Its great for children. My only concern are the stairs with the out of order sign. Very unsafe for children. Need to be pushed out of the way. Otherwise great for children.

Birthday Party Magical Land! This was a wonderful experience. The entire family was greeted at the door to usher us over to our table. We did not have to wait in line to get out bracelets and socks. Everything was so well organized and smoothly ran. Stacey was so much fun, made sure we had everything we needed. Keep in mind we had over 50 of us for this birthday party. She blended in like she was part of our family. And to our surprise when we asked for the manager to make sure they knew how wonderful our time was she just smiled and put her hand out and said nice to meet you. This is a clean class act place and ran perfect. You can tell there is great pride taken in every aspect. We will all be back. Great job Getair!

We stopped in Saturday morning to tour this trampoline park. We are looking for a place to have our corporate party. Had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Stacey. She walked us through the entire facility explained all the courses, prices etc. For a Saturday and a more kids place we were surprised how clean and well kept it is. As a company we do our due diligence, we took a tour and read previous reviews. The employees were very courteous (lifeguard shirts were cute) Stacey was very helpful and answered all our questions.

I have been taking my children to Get Air for years. We have always enjoyed our visits and the staff has always been nice. All that has changed since Stace has taken over. Prior to her taking the general manager position children were always allowed to jump wherever they wanted. There was never any designated area for children 46 or under. There are no signs posted about said designated areas and this was never mentioned during checking in. The area that they are suppose to stay in is not even remotely close to being suitable. It is not cheap to take a family to jump for an hour, and if Im going to pay 50$ an hour for my kids to jump they should be able to jump wherever the heck they want! Stace was nasty to my family and completely unprofessional. Get Air has lost another loyal customer because of her! Ill also be sure to tell all of my family and friends of our horrible experience!

Management was great to work with! Staff was friendly and helpful. My kids love going there and they also support the community. Will definitely return. Thank you for being a great activity in the Greater Lafayette area.

Had a party here it got ruined because of a fight the manager gave out free passes to all the other races but told us to call my sister called they didn’t take her complaint down they closed because of covid19 when they opened she kept hanging up and said we were apart of the fight she even said she had to check to see if we were on the no trespassing list.. Now all she can offer is a tshirt off of a $250 party for a 11 yr old

Most sanitized place I’ve ever been at hospitals should learn from Get Air! With everything going on in the world this place takes notice. About every 45 minutes I seen the someone spraying doors, computers, handles, walk way and bathrooms. I can not tell you how much that is appreciated by us parents. This is a very clean and organized place. We were worried about germs and viruses. Not here we feel safe and comfortable. We will visit often. I stopped at the check in desk to ask to speak to a manager and guess what. The person sprayed and cleaning was her. Stacey and Getair you make the world a safer place filled with germ filled kids. We will see you soon.

The grand kids love this place they have so much fun they are exhausted when they are done jumping.

Visited for for my nephews birthday. So many kids having fun this is what it’s all about. Lifeguards (funny because there shirts say that but there above water) we so fun. They were playing with the entire party. This is clean, not like the other trampoline places we’ve been to. Our surprise our party person was the manager. She was a blast! Had us parents rolling, she’s not a Purdue fan enough said. I’ll make sure we have our corporate family parties here. Enjoyed it very much!

We had our sons 7th birthday party in mid-January at this Get Air location and everyone had a great time. The staff and our party hostess was always available when needed and made things as easy for us as possible so we could enjoy the party and our guests. They will go out of their way to make it as best as they can for everyone!Thank you for everything and well be back again!

BIG difference from out last visit. What happened! New owner or new manager? It was dirty! Trash all over the floors and nothing is clean anymore. Very sad. No return visit from us. Everyone of our friends are saying the same thing. You took a big step forward over the winter and it was clean and fun. Came back this past week in July it was all together different.

The new party services are fantastic! They came to our table checked all the guests in to the guest list and were super helpful! Kids had a great time and I didn’t have I clean up anything!!

