Dirty most of the homes in it are run down. There also seems to be a lot of cars parked all along the roads.

Management is terrible. Most people whom live there wish they didnt. Its kind of a slum.

A friend of mine lives here and from what Ive seen its always a quiet, friendly place. The residents seem nice, and my friend had lived there for decades, raised a family there and has a daughter that recently bought a place there. Seems like a great place...

I have been a visitor to Boulder Ridge MHP a number of times and have only had great experiences. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The grounds are always well kept and they are always on top of snow removal and repairs across the park. Facilities are always clean and inviting! Would recommend to friends and family!

Good neighbor

There are plenty of opportunities to get to know the community during all of the events they hold. You can tell that the park management truly cares for those who live there and do their best to help in any way they can. The park is well kept and the community center is amazing! They’ve done such a good job making the place nice and welcoming to everyone.

Boulder Ridge has the most beautiful community center! Its clear they really care about their residents and want them to have a beautiful place to gather, play, and swim as a family/community. I host a support group here and its a very nice, clean venue for my group members.

I used to live at boulder ridge and I still frequently visit. It’s a great community and the office staff is amazing. They also have an awesome park area for kids and families to play, have birthday parties, or have community events. It’s a very welcoming place and the people here make it amazing.

The staff at Boulder Ridge are fantastic. They go above and beyond what is expected of them and they treat all of us like family. This is a closely knit community that welcomes everyone with open arms. I am truly grateful to be apart of it.

I have lived in Boulder Ridge for 7 yrs. During these years yes, there have been changes. Changes for the good! Our Management genuinely cares about the property. Inspecting every Spring to insure we are all taking pride in the upkeep and maintenance of our mobile home and property. We are not permitted to have chipping peeling paint on the exterior. Our fences are to be maintained no broken wood, fully stained or painted. We have a great incentive program Spring thru Summer. Affordable, clean, great location. I couldnt have chosen a better place to live!!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home from the start. The location is great access to highways and close to Boulder.

Boulder Ridge is an excellent community. The local onsite management does a great job and Cheryl has the residents and communitys best interest at heart at all times. We really appreciate the opportunity to work with Boulder Ridge Community. Clint

Boulder Ridge is one of the most phenomenal and welcome communities that I have come across. I especially love the community center- it is clean, spacious and Sheryl and Diana are two of the most generous people I know.

Good and affordable place to live. Management really cares and puts an effort into making and maintaining the neighborhood looking clean and presentable. Also, the activities and functions at the main office are great, and range from various fun summer activities for the kids (bouncy houses and the like), Christmas gifts for kids, BBQs, raffles, trick-or-treating on Halloween where more than plenty of candy (the good kind) is given, decent sized interior for parties or other gatherings, has a pool, and the park is good also.

Fantastic park. Very community oriented. Management really care about the residents. Summer pool parties, halloween event, back to school party, christmas party, after school tutoring and so much more. Highly recommend this park!

I am happy to be part of the Boulder Ridge community, I have always had the support of Cheryl whenever I have a question or need to solve a problem, she is always taking care of the property to keep it clean and with a healthy environment. Personally I think she cares about the residents because she often organizes events to help the community.

Boulder Ridge is amazing. Staff is incredible. The best part is the integrated youth center that they have accesible for their residents children.

All the rave reviews are true enough as far as they go, but it is no longer as affordable as it was when I first moved in. Since then the rent has gone up $70/month, with no visible improvement in the park to show for it.
