A friend has been renting... Its vile. The trailer should be condemned. It reeks, mold everywhere and the walls are crumbling down. I have no idea if the others are better or worse but to force a veteran to live in such conditions is reprehensible.

Nice, quiet, & peaceful place to live and call home. Strict rules but nothing out the box, just common courtesy & common sense rules TBH.

It is one of the oldest trailer parks in Lafayette. It has old growth forest and landscaped lots, all very beautiful.The roads and drainage need repair.

This Southside of Lafayette mobile home park is located very conviently with access from all areas of Lafayette and is additionally an unofficial, well-known icon in conjunction with its close neighbor: The Circle K in the curve on Eraste Landry Road.

Great mobile home community. All trailers are owned, no rentals allowed. Very clean.
