slept well anyway. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful and courteous staff. Came for our 15 year anniversary and was given a anniversary gift box when we entered our room. The room is beautiful, clean and newly renovated. Has everything you need except cloths. Great views from river front rooms but can hear traffic on road sometimes. Also no boat parking on site have to leave your boat at a storage yard over 3 miles away which can be a good thing and a bad thing. Otherwise I will be returning with the entire family and will be recommending others to stay here. Thank you to all the staff and there hard work to keep the property and rooms clean.

A nice resort close to town

The units are perfect for a retired couple. Everything we needed was there. It is very convenient to everything. The one and only drawback is the highway noise. Nothing the resort can do about that.

The place is clean and well maintained. About a mile from the London Bridge close to the main roads. Can be a bit noisy with cars passing by. But I did like the view of the lake and you can get rooms with out the view that may be less noisy. Overall I would stay there again on future trips...

Room was cleanup on arrival, staff was friendly however, there was no cold water during our entire stay making the stay very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Impressive long term stay facility. I could not have been more please with each of the units I sampled. Each was well beyond impressively equiped with everything from seasonings (no seriously garlic, parsley, Italian herbs, pepper, and many more), soap, sponge, dishwashers, dishwasher liquid, dish soap, pots, pans, cups, utensils, and glasses of every type, microwave, oven... EVERYTHING you have in your home kitchen minus the cook (yeh I dont have one of those either, but you get my drift). If you want more from a hotel youve got real issues that wont be addressed by ANY hotel that I have ever been in. Its everything any, yet not one, of the Airbnb properties could be...AND MORE! Thats just the kitchen!!! Pool towels, múltiple pools, múltiple hot tubs, and an incredible view nock this place out of any realm of expected hotel facility. Its literally a home better than home away from home. Wow. No really...wow! Did I mention of the views and the sunsets and sunrises? Did I forget to mention outdoor grill areas at each of the pools???? Or yes I did because who would expect such a thing? I paid top dollar for lack of planning ahead but I couldnt leave... I extended three times and sampled the studio one and two bedroom units. Absolutely worth every penny and with my rediculous rate of roughly $100 nightly it was a steal and absolute steal! Quiet peaceful beautiful maintained and wow wow wow ( Im not being paid ... Im being honest )

Rooms have been updated with quality materials. Well stocked kitchen with all cookware needed. Pool and hot tub is clean and conveniently located. Covered parking for every unit. Great views of Lake Havasu. Free washers and dryers are a bonus.

Outrageous prices!! $930/night plus tax! An all-inclusive vacation I took to Mexico (Riu Palace Rivera Maya) for 5 days and 4 nights was less than this and it included top shelf liquor, all meals, airfare, and transportation to and from Cancun airport.

Beautiful property and very comfortable unit. It was right across the street from the Colorado River and close to town.

Very friendly front desk. Check in was great. Called for a few little extras and everyone was nice to help. The only down fall with the heat, the pools were too warm. A nice constant cool flow in the pool would be a big plus.

Got a great deal on this place during off season. Didnt use all facilities. The condo we booked was great and had all amenities we required. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We liked how clean and how quiet the property was having a private parking spot covered was great.

Perfect location - all you need is in the rooms - very clean - i will only stay at the dunes when traveling to Havasu

Although an older resort, the property was clean as a whistle w lots of amenities such as a lighted makeup mirror, small but very well stocked kitchen area and a comfortable bed in the bedroom. The office man Devon was very helpful and welcoming, and did all to make us comfortable. Only complaint is that the sofá is uncomfortable—-likely bc it is a pull out bed

Clean quiet and comfortable...

So close to the water

Very clean, and updated. Only one thing was odd...the master bedroom didnt have a switch at the door to turn on lights, and the master bath sink area was a little cramped. The sliding closet doors in the 2nd room was not really the right choice (a door would have been a better choice for the narrow opening.) But the rest of the place was well appointed and we enjoyed the outside patio area with a great view of the lake. And the nightly dip in the hot tub was very therapeutic to the long days of exploring.

Fairly recently acquired by Worldmark, but no updates have been made to bring it up to their standards. The rooms are a bit dated, with sub-par furniture. The grounds are also in need of some repair.

Amazing stay! The room was amazing with a great view of the lake. Once we got into the room we were so please! They even left us popcorn, lemonade etc FOR FREE! The front desk girl, Vicky, was so nice and accommodating! Thank you for a pain-free experience and taking your time to assure everything was satisfying for us!

Resort is pretty close to the lake. About a two minute drive. Resort is nice with covered parking. Pool could be better I guess they figure since theres a lake nearby, a nice pool isnt a priority. Rooms dont have individual grills which I dont like at all. Also missing a washer and dryer. All in all, this is a nice resort.

Weve been owners at Havasu Dunes since the 1990s. The place is very clean and comfortable however it is a little far from the lake and could use some updating. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very small but functional,

This wasnt your everyday resort. We liked it because if was different. The rooms were clean and it had a great view of Lake Havasu. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

This is probably one of the better places to stay in Lake Havasu. Some hotels in this city are pretty rough. Our friends had booked a stay elsewhere and canceled it to come stay with us. We were only here for a night traveling through on our way home from Mexico but we stopped to see the old London bridge. This resort is a Wyndam and I find that they do a good job at making your stay comfortable & clean with attractive decor. The guys at the front desk were so friendly & accomodating which is very much appreciated. I was also dying of thirst when I got there and they had cold water ready available in the lobby. Its the little things that are noticed & make a difference.
