Beautiful church lots if history

This is my ancestral Church that was brought to my Ancestors by St. Andrew the Apostle to the Russians, from the Russians to the Alaskan natives and America. This is were it began in Alaska. The Orthodox Church is the true Apostolic Church. I hope and pray the we will be able to spread the good news of His Resurrection to all peoples here in Alaska and throughout America. The Orthodox Church welcomes Everyone, it is for all people and all races. For in the Church there is neither Greek nor Jew, male or female,because all are one in Christ. Amen.

Historic and Holy part of the island

I went to the pilgrimage to honor St. Hermsn of Alaska. I had an incredible experience. The people are friendly, the power of God was present and the church and music was beautiful.

The church is beautiful. You will not find it on the main drive.

Beautifu. Place to worship.

In the center of Kodiak City, the church is a remnant of the islands Russian heritage, built in 1805. The church is quite pretty and the ceremony inside it was something Ill never forget, as it was quite beautiful.
