This park was a good place to party as a kid. full of shady friends. but now. i wouldnt let my dog live there if she bit me.

Very dirty and trash everywhere... There is Poor cats running loose in this cold wanting to get inside where its warm Im sure!!! U guys should really try and clean the trash up around there... I know its cold now but it wasnt 2 months ago... Just because its a Trailer Park dont mean it has to be trashy....

My daughter lives here . They are still fixing the place up for new mobile homes..

This place may have newly installed trailers, but it is a dump. Every time I drive through, I one feel like Im going to run over one of the 15 cats running around or crash through the pile of trash at the dumpsters. The property manager has waited till the last minute to put skirts on new trailers. Ac units that were promised to be installed months ago are still not in place. Rear stairs for 2nd exit arent in place. They have old trailers that are gutted and look like crack houses. Im glad I dont live here.

Gotta love it the outside is shabby and quaint however, it hides a marvelous inner beauty you just want to live in.

Nice new houses but 1 was shot with 15 bullets yesterday

The last year has seen the removal of 40 old trailers and the addition of 40 new. The place is cleaned up and looking good.

Newer homes, same old problems. Drama and drugs seem prevalent. Sad...

I have a dear friend that lives here and shes been struggling with her 2 sons. Maintance does minimal at all times possible, and they try to upcharge for EVERYTHING!. I cannot believe how inhumane they are to her. I would not recommend moving here.

Alsome people clean and friendly yeah Donna and her husband really help clean up that place a lot and also their son-in-law I want to thank him very much because he really tried to help people when they move in and love people dont realize what he really does Cody is his name he lives at the end and youll see and hes real nice people and so is Donnas people or husbands a little nut but hes okay Ill talk to you later God bless you and I hope you like this review

Worst place I ever lived. Management is all about the excuses instead of doing what they say they will do. Was given a letter that the water was unsafe to drink, but the letter stated they had known for over a year before they told anyone. I had my babies drinking poisonous water and didnt even know it. They are liars and manipulaters, that will tell you anything to get you to move in. So glad to be outta that horrible place.

Its a quiet place to live and the new homes and infrastructure are making this a nice community again.

First, the Negatives: Terrible looking places... Old, lots of empty lots and kind of junky. Although the community itself has good people for the most part, the disrepair of the trailers is awful, and the drinking water gets sewage backed up into the lines and homes near constantly. The maintenance crew tries hard, but the owner will rarely let them spend on much needed repairs, prevention maintainence, and basics. Would not recommend moving here to anyone unless things change for better, its still NOT the worst park ever though. Plus sides include: close to mini mart, gas, liquor and pizza. Pet friendly. Low rent, and decent sized lots. Friendly, live-in park staff. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Convienent location close to town.

Nasty place....Although the new owner has been ok to deal with hard to get ahold of at times but management also crooked...you cannot forward or change your address from this place once you move in..RUN FIND ANOTHER HOME DONT OVE HERE
