I remembered going to chuck e cheese and it was really awesome! I played many arcades and eat some good food here! And chuck e cheese is a beat place where you can be a kid!

Blaahh. Pizza is delicious as always but other than that we did not enjoy ourselves. Almost every game kept taking money without letting us play. ChuckE never came out. We played by the hours and the kept asking the kids to go have a dance party BUT you can only pause your card ONE time. Which makes no sense. Also if you leave with time still on card, kiss the time goodbye. When we left at closing we still had 45min left and could not pause or use for later time. Out of wings, no salad bar out. Just really wasnt like it used to be. Will def choose the other play places over this place!

The staff forgot to tell manager and we didnt have a party host,when we got there nothing was set up but other than that it was ok,OK, Chucke Cheese due to covid,but my grand son enjoyed!

This place was dirty and the food is so expensive and disgusting and most of the games dont even work. There was so many people in there not social distancing with their masks on their chins instead of their faces. this is the place to go if you want to catch coronavirus!

I have taken my children here twice and returned because the first time was great. My kids ages are 2 and 4 they have a wide variety of entertainment for all ages. The staff members are kind and very helpful. Most if not all games were up and running I didnt see any machines that were out of order. Would highly recommend this place.

Over half of the machines don’t work. Half are turned off and then there’s several that will just take your points and not work. Also, tickets go on the cards now so that was disappointing for kids. Masks are required and they enforce them being pulled up even if you’re 8 months pregnant and have a breathing and heart condition. Won’t be back

Pizza was nasty and expensive. Half the machines are broken. Nothing like it used to be back in the day. They need to sanitize the games more often. Most of them was filthy

No tickets. They put points on the card. It is not fun without winning ticketsMy kids were very dissapointed and sad. They get soo excited when they see tickets coming out of the machines and putting them in the munching machine.

The best Chuck E. Cheese yet that Ive been to with my children. Awesome atmosphere but the food prices are a bit on the high side. Than again it could be I just didnt expect to spend that much We loved it...

My two boys love coming here. Clean facility, kind staff, decent pizza, fairly large amount of games, rarely are there any machines out of order. Also has large changing station in womens restroom for littles still in diapers.

The extra cheese pizza was delicious! We had a great time! Employees were helpful and courteous. We even got to hang out with Chuck E. Cheese himself.

My little girl always has fun! Just wish employees looked more excited about working there.

Getting close to your kids birthday party? Not sure where to go with kids sure answer is Chuck E Cheese. Any number of time you go, your kid won’t get board. An affordable and nice place for kids birthday parties, other than food. Pizza and cakes are OK taste, but wings are good. Games are really fun, my kid loves and we visit every other weekend.

My son loves it here. I love the fact that the pizza is good. Years ago it was as bad as kart ranch pizza. But I recommend they go back to coins. The prepaid cards suck. Seriously. Kids are impatient and keep swiping the card for the one game and the game takes the money from all the swipes not just once.

So happy to see Chuck E Cheese updated! Wonderful hospitality! My 3 girls had so much fun! We will definitely be back.

The customer service is great! I lost 50 minutes of playtime because of a glitch and the manager was nice enough to give it back and a little extra because of the trouble. The place isnt as big as it used to be but it was still fun regardless.

My child waited during the Chuck E. Countdown for him to come out. When the timer ended he didnt show up. Another customer saw my daughter disheartened and disappointed and took it upon himself to tell management what happened. They went to bring Chuck E. Out and the customer sent him directly to my waiting child. A+ fellow human being, C- for staff. Everything else was great.

The new all you can play passes are really cheap and amazing. You get to play all you want for as long as you want for very little money. The customer service was great and the facilities were clean. I truly believe that my wife and I had more fun than our son and the other children there. They even have draft beer on tap. We were rewarded with lots of tickets and got to choose from great prices. I recommend this Chucky Cheeses to anyone looking for a a great affordable time out with the family.

