Great location, rooms have no AC so can get warm in August. Parking is very tight, but much better than the street. Not a bad choice for a couple days at the beach.

There is always a relaxing, fun time to be had @ Laguna Shores Right across the street from Hessler park & tasty places to eat close by if I dont feel like cooking. Each unit is distinctly unique. Which makes it even more inviting to come back time after time

Great views and location. We were where everyone wanted to be, right across from heisler park and within walking distance of everything. Our little patio looked right out to the park and ocean. Road noise as everyone is paying on the road in front of our specific condo. Studio sleeps 2 condo is tiny, but has everything you need, including full kitchen and cook wares. With windows closed, most road noise went away, but we liked the windows open for fresh air.

My mom & Dad were members from 1979, till 10 months ago. Theyve gone to heaven, but during those years for them there, it was their heaven on Earth. Timeshares are expensive, would suggest for the cost, you buy actual property. Nice place though

Old and funky but ultimately very nice. I would have given it 5 stars except that the bed sent me to urgent care with back pain.

Laguna shores has been in our family for well over 60 years. So many great memories. All of the grandkids learned to swim here. One of the top 10 most beautiful beach areas.

The worst place i have ever been! if you like to be on a construction site while on vacation this is the right place, if you like to walk a mile before you get to the beach this the place, if you like sales people presure you to buy a unit this the place, if you like to be 10 miles from all the restaurant and stores this is the right place there is nothing around that area, the worst place dont felt for this fraud ! This people that rate this place 5 is becose there are owner and if they have bad reviews there share value will go down i really dont care i own a share and people need to know before this people keep making money from us ! They might erase my rewiew, they have in the past but i will keep wrinting reviews !

Awesome location across from Heisley Park. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Very clean and up to date rooms with full kitchens with dishwashers. Clean and relaxing pool. Friendly staff.

Great location with fantastic view. Easy access to everything and centeraly located in southern cali, hour from LA about 1 hr from San Diego. Good service. The bad side; a late 4:30pm check in on a Friday and a rushed 10am check out.

Our family has had a timeshare at Laguna Shores since the 1970s. We always look forward to our yearly stay there. The location is perfect, the grounds are nice, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. They keep up the grounds fairly nice. My only big complaint is the sofa beds are horribly uncomfortable. It feels like youre literally laying on springs, and after one night I woke up with a sore back, neck, and headache. The next night my husband and I slept on the sofa and floor, which wasnt great, but it was much better than the sofa bed! My dad reported this discomfort, and they brought us a mattress pad. Hopefully that will help. If it does Ill update my review. Other than that, I actually love the place. UPDATE: the mattress pad brought to us (after I had a painful nights sleep and my dad called the office about it) improved the comfort of the sofa bed. It wasnt great at all, but it made the awful mattress tolerable - barely! They really need to ditch those old spring sofa bed mattresses and purchase modern, comfortable, foam mattresses.

Love this place. .perfectly located along the coast adjacent to Heisler Park and close to Main Beach. Great restaurants nearby and easy walking distance to downtown shops and more restaurants.....

Five stars for location & view (from most, but certainly not all) rooms. If you want a high end hotel or Marriott timeshare type place - forget it. You will hate this place. However, if you want something with gorgeous views, steps from the beach, walking along the scenic cliffs and a couple of blocks to Laguna Beach village this is the place. Rooms are nice & clean, but small and cramped. While the staff & management is very nice and they try hard, getting a nice room with a view is sometimes difficult. Thus, the one star deduction. I own a timeshare and have been coming here for years. I highly recommend this place, as long as you get a room with a view.

Great location, able to walk right down to the beach. Parking was easy and they can also provide you a spot. Rooms are nice as well. A little pricey but it is Laguna Beach.

From the beautifully cultivated flowers that adorn the Laguna Shores sidewalks, to the breathtaking ocean views, I always look forward to spending time ( twice a year with my aunt) at this unique and charming vacation get-away.

There is not a better place to stay in Laguna Beach. Directly across the street from Heisler park. Surrounded by roses overlooking the rocky cliffs and the beach below. The surfing, tide pools. There are too many great things about this place to list.

People dont go to Laguna Beach for the rooms they stay in. While older and dated to some degree, the views from most of the units could not be better, and the site is maintained immaculately. Staff are terrific, and the location is fabulous! For those who dont know, right across the street is Heisler Park which has the best vantage points and views of Laguna, all the way to Dana Point. This is a 5 star experience for me every time I go which is 2 times per year!

Great place for snorkeling, spectacular cliff views of the Pacific Ocean, shopping in Laguna Beach, free trolley stops right there, swimming in the pool, jacuzzi.

Laguna Shores is an older property that has undergone furnishing upgrades over the years. Our family has had a timeshare at Laguna Shores for over 20 years. It could use some modernization in the kitchen appliances, but it is all about location, location, location! It is a premium property in regards to that balance between being out of the beach visitor hussle (while still being a short walk to restaurants, museums and iconic views. As I write this I am watching the surf roll in below beautiful Heissler Park. I hope to see continuing maintenance to maintain and modernize this gem of a property.

Location, location, location! This is right across the street from the beach. The rooms are small, but have an awesome kitchenette in them and are perfect for R&R by the ocean!

We have a timeshare here and have been coming for years. My kids have grown up in these rooms every summer for at least a week. The location is amazing, the amenites are not fancy but functional and are updated periodiclally. The boys love the pool. popcorn and movies! The quaint grounds are very accomodating for taking walks with children and find nooks and crannies.
