Love the manager she is lovely friendly and comprehensive she treats people like family

Honestly, if you care for your neighbors... Here all they do is care for you. Everyone will look out for you unless you are are terrible person.. sadly there are a few, bitter people, but such is life! Right?!? Anyway, this really is a great place to live. I am always appreciative of the amazing food that we share here between Everyone and 4th of July, Thanksgiving. We always get together...

Has been home for 18 years its just right

Marginally better than Boulder Ridge MHP, each home has their own mailbox at the end of the driveway, and are allowed to park on the street instead of only ones driveway. Park is tiny, no pool, and getting in and out can be tedious. Needs an entrance/exit opposite of Sir Galahad st.

Life experience makes me rate Lafayette Gardens MHP, 5 STARS out of 5.

Nice place

Family owns lot there so we visit. Of course there isnt much privacy from each other but its fenced off from road. No where to park!! You cant park any where but in drive ways or a few strips set way back.
