With its age being comparable to other parks, it it much better maintained. The roads are free of potholes, the trailers clean and maintained, with many showing a bit of either gardening food plants or decorative elements.It is a more pleasurable place to reside, with neighbors appearing to be friendly and pleasant as they pass by on the road.