Had my 6yr olds birthday party there. Highly impressed and staff was super friendly and helpful

They always need more employees on hand. Especially when its gets packed for parties on the weekends. Food is ok, not good but not terrible. Employees could definitely learn how to be kind and not robotic. I dont think Ive ever had a kind employee at this location ever. And my oldest is 17. So Ive been going once a year for about 15 years for her, and for many others with parties and outings. Pretty sad that a place for kids is a place where kids arent welcomed.

My child became very Ill to the point of throwing up all over the establishment. When we were taking him to the bathroom to continue throwing up, there were employees in the restroom that walked pass us. They did not offer any help nor did they attempt to clean the mess in the bathroom. I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the areas where my child threw up at and was told that they did not have any supplies to clean up the mess. I went to the manager and asked could they please find some way to clean up the mess because other kids were walking through the throw up without any shoes. The staff waited about 30 minutes after my child threw up and then they began to clean up. I had to tell them that I was going to report them in order for them to start cleaning with the cleaning supplies that they said were not available.What a horrible experience for my childs 10th bday.

I would say chuck e. Cheese was a rep of when it came to tickets. But that update and unlimited card this location has we think it was worth it.

I love Chuck E Cheese. Next time Ill check the sales online.

Great for the kids. (They actually sell beer here too for all you adults who struggle handling a place that has a million screaming kids all in one giant room). This location got rid of their tokens and started using a card operated system. We went in and got a card with 100 tokens on it and stayed for nearly 2 hours. Its also good that when you walk in with your kid they will give you both stamps with matching numbers and they wont let you leave with that child unless your stamps match. Its always interesting to see if your kid will be either entertained or terrified of the real-life Chuck E Cheese.

Whats not to love about Chuck-E-Cheese

Our six year old niece has a ball every time we take her there.

Went for a birthday party today between 1230 and 2. There were other parties going on as well during this time. There were also many people outside of the parties. The party area was well organized. The kids received their bands with the preloaded card. Most of the games functioned properly. Some of them were not worth the money as it only gave or or two tries before it needed an additional tap of the card. A few of the machines had ricket issues which means you had to hunt down someone to help with the malfunction. Each time you had to find then wait for someone to come help you. Most times, it took more than one attempt to find and bring someone to help at the machine that malfunctioned. After the kids played for about an hour and a half, the they went to the party table. There they did a little dance, ate, cut the cake, Chuck came around and hugged all the birthday kids and then they did the cake and presents. The pizza and the cake were cut and served by the dedicated party person that was assigned to you. Our person didnt seem at all to enjoy her job but she was efficient. After all of that, the party ended and you turn in the tickets or play more whatever you want to do. By that point we were ready to go so we went to turn in our tickets that I already had an actual ticket for. So we get to the counter and there is one 1, yes 1, person at the counter. Long story short, I complained three times to three different people, over an agonizing 25 minutes, two other people finally came to help the guy. Then those people didnt even bother to help the people who have been in line for all that time, they just helped the ones who walked up. Its absoutely crazy how anyone who schedules that many birthdays at the same time only has one and sometimes no one at the prize counter and noone roaming the floor in case the machines malfunction. The prizes are TERRIBLE and definately not worth the time or money but when you have little kids they enjoy the pure junk rewards that Chuck E Cheese has to offer.

Crowded on weekends. Pizza isnt that great, but if you have kids, its a great place to bring them for some fun time. Plenty of seating. Most of the games were operational. There is a section for small kids and the bigger kids seem to stay clear of that area.

This is a great Chuck E. Cheese, especially nice with slide and tunnel set up to keep kids busy.

The only thing that was wrong was not having chuck e come around and dance and give the kids free tickets like other chuck e cheese locations....js

Avoid this place like cancer, the staff thinks they are doing a huge favor by serving you, especially the ticket vending thin Asian lady at the front desk, horrible experience.

Joined my nephew for his birthday. Since we are a family of 5, I ordered pizza for my family instead of eating the party pizza. 2 of the3 card machines didn’t work. Instead of finding us, we waited 30 minutes to tell us the card didn’t work...then they put put in our order. Over an hour wait after original order....still no pizza. Terrible service