I think this is a good place for the physical activity; however, new management has managed to lose their longest standing employee today. He put in an appropriate notice and she demoted him for this. Hope this is not a reflection of how she will run the rest of the business, because if so, this store doesnt have a chance.

Had a Wonderful Time at the Trampoline Park.

Not the same place from winter. You need to being back your manager. We came in this past week with a large group. You can see the difference. The tables were dirty floors had not been vacuumed bathrooms were gross. I asked what had changed some man told me they hired all new staff. Bad move you were clean now you dirty and ran down.

Clean & fun spot for our family. Cost a lot for all of us, manager Stac gave slips for 2nd hour free since it was our 1st time here. A busy place like this was cleaner than we expected not like the other one in town. Stac and another girl was cleaning and spraying everything all the time. Nice to see this with everything going on. When we left my boyfriend stopped to thank her and got a fist bump and more free passes like when we got there.

We called ahead on New Years Eve before we drove an hour and a half for their 10pm to 1am special. We told them we had three kids including a 5 year old and they told us if we got there a little after 10pm it would be fine. We arrived at 11pm and they told us that our 5 year old could not jump because she wasnt tall enough. First of all, what is the point of signing a waiver? Second of all, what is the point of having a designated smaller kids area? Lastly, wouldnt you think whoever answered the phone would tell people that all children need to be at least 46 inches tall knowing they are about to drive an hour and a half? Not a good way to start a new year with my five year old daughter crying her eyes out. Thanks Get Air!! Great communication skills and even better policies! We will never go back.

Rules were both poorly enforced AND incorrectly enforced. The under 46 birthday boy, in effect, was continuously told he could play only in the 46 and under section...and all of his cousins and friends were over - meaning they were separated. This is incorrect. Additionally, the staff does not actually make you watch the safety video, nor do they even inform you of the location. The staff lead tried to make excuses for her inexperienced staff on the floor, but ultimately we ended up leaving with a crying birthday boy, confused family and friends, and several people who never intend to return. The facility is nice but poorly ran. More training on what the rules are and more oversight of said employees to correctly enforce the rules is required.

I have had my son’s birthday party at Get Air two years in a row. This year I felt was more organized. The kids invited to the party did not have to wait in the looonngg line up front but could come to the table where the party was and get checked in and receive their socks to play. The kids had a blast and everyone commented how fun the location was for the bday.

I took my awesome kid to this amazing place and he loved itHe told me if i can work here so he can come forever and ever till the end of times hahahhaThe place is very well kept andThere are safe areas for small kids which is awesome but its a nice place to come with family and dont forget to go in and try the tornado machine is only 2 dollars but is priceless

What has happened!? We were here 4 months ago it was so clean and friendly. We came this past weekend and it was gross. I asked if there was new ownership and was told no just new management. Dirty bathrooms floors and everything. You need to bring back the staff you had. We will not be back and neither will any of our family or friends.

We were supposed to have our Subway Christmas parties here, like we have for like last few years. Our first party is all about the kids and the gifts we went shopping for, for them! Theyve always done a donation type thing for us, where all we pay is the wages of the employees and management working. Well, Stace didnt seem to think that was okay anymore and wouldnt let any children or anyone enter the building, left everyone standing outside in the cold with food and gifts until the owner showed up to pay the bill. Which ended up being $3000 by the way. Which is extremely over priced for roughly 125 people. By far the worst customer service ever. Especially towards a group of people who have been doing this for years. I guess we will happily go to Great Skates where the owners and management were happy to throw us a party and serve us with a good attitude and smiles.

We will NOT be back and we will call the health officials. We visited 3 months ago. The park was clean and friendly. Very disappointed on our visit this week. Entire different staff then last time. Park was dusty, sticky floors and the bathroom was filthy! Things are completely different. You must have a new manager. It shows you took a step back in a time we should be stepping forward. Not once did we see anything being cleaned or sanitized. Had a young man working tell me they are short staffed because one of the employees was off due to being sick. You have this place open and people going in and out and the employees are sick.

