This place is amazing! Due to covid we had the place to ourselves. The staff were so helpful and accommodating! We were here for my sons birthday! This experience is something that he will never forget! The food was so great also! We are definitely coming back! All the kiddos want to have their birthdays here! I was just here for a private skate party, and it was a lot of fun. Ive been a blades guy for most of my childhood, but decided to give skates a try. They turned out to be far superior (in my opinion). The games we did werent invasive and offered a refreshing break from just skating circles (not that skating circles is boring). Im not sure how much it costs to skate as an individual, but from what Ive seen its very reasonable. I definitely reccomend a visit, Hi Roller is a blast!

My daughter attended a birthday party. She enjoyed the games and skating as well as the activity area. The party had pizza, popcorn, fruit punch and Pepsi, all supplied by the roller rink. Pizza was hot, popcorn was fresh, fruit punch was fruity, and the Pepsi was bubbly and delicious. She enjoyed herself, as did all the guests, the birthday girl was also pleased. Astounding job, helping kids have safe fun, for more than 25 years. Way to go High Roller!

I pre-ordered the purple Moxie Beach Bunnys from here on my birthday in July. Today I decided to email the shop and they emailed me to let me know my purchase was refunded on 8/20/2020. The only reason they told me my purchase was refunded was because I asked. Respond from management was so poor I cried. Their customer service is awful.

Awesome prices and so much fun for the kids! Regular skating as well as hosted games for the skaters to join in on. Play place for the little ones. We were even allowed to bring the baby in the stroller on the rink. Fun family tradition!

We had two parties at the same time for both our kids. The staff was great and took great care of us. It was a great time!

I met my wife here over 20 years ago in the early 90s. It has changed a little since I first skated at High Rollers way back in the early 80s or late 70s. For some reason when I go on the floor, I still cant help but to race past everyone. Except my son. Hes even faster. Now my kids are enjoying the same experience I did, while I rest and watch in nostalgic wonder.

Nice family friendly roller rink. Mostly an attraction for teens and young adults to do with friends, so dont be surprised by any young regulars who pass you up in the rink. The rink itself is in decent shape, aside from a few sketchy spots in the floor, it is smooth and not too sloped in any place. There is carpet along the hallways, witch can help beginning skaters or bladers. The roller skates and blades themselves are also in decent shape. Some look a bit dirty, but you kind of expect that. As of music choices, you can request songs but there are no promises that yours will be played before you leave the place, unless it is a song for a birthday party. You write your request down and the workers just play songs down the list. All the songs are either played as the clean version or not played at all.

Im sorry but any company that double books schools needs to get a little more organized. Im sorry but when my child comes home crying from school because her field trip she was very much looking forward to gets rescheduled, because of over booking is not right what so ever. I was going to book my other childs birthday party for there but due to this I will not being doing so. And I will be letting all of my friends with children and Im sure they will feel the same.

Facility was nice, but nickeled and dimed us. $5 for a pitcher of water?! $3 nonrefundable deposit to use each of the begin skate assists for preschoolers? (And we needed 6 of them) future parties will be held elsewhere.

Great family friendly venue. I was impressed with how clean the rink was. Also, no smoking or alcohol on property! The staff were all friendly. The prices were extremely reasonable. The rink itself and skates were all in great shape too. They also have nice games and a playground for kids who do not want to skate. The pizza was good too, especially for a snack bar. I also like how they did not use disposable plates or cups. I am looking forward to returning here.

I used to come here when I was a teen and loved it! I was recently at high rollers for a birthday party and was a bit disappointed. First off, I will say the young gentlemen that took care of our private party area was beyond amazing! I believe his name was Trent, but I could be wrong. Anyway, the party was during open skate and so there were lots of skill levels skating. The issue some parents noticed from other parties that I chatted with were the skaters that dance while they skate. We used to call them jam skaters, but that besides the point. There were just a few and on this particular day there were several beginner skaters and these jam skaters kept cutting the little kids off. So much so that kids from our party didnt want to skate. A parent said something to the staff they said they would check it out. Which they did, but it continued to happen. Point is I would make sure your children can skate pretty well for open skate. There is a special time in the am for smaller kids which probably would have been better.

On Friday Jan. 11th 2019 was our FIRST time there. It was my 2.5 year old first time skating [we just got done his first time bowling]. Let me start off with the pricing is great and I do NOT hold high Roller accountable for the 2 things that nearly ruined out night. First off my son who is only 2 and a half Absalutly loved it and the skate buddy walker was just right for him. Yes he fell pretty hard once but got right back out there. Now the issue is the teen skaters who act like they can do what ever they want. One teen boy went into the playground WITH HIS SKATES ON! But his friends yelled at him to get out before they all got kicked out. Another issue was some of the teens like to attempt to skate backwards without watching behind them. A girl banged right into my son and I yelled at her to watch where she is going there are begginers on the floor. Another big issue is the teens who cut across the rink at full speed and cut us off. I banged right into 1 kid who did this to me aS I was skating and he got ignorant with me. I informed him he was the stupid brat who cut off a fat girl skating. That I do not have to stop on a dime so he can catch up to his friends. As I said I do not hold High Rollers responsible for the brats who go there, but maybe you should tell them not to cut across the rink ad if they attempt to skate backwards to be wary of people who are already skating. We will be back very soon. Thank you High Rollers for reminding me of the good times of my childhood!,

I am a rink regular and I have been skating for 8 years. I live in Holmen WI but drive to High Roller Skating Center every weekend to hang out with my friends. It is really a great place to meet new people. I have met most of my very close friends at the rink and have a lot of memories there. All of the employees know my name and make sure that I have a great time. The staff is very friendly and the owners Mark and Amanda have amazing ideas for up dates and are constantly improving the rink.  I didn’t know how much fun I could have on 8 wheels! And I love the new carpet!

