Best Church in the world !!!! Amazing people amazing place, amazing pastors, amazing facility, everything you could ever want or need at a church from regular weekend service to Friday night recovery, and small groups. Awesome kids Sunday school with their own buildings for each age group like elementary school age, middle school age, high school age, with more specific rooms for specific grades at younger ages and the groups get larger as they get older and a large group Sunday school service for all grades of high school students similar to a traditional adult service that is made fun and engaging for high school aged kids with messages and themes of the service to better provide them with life skills and get them ready to be an adult... They offer summer and winter camps for most all age groups and small groups with weekly meetings for kids and even support groups for kids dealing with hard issues like single parents and others...

This is a wonderful place to worship, hear the word of God and meditate. I love this church! My first visit was about 3 years ago. It definitely was one of the reasons why I moved to CA from NY. There are so many ways that you can serve and get to know other people.

Friendly place to meet interesting people who help you to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus. Yesterday I met my friend to go with the walking club for a one hour walk around the campus.

This Church is one for the books. There is so much going on, it is hard to take it all in. The campus near LA is enormous, and all the staff and volunteers are friendly outgoing and supportive. If you are looking for a home church in California, this is the place to be.

Total feel good place. Strong positive energy, they offer free spiritual refills and so much more.

Christmas Eve at Saddleback Church Lake Forest is an amazing experience. Great performance with stage setting. I liked everyone can participated lighting up candles & sang Silent Night together.

Very welcoming and open church. Noted all sorts of folks from different walks of life. Casual attire. Certainly laid back ambience yet respectfully so. Plenty of help to find ones way around from parking areas to getting a seat. An outdoor area with good shade is available to sit if one chooses. First time visitors may stop by the outdoor gathering area to talk with a church member to find out more about Saddleback Church.

Was happy to finally visit saddleback! I have been a member of their online Bible study group for over a year! The service was great. One thing I hope they speak with the congregation about is saving seats. Its a turnoff to a new comer that sees what looks like many open seats, since the service was not starting for 15 minutes, and goes to sit in one of the open seats and was told that they are being saved. One person was putting donation envelopes on about 10 seats. She said that she was saving them for some women. The other women were saving the two seats behind their seats for their friends. This didnt feel very welcoming. I am not a new believer so I didnt let it turn me off from coming back when I am in town again but I worried about a new follower/believer having that experience. It would probably leave a bad impression or turn them off completely.

This church loves people! I cant help but smile when I come here. The truth is preached and I learn more about how I can connect with God. Finding a seat is not an issue. I went to the 11 AM service and arrived about 10 minutes early and had no problems finding a seat. They have plenty of ministries for people to get involved. I heard there was a salsa dancing ministry as well as a landscaping ministry and hiking ministry and many more. The church is not confined to a building. I love it!

It’s a great place for a newbie to start their religious journey. It is huge and you can get list easily in the crowd. They have great resources for the community and a food bank and counseling. Don’t go looking for a small church feel or deep connections. This is not the place for that. Friday nights they have a great program though for celebrate recovery and I will say that does have the small family feel.

Saddleback is one (1) church with nineteen (19) locations. Saddleback is a place that welcomes people, no matter what kind of person you are. The members of Saddleback church embrace you, accept you, and love you like your family.When I first started going to Saddleback I was one of those people who came to church just to go. But when I became part of a community (the single moms community) I began to feel the connection with the church in its entirety. One big part of saddleback is being part of a small group, I can confirm how big of an impact God had on my life the moment I became part of a small group. God already had an impact in my life, and I already had a big love for God. Its so amazing to see on my life how much more of an impact God has had on my life and how much more my love grew . The only way I can describe it is when you first meet your child and you thought you already loved them but then this new profound love comes out of nowhere and you feel this overwhelming joy. Being in a relationship with God is like that. He never stops overwhelming you with His joy, and one day you get to a point where even in your lowest valley (because he never promises that we wont have them) because we trust in Him we are able to keep our joy even then, but because of Him.Im so grateful that I ever came to Saddleback Church, my family grew.

If you are questioning if you should give Saddleback a try or not, the answer is yes! Everyone is welcome here. The church is huge and accommodates all. If you want to slip into the back and just check it out, you wont be hassled. If you want to connect with others, there will be ample opportunities. Rick Warren is an awesome leader and knows how to make complex ideas understandable.The description says Baptist Church and that should be updated. The church is non-denominational.

Too many great things to say about this church. Bern here now over one year. All different cultures should experience this church at least once. This church reaches out around the world to help others in many different ways. Lots of missions to help governments in Africa. You won’t regret your first visit. It’s a mega church, but if you come late, it will be tough to find 2+ empty seats together inside or outside. Because the church is so awesome!

Relevant. Real. Very friendly folks, easy to find conversation, if you try and are open to it. Welcoming feel, from attendees. Beautiful campus. We try to stop in here, when were in the area, traveling on weekends.

Saddleback is a church interested in helping the community, not just their congregation. People welcome you when you visit but give you your space and dont pressure you into any kind of commitment. There are also great programs for every age range here.

Be Part of a Great Wave of Giving back. THE MOST AMAZING THING ABOUT THIS CHURCH IS THE HELP GROUPS THEY OFFER FOR FREE! From loss to additions, they have the most I have ever see anywhere! If you need help they usually have a group you can attend.

We attend service on Saturday evening- What a great experience my kids have been having at the Childrens center! They have a bunch of cool reptiles and fish to see in the lobby and 2nd floor outside the classrooms. Each grade level has about two classrooms and lots of volunteers. My boys are always so excited to tell me what they learned once the lesson is over! In the summer, the classes had a bunch of cool contests to participate in too. Super fun experience for the kiddos while the parents attend the service.

Spirit filled very large church that feels cozy. Only wish members would stick around, seek fellowship within the church, be an active part of the body of Christ rather than treat chuch as a consumer... stop in, check church off their list, pickup kids, move on with their busy schedules. To exhibit love you for each other we need to know each other. Care. Express love and interest in the soul sitting next to you.

I visited the food Bank thatll help low income people get some basic things to eat for a couple days. Its a great place, clean, organized, but it takes your time quickly, so if you are going there without any other compromises you are perfect there, but as almost all of us have things to take care of, you have to control your time.

The message was amazing.If you have never been there before spend some time looking around. They have something for everyone. Its a really great place. With all sorts of opportunities. If your just getting started on your walk with Jesus, or just curios. Thus could be a great place for you. You can blend in until you decide not to.

Hard to describe. You really have to experience it yourself. Its a big church that doesnt feel like a big church. Services Saturdays at 4:00 & 6:00pm and Sundays at 9:00 & 11:00am. Contemporary Christian music. Diverse congregation.

This church is Christianity on steroids, I’m so glad to have found it. If your goal is to find the peace of Christ in your life, this is a legitimate place to start and perhaps to finish. Although it doesn’t address consequences of bad choices sufficiently IMO, it’s definitely biblically oriented so your progress is completely up to the energy you put into it. Without doubt your life experience will be improved.

Ricks ability to answer much of our generations questions, concerns, and problems with the biblical way to answer and resolve the problems with our generation backing up his teachings with scriptures. Beautiful campus and nice staff. The worship is also very good. However if you are looking for an intimate connection with the congregation this environment might be hard. You may want to try a small group or class that they offer to meet others you have things in common and can become close with
