Second time reviewing this place. First time was when he first opened and I gave it a 5 star. He sells Pokemon cards and talks about becoming certified so he can start hosting competitions. However he sells new ETBs not for retail price, but for prices based on a website. I drove 30 minutes to his store because he said he had an ETB that retails for $39.99 but failed to mention until I was about to check out that he was selling it for $104. Ive come here quite a few times to support him but I cannot support a scalper. I understand the need to make money but not in that way. Scalping is starting to ruin a lot of hobbies and you taking part in this new craze has lost you a customer.Also, follow COVID safety guidelines.

Awesome place

Great local gamer store. They have supplies for both video and tabletop gamers. The staff is knowledgeable helpful and friendly. They have multiple systems and PCs set up. They have everything from dice to collectibles. Decorative skateboard decks. Dice cards and more. I reccomend to anyone shopping smalls a big thing when possible.

Update: i love cajun gamers so much but the unfortunate is that i gave 2 stars ks because of many people are going in this place without mask and i couldnt go in this place anymore. Ill give 5 stars if they follow the covid 19 safety rules.

This place is great. They offer a little something for every type of gamer and the prices are on par with Amazon and you can rent time on the gaming rigs. the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed.

So many great things to say about this place. First of all, you will not meet many people who are as genuinely friendly and helpful as the owner, Aaron. I’ve visited here a few times now and I’ve heard Aaron welcome everyone, answer or look up every question that was asked, and at no point have I heard him “being a salesman”. You can tell he’s there because he’s passionate about what he has to offer; and if he doesn’t have it to offer, he’s just as passionate about finding out where to find it for you.Another thing I noticed about Cajun Gamer was the differences in ages of everyone that visited. I saw a girl no older than 3 watching Pokémon on their big screen and at the same time saw a man in his 60s playing Dungeons and Dragons with others less younger than him. More than that though.....everyone was super respectful of the people around them. I brought my 3 oldest sons (11, 9 and 8) there for a couple of hours and at no point did I hear inappropriate language or conversations taking place.I really could go on but have to go pick up the kids. Overall, A+ establishment that everyone should check out.

The website shows that they buy cards and they do not complete was of a 30 min drive... The staff didnt even get out his chair to greet us coming into the store! Done with those guys first and last time

Awesome store Aaron is super nice and helpful he was very patient with mine and my wife’s questions!! Always has what I need and on the off chance he doesn’t he gets it in for me very quick