They did a great job at the egg scramble tonight! I didnt even grow up in La Crosse but feel like I spent my childhood here. And still feel like a kid when I go with friends and kids!

We always have the best time here, especially when my grandkids have their birthday parties. The packages are so reasonable and they even give you some awesome coupons for the birthday kid and their guests!! I love how friendly the staff is and the owners are amazing! Their love for skating and kids really just shines through the environment. So all and all book a party you won’t regret it :)

My kids and I love going to High Roller!! The owners are very friendly and the staff is so helpful. My 3 year old had never skated before and the guy working recommended the skates that go over the shoes because the wheels lock so it’s just like they’re walking and he had so much fun without all the falling. We’ve always had good experiences with birthday parties. The games and prizes are priced very affordable. The playground it great too! They kept the kids skating and playing for well over 4 hours. I’ve been going to High Roller since I was a kid and have never had any complaints!

Its so amazing I look forward to my weekends to go there and have fun with family and friends

High rollers is alwas so much fun. Took my children in the 80s, now my grandchildren. This last visit one of the kids fell and got hurt. Luckily it turned out ok,but very happy with the care and concern of the staff at high rollers,thankyou

Could of had more games than tag but otherwise was it great. And my family and I had a blast.

1 of the machines doesnt even work. I spent $30 on that stupid key machine to get a 3 set amiibo. A waste of money.

So much fun. We spent 4 hours there and did not run out of things to do.

I used to go here when I was younger very different now, the staff can be very rude and disrespectful. I think there is a staff named Trent, he is very nice and kind, Other staff not to much. There is a staff named Ryan when me and my family walked in and tried asking for skates he ignored us. We had to wait awhile to get skates. One of my kids is a regular there and goes every weekend, Ryan has been rude to my child. He has laughed at my children for falling and has taken away the song request sheet when regulars have tried to request jam skating songs he has also cussed in front of my kids or in front of other kids. Another staffs name is Lily. She has sometimes had a a attitude with my children. When my kids have requested a song she would skip through it or cut it short. I believe Mark is the owner of high rollers and there was a kid that called my childs friend the N word and Mark said it was just a word. There has been plenty of drama and fights and from what I have heard Mark didn’t do anything about it. I wish High Rollers was how it used to be and the staff were nicer to my children and other kids.

Fun place to take the kids, but if youre a family of four and also renting skates and end up adding the play zone for the kids, you almost better off buying a season pass for $135.

Fun place! Decent food/snacks. Reminds me of the roller rink I went to growing up would definitely go back again. I rocked the neon orange roller blades going 1990s style.

I have been coming for 4 months and it is really fun it is my favorite place in the world and I go every Friday Saturday and Sunday and some Thursdays ima a regular and I love coming here and seeing my friends and most of the staff is really nice to me and likes me and I love this place

The staff was super friendly and the whole rink was super clean and in great condition. The food is great. The skate floor is in good condition. Probably the only thing that I really disliked about the rink was the screens placed around the skate floor (either showing music videos or a screensaver-like animation). I found them somewhat distracting and overall very unnecessary. I mean, seriously, who needs more entertainment than roller skating?

Absolutely one of the best family places in the La Crosse area! I love how they offer something for all ages and skating abilities.

We had a private party for my daughter and it was beyond amazing. All of the kids had such a great time. It was by far the best party my daughter has had and definitely exceeded my expectations. We even ordered a pair of roller blades for my daughter and the owner was very knowledgeable. I am going to be recommending this venue to everyone!

Food is poor. Rink itself seems to be well enough maintained. Music is poorly planned out with some songs playing very frequently. Party areas are over crowded and underwhelming.

It was fun! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was lively and the different activities kept the kids busy! Im not from here but when I visit again Ill definitely be back!

Great place for a family day...and also a big thank you for recognizing military families such as ourselves. Frankly one of the few that do. The playground is great!!!!

After going here for about 5 and a half amazing years I recommend it to everyone who asks for somewhere to hang or have a birthday party. My kids were bullied. But the staff was accommodating and apologized profusely. They have a zero tolerance policy, and the three kids that were the perpetrators were dealt with fairly swiftly. I probably wont drop them off again to skate by themselves, but I appreciate the way things were handled.

Its family friendly. They have good intentions. The workers barely play requested songs, especially if it is not current pop or country. Im sure the parents would appreciate a break from Beiber for some classic rock.

After skating here for 23 years, I can tell you how wonderful of an establishment this is. The owners are friendly and the friendships last a life time! The rink is well taken care of, and the employees make sure that every need is met!

What a blast! Well executed modernizing of a retro classic, except for the cheap scamcade games, but SO much fun was had; we loved the in-line skates and cotton candy.

We have birthday parties for our kids there and generally the staff is very friendly and helpful. A little overpriced but still one of the least expensive options in town for having a party. Never have I encountered a rude staff member and we have been going there for years. And now they have a new skating floor!

One of the staff was incredibly rude. The music was not appropriate for the age range of children present this afternoon. Between the two our afternoon out with our child went from awesome to garbage.

La Crosse is lucky to have such a facility for all ages to enjoy, skating, playing games, vigorous exercise in the soft playground, or just observing.
