There was another arcade outside of the fun spot, and it was by far the worst. I blew $20 just to have 30 of 80 credits magically disappear and a balance of 0 tickets because of a malfunction. About 30% of the games didn’t work, and there were some machines that required cash when this arcades works with a card credit system. The ticket claw machine is a scam because the claw does not even close all the way, and the prizes suck. This experience ruined my mood, and if the nice prize counter lady didn’t offer a compensation of 600 tickets, I would have lost my mind.

This is a neat little arcade! I liked their game selection, especially for being a smaller arcade. It was relatively clean and most everything was in working order. For some reason only 1 out of the 3 stations to purchase a game card was working at the time but the attendant helped us. We will definitely come back next time we visit Old Town!!!

This arcade has gone down drastically. For over 15 years my kids and I had great pleasure visiting this arcade. Last night an employee cursed me out and tried to fight me. Despite my persistence to speak to a manager there was none available. Another employee tried taking to the aggressive and unprofessional employee about her behavior to the clients but that didnt helped. Instead she kept yelling at the top of her voice and then shouted GET OUT!!! Im calling security now..!!!!!! I walked out of the building went to the outdoor bar to see if I could get hold of a manager. The unprofessional employee confronted me again speaking to a co-worker and came up in my face. Threatening to call security. A business owner close by assisted me in locating the manager who was off premise. This is not a safe place or environment for children to be in.

Some vendors open, which was really GREAT, couldnt thank them enough for staying open during crisis. But the hours are not accurate. Website stated theyre taking every precaution, cleaning extra shifts etc etc etc and that they were open. Drove all the way out there to find out they were in fact, not open. Again, some little shops in there ARE open and theyre great. To go orders only in some of the food shops. But if there were fifty shops, there were only six open. Jussayin, yall might want to call first, the arcade center WAS NOT OPEN during their normal business hours yesterday 3/23/20

Spent a lot of money a couple years ago for a ton of arcade tokens. When I purchased so many, I asked the gentleman who was working there if they would ever expire, and he told me no. Returned today to find that coins are no longer used and they have switched to cards. Surely, I thought, they will hook me up with an exchange of tokens for card credits, as wed been holding on to them and were excited to drive two hours back here to spend them. When I inquired, I was simply told my coins were no good and Id have to buy a card. No attempt at all by the employee to make up for the loss of money wasted on this establishment. No kindness, no attempt to make it right, nor keep a customer who was ready to spend a whole lot more money here. We had planned to purchase cards anyway, but were expecting to be treated better. So, we took our money elsewhere and will not return to this shady business who already doesnt honor some game wins (we overlooked that on a previous visit for the sake of just having a fun time.) If you like dealing with carnies running rigged games at the fair, this is the place for you! Lol

It was my first time going there I loved the theme and it was very nice and clean and the food was very good. It had very good flavor and good size portions. And everyone including the cook was very nice and seemed to really like working there. I would recommend trying this place. Even if you you just want a place to go to and have an Adult drink and relax I think you would enjoy it if you went there to give it a try and the prices are very good for portions and the atmosphere.

Fun, fun, fun. Convenient player cards. Games for all ages. Friendly crew. Old Town always a pleasure.

This its a great amusement park without the long lines. At the theme parks around here you can wait a minimum of an hour for the popular rides that only last 90 seconds. This amusement park is all rides and our maximum wait time was 10 minutes, if any wait at all! Great for family fun. They have a section for very young children all the way up to adults I dont have the ability to drive cars and race go karts.

Brian and Mitchell were awesome! Had a great time with the family. Awesome place to stop!

This place is small, but in a you can afford to play everything at least once pretty easily way. The manager who was also on the microphone was funny, entertaining, and also very helpful. The only reason I did not go with 5 stars was the number of games that were out of service when I was there. Still plenty of games to choose from but I would have liked to play some of those that were out of order

What a fun night! The MC was hilarious and helped my family have a great time! I believe his name was Brian? I know he was from LA because I was teasing him about his Rams gear. Anyway that guy needs a raise! Thank you for helping make our final night in Orlando one of the best. We went to Disneyworld, Universal, Island Adventure, Hollywood Studios, and spent our last night in Old Town at this little gem and it was worth it!