My kids had a great time. They did a good job making the area as safe as possible. Kind of spendy.

I came with my class of 15 students. We had a hard time calling and getting a reservation, however upon arrival the customer service was excellent. Both employees we worked with were friendly and efficient. They gave us a wonderful group rate and were very accommodating. I would gladly bring a group back here again!

Great place for the kids to burn off energy but did not like that I was charged 13-14$ to walk around and watch my daughter jump

Used to be good, but now having 3 girls 9, 6, and almost 4 my little one is separated and thats not as fun since I also jump I have cant enjoy the family fun all at once like before. And theres a karate kid thats very rude working there also big negative. Wont be back

We had a birthday party at GetAir in Lafayette, IN in 2019 and it was just great. The staff was nice and professional. In 2020, 02/02 I decided to have my sons party there again and it was total opposite.1. I bought a party with 20% discount and had balance paid:$125. As the guests started coming I was told by the staff that my discount was not valid and that the balance paid is not something that should be included in the total amount. So they told me I had to pay 275 for the party or they wouldnt let the guests in. It was embarrassing and very frustrating to have to explain simple math to the staff. The manager wasnt even there that day!I said Id pay what they ask me to but I wont leave it like that and I need the full names of the people processing the party and transactions because I am going to follow up with every single BIG and small mistake.It was 20 minutes late when the kids got their sock and got to play finally.Surprisingly, after my dissapointment expressed to them and my plans they figured out the discount (I had the email receipt and had to show it to them 4 times) and they understood that the balance paid is a part of a total amount. Duh.I wish I could just enjoy watching my son enjoy the party and not feel embarrassed before the guests and have to prove the point that is obvious and should be PROFESSIONALLY handled not with the waste of time of the kids waiting and making me teach the staff math.In the 3nd of the evening my son was supposed to get a present. The staff did not know what the present should be. The offered to get him a t shirt of the adult size because they didnt have any kids sizes.Nice service, guys. No preparation and no training at all.Dont think well do our next party there. To risky to be disappointed and have to go through a hassle on the day of the party rather than enjoy the event.

I agree that it is a nice place for kids to enjoy.But I had so many issues with them when I booked a party there. First of all they dont have all the types of pizzas they show on the online for the party. I ordered Cheese and Veg pizzas and I got only Cheese pizzas instead of veg. Nobody from getair called me about this until I asked about this in the party. By that time its already late. Second thing is understaffed. We did the party on saturday and it was full of crowd. I feel that staff was not matured enough to professionally deal with the customers. Third, by the time our party time starts..still they are cleaning the tables which were used by earlier party. I dont have any issues with that. I agree that sometimes parties might get extended and it happens..but if it delays, next party they should give extra time to compensate that. I did asked the same and the staff told me that she cant give more than 10 minutes. I was so mad...Guests are coming...still the staff was cleaning...kids are asking for socks to go and jump..she wont give any of these until I pay the remaining amount...and on top of that she wont give extra time more than 10 mins because of this delay...oh my god...If she would have told me that she cant give more than 10 mins because some other party is coming..then I would feel somewhat okay but she is not.. Finally we all ate cheese cheese cheese cheese pizzas and went home by thinking of all what happened. Its a nightmare. After these many issues...I still feel it is a good place for kids to jump but not for partying.

This place is very run down. The bathrooms were very dirty, at 10:30am. The floors weren’t swept from the night before. A lot of the foam pits are missing foam. You can tell there hasn’t been any funds put back into the business. Very sad.

The manager is just rude and unfriendly. We will never be coming back again. She yelled at my kids for not being in the right area but instead of being nice and talking, she was rude and talked to them like they were dirt. Worst management I’ve seen in a kid friendly place.

