Best trampoline park/adventure park Ive been to. The whole family had an amazing time. The variety of attractions make it nice for everyone. I especially liked the parkour area and the ninja warrior course. The main court trampoline area was very large and fun!

Was a lot of fun thinking about going back soon

No wonder why, every time I drive by this place it’s empty! Outrageous with the prices. This area needs more places for kids to enjoy themselves. And this establishment is just out to make a quick buck off our children.

Overall, JumpStart was a great place to have a birthday party. Celebrated my sons 11th birthday here and everything went good. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. A good time was had.

We had ten kids aged 4-8 at Jump Start for a birthday party. Nikki was our host and took good care of us including setup, cleanup, and frequent check-ins. The sheer variety of fun activities kept the kids active for the full two hours. We would recommend for your own birthday party needs!

We just celebrated my twin daughters birthday party at Jump Start. It was an A++++++++ party! Thank you Jump Start! Manager Joey and Party Host Jordan each deserve a huge round of applause. They made sure our party was well-organized, beautifully decorated and laid out, and fun. Plus the party was very affordable. And every staff member there was attentive and helpful. This is our second year in a row celebrating at Jump Start and we absolutely will be back.

Awesome place. Great for birthdays. Kids and adults are welcome to play. A lot of different areas. Trampoline basketball, slide into foam blocks, high jump onto a huge airbag, trampolines, and so much more. The staff is great. A must try in the LA Crosse/Onalaska area.

Just finished our daughter’s 6th birthday party here and I was super impressed with the staff and facilities. Brenna did a great job as party host and along with the rest of the staff, took great care of the whole event. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

My son had tons of fun, we’ve gone twice, but there were a couple things that need work.1. They need to include both parents names in the waiver form, it would just make processing faster.2. Even after the waiver was done it took almost 5 minutes to check us in & pay, times that by the 3 families ahead of us and it’s a decent wait with a toddler wanting to go jump.3. This is the reason for the 2 star rating. Under their pricing menu they have their “Weekday Pricing” with a list and then a few lines down their “Weekend & Holiday Pricing” under that section is a Military Discount, really considerate of them and us Vets appreciate the discount, it is never expected but always appreciated.The first time we went on a Saturday for tot time everything was great, bought regular for my son, wife, & then Military for me.The next Saturday we went again cause we had a lot of fun. The younger guy at the counter refused to honor the Military Discount. He said “We don’t do a Military Discount on the weekends.” And i said “We got it last weekend, also why is it under the weekend pricing then?” He states “They shouldn’t have done that. Rates are already discounted on the weekend, sorry.”If they didn’t have a Military Discount I wouldn’t be leaving a 4 star review on here and I wouldn’t be complaining about how they don’t have one, I usually wouldn’t say anything at all, but one of my biggest pet peeves is when a business offers a Military Discount to tout their patriotism or support or whatever but then put caveats on it. It’s disingenuous, hence the 2 star rating.

Very Nice Place. When do you think the Jump Start Wipeout in the basement will reopen again? Our family really enjoys it. Also, Love the basketball hoop upgrade. One other thing theres like a part that is under construction on the main floor. When will that open?

I love jump start! It is an awesome place to go if you are feeling stressed. There are ultra-bouncing trampolines and a great snack bar. Admission is pretty expensive, so maybe that could be better, but the food is very affordable. Definitely recommended if you are having a hard day!!!

Want to rate it higher because its a great way to wear your kids out. However, since its so new its disorganized. Staff is doing their best and are very friendly. Seems there could be more training to help increase efficiency. But again, being so new they need to learn those kinks to work them out. Check in takes too long and should really be a 2 person collaboration, maybe even 3... someone to greet and direct you if you need to fill out waivers etc, and someone to collect payment and explain timing, and someone else to get jumpers their socks and CORRECT wristbands. Otherwise, the jump areas appeared clean and staff (observing) jumpers seemed plentiful enough. Brighter shirts, bright hats that say staff or a bright bandana or something would help to identify them better wouldnt hurt though, check in staff could mention how to identify them too... Price was fair. Its gotta cost a fortune to run that place!

Great new place in the La Crosse area for some family fun!! TONS of things to do including many Ninja Warrior-type obstacles that the kids loved. Basic snack options but mostly junk food, would love to see some healthier snack options.

Definitely a fun place, but it takes forever to pay and get into the jump park. If there is a long line you will wait a good 45-60+mins just to go jump. Also, would be great to see some expansion (they definitely have room for it) in the near future.

Had Deklans 8th birthday party for the 2nd year in a row. Everyone was awesome, especially our Party Host Nikki! She was amazing!! We all had a blast!!

My fiancé and I had an amazing date at Jumpstart. We usually just drop the kids off, but decided to do something different. There is so much to do and you get a great workout at the same time. Not just for the young, but for the young at heart as well! ️

So I put 5 stars but did NOT tell of our FIRST visit. I have a 2yr old who has loved to jump before he could walk. I had a white wrist band just to watch him, no charge which was good. He was free with the purchase of my husband and his brother. They had a ton of fun. My son loved it, jumped around for the whole hour. Yes $40 for an hour is a bit much, but I can imagine the coat to run the place. I have been trying to find some coupons, but no luck. I may even use this place for my sons 3rd birthday, as long as he has not left his love of jumping. Will return again!

