I really I dont know this park exists until last week for Halloween really clean place I imagine they have a lots history but I went for my company event and the park was partially close but is really good to know this park is in this location
Shingle Creek Regional Park is a beautiful place for a walk or a bike ride. Lots of mature trees that make plenty of shady spots to rest or just relax and enjoy the greenery.
A couple miles of easy paths, rough but paved and smooth concrete, to stroll. Paved, wheelchair accessible parking.
Appears to be a great place to visit but there are fees not mentioned ahead of time. There is a sign allowing dogs on a leash but apparently that is not true. The women running it are a bit rude. Find another park to spend your time.
Great place to eat and you get to see wildlife
Beautiful little Park in the middle of a bunch of new houses. The village is an interesting lesson on the local history (way before Disney). Nice pavilion for picnicking as well as scattered picnic tables throughout. Small playground for the littles and a nice solid bike path. Toilets are eco friendly (outhouse). Spent about half a day there and had plenty to do.
Beautiful back to nature place. you cant believe that its so close to the tourist.
I love this place

Great bike tails! And they are working on extending them. Beautiful area in Kissimmee.

Great little adventure, good experience.

Nice location to unterstand the history of Kissimmee and also enjoy nature.
Really nice. Good place to take kids.Would like to take some drone footage at some point. They have some replica stuff. Looks fake but it is fun. Nice trails. Have gone kayaking here before.Would like going again.
Glad I found this peaceful place in Oceola county
So many major improvements over the last few years. Nice quiet park to walk, run, or bike. Great for picnics and amazing views of the sunset. Ive had a lot of good times here. Check out the historical society there. Take a tour of all the old building still standing after a century.
Very nice place to walk, bike, or run.
I fish in Shingle Creek went canoeing in Shingle Creek the nature around Shingle Creek is fantastic I love living near Shingle Creek
A little Hidden Gem beautiful day for the family peaceful lots of nature an old-fashioned sort of family holiday before all the hype of Disney. Go see it you wont be sorry bring your own food and beverages however they still havent gotten to the point where they can sell you much they do have a small gift shop at the Pioneer Village
A pioneer village that is on display takes you back in time . When this village is complete it will be a wonderful learning experience for the whole family. In a quiet out of the way location in Kissimmee.Fl this village houses a blacksmith, pioneer homes and many other buildings from early settlers. It has a quite walking trail and it is great for photographers to capture some images from the past. Not usually very busy, I just wish you could get closer to view and photograph some of the displays. The village is not well advertised and the hours of operation are limited that is why I give it 3 stars.
Awesome place to get in touch with nature and away from everything busy. Historic village currently being renovated, playground, and miles of paths. Biking, boating and fishing all in immediate area.
Small historical site complete with era buildings from around Central Florida. small playground and picnic areas allow for outdoor gatherings. two trails one short and easy the other long but still easy to travel. Also offers a nearby canoe launch into Shingle Creek.
Very interesting historic site walkways are well laid out for walking or wheelchairs . there are picnic tables and a playground on site
Its a nice place, some walking and the houses at nice, just have to really love nature and historical sites to come :) oh and watch out for wild boars
Awesome trails and the main park looked fun. Wish there were watering spots for pets.