Went in with my whole family for a birthday party. Only one register was open while there was a line of customers to the entrance. The employee at the front desk literally sighed and was giving me a rude look when it was my turn to check in, then allowed other random people to cut in front of my family that was still behind me waiting patiently in line. Bathrooms smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned regularly and the floor was sticky. There is a toddler only area which doesn’t make much sense when the rock climbing wall and the play equipment are in a hole 3 feet deep and everything is completely out of reach for even small children. I sat down with my infant nephew and rolled a ball back and forth with him then was told I had to leave cause I was to big. Not sure why this was a problem but it’s okay for grown men to throw dodgeballs at 4 year olds. Also almost forgot to mention how I witnessed 2 different employees physically picking up random children to try and put them in the toddler area.

Get Air itself isnt a bad trampoline park. The prices are decent and the kids go almost e every weekend but what IS an issue is when some of their weekend staff start turning the lights on an hour early during a cosmic jump time and start pushing the kids out an hour early. When you pay for 3 hours you get 3 hours not 2 because you want to go home!! This has happened on more than one occasion as well as letting kids they know do what they want at the location. We may have to start looking for something else to do.

Toddler time twice a week on Tues and Thurs from 10 to 12. Not crazy crowded. The place was clean. The music was on but blot super loud. You do need to buy their socks, but theyre only $3 and you can use them for future visit. Will definately be back.

I love having this in Lafayette...BUT, it needs to be updated. The padding no longer feels padded. Its like literally slapping into plywood. We all had bumps and bruises when we left and the trampoline itself has lost its intergrity in some areas and its more work than a jump on the solid ground. Please give this place sone love and attention!!!

My grandkids always love get air. This time there was several little ones in the older areas on a Monday afternoon. There was also dried mud clumps on some of the trampolines in the bigger area.

It was fun for the kids and myself needs more things for kids to do in the under 46 area

Had one of the grandsons birthday party here. It is a really nice place. All the kids had a really great time. They serve Monicals pizza which is the best.

This place is a joke. The management treats their employees like garbage. I heard a manager yell and use fowl language in front of small children. She is very unprofessional and obviously doesnt know what she is doing.

Took my daughter and her best friend here. They loved it. Very clean very nice place. Lots of fun for everyone. Unfortunately my car battery died while we were in the park however dakota was very friendly and helpful and jumped my car for me. All of the staff were very nice to me as well as the children. I highly recommend this place!!

These places are all kinda pricey, but man the kids love them and it wears them out. They get lots of exercise but that comes with a gross amount of sweat.This is a kid favorite.

Super fun my daughter loved it, a tad pricey. If you do go you have to buy special socks, if you plan on going back dont forget to save your socks so you dont have to buy them again.

Great place to bring kids to bounce around and burn off some energy. We brought our 2 year old to the 46 inches and under section for the toddlers and he loved it. Although he got bored quickly and wanted to explore the big-kids area, it was still a great experience. We will definitely be returning.

Great place for winter break

This is a great place for all ages of kids. My grandchildren loved it!

The place itself was pretty cool however, the AC was not working well when we were there. We paid for 2 hours for our kids and an hour for the adults and it was miserable without AC. We ended up having to cut our time short and leaving because everyone was SO hot and soaked with sweat. Not a very enjoyable experience.

Had a party booked, place was packed when we got there but wasnt too bad however having a party there we didnt have a host that was specific to us. We had to ask for forks and ice cream. Was told there was a specific order they did things in but as we didnt have a set host it was just whoever was available on site at the time but never once did they come and set there attention on the party. But overall was a fun place, the kids had a blast.

Held my sons birthday party there last month. It was a blast. My son and his friends are all on the spectrum and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. They had a blast and the staff were kind, friendly, and understanding. It got really busy at about noon when we left, but at 10:00 am it was not busy at all and we almost had the entire park to ourselves.

