Its a beautiful place, this is my first time to Kissimmee, Florida and I would come back again.

Great spot for family stay. Nice community pool and very close to Disney and everything else you might need.

This is another great property weve been blessed to stay here 3 times. The homes were clean and had all the things you could need at your home. Ive recommended the properties to friends and family.

Gotta tell you, this place takes your safety seriously. I happened to visit this resort twice this past week and both times i was thoroughly probed and for the first time in many many moons i had to give my ID. I could have used all this jargon to share with you the elegant landscaping or the rolling hills this resort seemed to be a part of instead i cant stop blabbing about the security. To me ladies and gentlemen, this one factor edges this place over the rest. Rest assured, the amenities, the pools, hot tubs and kids play areas are all here, Of course they are here because otherwise it wouldnt be a resort. It will merely be a condominium complex or a housing subdivision. So if you want to enjoy your vacation instead of worrying about little Tommy, or Sally, you would come here..i will post some pictures after my next visit..

We stayed here for a week. The house we had was outstanding! The pool was awesome too! We felt safe being in a gated community. The clubhouse area with the big pool, game room, and convenience store was great. All of the Disney parks are a short drive away. For what you get to stay here you can’t go wrong with the price. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa on a well situated complex enjoyed our 2 week stay. Would definitely go back. I would say that the management company communication could have been better

Great place to stay while in Orlando visiting! The community it self is beautiful and secure as the main security gate coming through actully does a good job. No to mention the cctv cameras through out. Side note: if or when ordering a rideshare service contact your driver with the exact address and your last name to make life easy. There is no need to walk up to the front to catch a ride as they are aloud on property with the correct information

Cheap stay only 5 miles from Disney. For the price you would pay for a small, run down hotel, you get a house. 12 people slept comfortably and theres a heated pool in every rental.

The location of this villa is perfect for all the parks, the villa itself is beautiful and well equipped.