This is an amazing arcade very fun some what crowded on days usually at night but there is a huge variety of games to play from the service there is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is absolutely stunning would definitely go again no matter what! Especially since its in old town.

Oh my gosh, I absolutely loved this place. Everyone there was sweet and attentive. A specific person there played a game with one of my friends within a large group and brought us all the utmost joy! I believe his name was Michael. He surely made our night! He managed to do something so simple yet so uplifting. Cant wait to go back!

I brought my daughter and her best friend to Happy Days Family Fun Center and upon our entrance we were immediately greeted my Joe Spain and his hilarious antics!! I have never laughed so hard in my life!! He even suggested the frozen daiquiri bar next door for me and my best friend to sneak off to so that we could enjoy a drink!! During the summer time quiet a place to stay in and see t ok each game as a challenge to come.

The Mine Blower destroyed us!! What an awesome ride! Quite expensive at $10 a person but it really is worth it. I don not reccomend this ride if you are a bit fragile, this thing rocks you broken! Awesome day out though.

First day in Orlando and it’s the first place I went. The atmosphere was both kid and adult friendly and I don’t regret walking in one bit. As soon as I got close enough to the entrance I experienced outstanding customer service by a gentleman named Joe Spain. I have never met anyone like this man. He got along with everyone, had an engaging personality, and if I ever needed anything, he was the man to go to. Anyone visiting Orlando definitely needs to hit the arcade in Old Town and see my man Joe!!

We were on vacation visiting the theme parks, but was rained out on Sunday, so I took the boys here. They had an amazing time, just as if they were at Disney. They broke records on the games and the attendant Ethan was so GREAT with them. He hyped them up and made them forget all about the theme parks for the day. If we ever go to Orlando again well definitely do by. Thanks again Ethan, youre the best.

As a manager of a business myself there are some buisness that have the product or service deliver the experience. However at Happy Days arcade it’s clear that Joe Spain is just as significant to the business as the machines. He delivers on a energy that goes beyond tokens. One can say we enjoyed our stay even more with Joe on the mic checking in with everyone delivering on a level of customer service that I my company pays hundreds of thousands to teach. Kudos to delivering on the customer experience and making this arcade so family oriented!

Half the games are broke. Lost a bunch of money in broken games not labeled as broken . Some games cost way too many tokens. The prizes are pure garbage.

I went to old town two weeks ago for vacation and experienced wonderful service! There was a lot of fun games to play and the arcade helper, Michael made the experience a slam dunk! He told us about the great token specials and advised us to take advantage and boy did I! Ill be back soon for my next vacation!

Wandered into the arcade with my boyfriend while visiting Orlando and was greeted by Joe Spain, he gave incredible customer service and made sure we knew of any deals we could take advantage of. He also made sure we had the best experience when a machine wasn’t working and he got his coworker to reset it. Would recommend for a nice afternoon of entertainment!!

Its cheap and you can get enough to get a decent prize, we only spent 5$ and my son got a lozard and a flying plane! beat that chuck e cheese!

Nostalgia nostalgia nostalgia. Growing up in Florida my parents would always take me and my siblings to old town and the memories just came flooding back after many years. Refreshing when you run into people who truly enjoy their job and are genuine happy people. This was Joe Spain. From being surprised of the cheap deal for my beer to sharing stories of Texas and where to visit next time the lone star state. Will be coming back. Highly recommend!

LOVE coming here. The staff is really friendly and polite. There is one worker not sure of his name but he is tall and white and he was amazing. Recommended me an arcade game which is now my favorite(speed demon). I definitely enjoy my time there. Just wish prizes were a bit better.

Pretty cool place. one-time visit

My son was given a couple of free tokens to try out this center. He was soo disappointed with the number of tickets he got (he hadnt played many games so it was to be expected) and we tried to let him know that more than likely there wouldnt be any prize he could get... but there were! Which impressed us but what impressed us more was how awesome the staff was. Julio C. saw that our son was a bit glum and put a smile on his face! He knew what a little boy needed to smile again. Moments like this make us want to return to these small businesses.

Friendly staff a d good atmosphere, but a bit noisy. The kids actually had a hard time to find games they liked, and the prices one gets in the ens is close to rubbish... Im pretty sure they already found their place in a bin nearby. All in all, great potential, but not that great.