I used to go to this place and my son just love it. However this is now in the past.The last time I went there, the lady standing there and claiming to be the manager was extremely not polite. Once she saw us, and without even saying Hi, she said you will not be able to play today. When we tried to ask why, she started yelling at us and screaming. We simply asked why we will not be able to play and she said that they dont have enough stuff to monitor the players. When we tried to know what are the rules, she first claimed that there should be 1 employee per 35 and they already have 40 guests. So we asked her why she has more than the permitted number, she said that she only have 35 guests. So when we asked her to check the correct number, she said that there is a party and the place is reserved till they close. So we felt that she is not convincing so we tried to discuss with her, she started yelling again and asked us to leave or she gonna call 911. So, we told her to be or guest because they had cameras and we did nothing wrong.So I called the number on the website, they told me that they dont think that the place is reserved till they close. And they tried to call her but she never replied. When they asked me whats her name, she refused to reply and flipped her tag and left the place.One of my friends told me that he had a similar experience when he arrived 50 minutes before closing hours and they refused to let him in claiming that he should play for one hour. When he told them that he gonna pay the full amount, they still refused. So he had to go through the long way and called the number and they contacted the people on the disk and they allowed them in after wasting another 29 minutes of the 50.I dont know how they hire their people but for sure the first qualification is to be racist. Ill not let them bring my son in tears again.

Just went to Get Air over the weekend. Kids had a blast, but I was skeptical at first. The last time we went, my kids got hand foot and mouth disease... which is no biggie, but it came from the facility not being cleaned properly. Well this time we decided to give it another try. And what do you know, my kids both have LICE now... as we were trying to figure out where exactly they got it, we narrowed it down to this place. That is the only place we went this past weekend. So you guys can make your own assuti Me about this place, but we know that our kids got lice from here. All of the foam pits they were jumping into...

No longer will have my business as I went in there at open with my kid to an empty building with no advertisement as to toddler time from 10 to noon and was told we couldnt jump. Along with another mom with 2 kids they pushed out some good customers. I will be enjoying elite air from now on.

Excellent facilities with an obstacle course and balancing strap to go with the all the trampolines. The people working the day that I was there is what pushed my review to five stars. They were outgoing and engaging while still keeping everything under control

Poor location, outdated, overpriced, and not hip at all. Just a place for kids to run and jump, no seating near play for adults, besides massage chairs (2) that are paid. Adults want down time while kids play, genius, afterall we are the ones paying. New business strategy please.

Me and my kids were up in Lafayette for the day and stopped by Get Air to check it out and Im glad we did. Kids had an awesome time! We go to Sky Zone in Indy all the time and I gotta say that I think Get Air is better. More to do and more fun. I wouldve given 5 stars, but my ONLY complaint is that they dont have a snack bar. They put one in, or at least some vending machines, and they get that 5 star action!

Its a fun place. Its just SOOOO expensive! We just had a birthday party there because historically, my older kids have liked it better than Elite Air, but after I booked the party, my 6th grader told me Elite Air added some things to make it more fun for older kids. Get Air is a good time, but (especially for birthday parties), save yourself a lot of money and go to Elite Air. I always prefer Elite also because they support programs in the community. Get Air has never supported when I have asked for anywhere from 2-4 jump passes for a school event. Its fun, but prices are too high for birthday parties. Im not sure how the jump price compares to Elite Air.

Had a really good time. Huge trampolines and lots of space to jump. Foam pits have cameras for instant replay. Only complaint is that they arent finished installing the obstacle course so theres a lot of unfinished areas that are not properly marked. Its going to be amazing once its finished.Fill out the waiver online before going in to speed up the process

Fun place, good with a group of friends.Though its mostly for kids, young adults also seem to have fun at some of the challenges. Found it a bit more expensive than Id expect it to be.

The kids had fun but I was so disappointed with the supervision from staff. The referees stood around just talking to each other with their backs to the trampolines. There was no referee in the little kids’ area. Kids were breaking posted rules all over the place. I doubt we’ll go back.

Always try to get here early to beat the crowds. Not so busy or loud.