Lots of fun!There are many different things to do, from trampolines to ninja obstacles, basketball, foam pits, and more. The loss of star, is because of minor issues. I wish there were coin lockers, like at the water parks. If you plan on jumping, there is no safe place for valuables. The other is, it does get very warm in the trampoline area. There is much cooler areas on the lower level though, so that was very nice.Over all, I would definitely recommend going.* You do need special socks. Grip socks, such as what you get at the hospital. You can bring your own, but you have to buy a pair, if you dont have. You keep them, though, so its a one time purchase.

Went with my 11 year old son, and we both had a great time. Trampoline Jumping is more of a workout then I would expect. There are really fun climbing activities, along with a ropes type obstacle course. The music was also really fun. We only jumped for an hour, and that was more than enough for me. Extremely tired and sweaty when done, dont plan on doing anything that you need to look presentable after. Fun family activities. Highly recommend

I would of gave them a 5 star but there pizza was horrible it tasted like cleaning solution and there nacho cheese had lumps of old hard cheese in it I should of asked for my money back for the food but only played 5 bucks for both the pizza and nachos... over all that it was awesome. Well definitely be coming back just not eating any of the food.

This was a great way to spend a holiday morning off from school. There are so many didnt things to do. The staff are nice to the kids and helpful. Feels very safe.

This place is amazing. We have been a few times now. Something for all ages. Our 16 yr old loves the ninja/parkour stuff and our 4 yr old loves the ninja bounce house. They all love the nets course, airbags, etc. tons to do. Had amazing birthday party here. Great party hosts.

My kids and I had a blast.My intent was to come here and watch the kids wear out, and there is certainly ample room for parents to wander around and monitor things without being in the way, but quite frankly it took me five minutes to go back out and buy my own ticket.There are plenty of things to do, and while most of them are more or less a variation on the same theme of trampolines and block pits, my five and eight year old loved it.The staff were super friendly. One of them got right down by my five year old to explain how a game worked, and was very encouraging.Beyond that, what I was surprised at was that the atmosphere as a whole was very family friendly. I saw no negativity, pushing and shoving, etc. - all the kids that were there seemed to be getting along great and having fun together. Even toddlers were able to tool around and all the big kids were courteous and careful. I was totally impressed.Some negatives:- The sign in process seemed to take forever. Whether their computers were slow or something else, it just seemed excessive.- Part of the fun is that you can pretty much run around and do whatever. This leads to safety issues. Double-bouncing (and the like) is discouraged, but since most of the kids were there with their parents, the staff didnt really enforce any of the minor rules. I didnt see any injuries other than a minor scrape, but I could easily foresee something worse happening.All in all, a great way to spend an hour or more. Our son has a birthday party coming up, and were strongly considering offering that to him as an option.

The kids loved every second. The personnel were very lenient and kept things fun. Generally a lot happening, and the kids seem to negotiate it well. Saw anywhere from 3 yr. Old to kids my age (30s-40s) After being there for an hour it definitely justified the price.

I love this place. I think it would be great in their extra space to open a handicapped adaptable park with wheelchair swings, handicapped swings, trampolines with bars etc..

We had a great time!! All 7 of us from the 15-month-old to the 32-year-old! I told friends about it all week, and we cant wait to go back. I wish they offered memberships.

Friendly staff, recommend fine tuning minor safety issues, making staff more readily available (or having more on hand) so they dont have to be sought out during slower periods(which takes away from purchased time) and revamp concessions

This is a great place to let the kids blow off some steam and get rid of a lot of energy this is my 11 year olds number one place to go out with his friends weve been there only twice but we only lived here for a few years the prices are kind of expensive though they should really have some cheaper prices may be certain days half off or something said maybe we would go more I have three sons so I can afford to go every weekend as much as I would love to with the kids if it was cheaper we would go practically every day LOL

A long over due addition to the La Crosse area! Great specials make it a good value to get some family activity in on days with bad weather.

Youll have to sign a waiver or have your parents sign one for you before you join in all the fun. Then you get some special socks that you have to pay for your first time and you can bring them.back all the other times. Then you will watch this video that goes through all the rules and guidelines. After that you can jump and go on the high ropes corse and so much more!!!

The pricing here is terrible as a mother of 7 kids there is no way I can even afford to come here with my whole family when we all want to spend time together. Also the first time my daughter ever came here she broke her ankle and that was the last time.

There are no water founitans but they sell water. There is a lot to do. Get plenty of exercise. Staff are a little edgy. But I really enjoyed it and have gone there 3 time in 2 weeks and going again tonight. But it was super fun for all ages.

I think I had more fun jumping around than my son. Its a hell of a fun/good workout with a number of challenging ninja warrior type obstacles. Im looking forward to going back.
