Great experience here, it was fast and easy and the Gentleman who helped me, Ron i believe his name was, was awesome. He gave me a great deal on 2 tickets for disney at base price but included the park hopper no extra charge! He also gave me directions to exactly where i needed to go and a lot of tips and advice. I was given great customer service!

This place was loaded with Disney souvenirs and plenty of ideas of what to get for poor neighbors. Ticket counter was helpful and had fair prices. My son always wants to stop there. He must have set eyes on something I missed. Forty years younger than I. I guess we shall return next month for coffee cups and hats.

Although my purchase was minimal, they made my experience extremely easy and they have the best customer service people. I will definitely use them again and refer my friends to them when they are traveling to Orlando. A++

We came here after stopping at one of the discount ticket booths on the side highway and the woman at the booth was horribly rude. So glad we came here because the male worker who helped us so wonderful. He was so friendly and was genuine about helping us get the best experience for our money. Plus the prices were much better compared to the side of the road booths and are 100% legit. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for discounted tickets to any of the parks in Florida.

This is a great place to discount Disney tix. They are real tix so dont worry. Trust this is one of the best options at cheaper tickets.

Youre better off going online most times. With that said, as long as they dont hound you about time shares its worth a look after you check prices online. If youre a Florida resident definitely check online first. A little online search can go a long way, many theme parks offer better deals online directly from the source and its safer and more secure.

Every time I come to Orlando I buy the tickets for the parks here. You can save money, even more when you’re traveling with a group of people like I am. We just saved $140 following Tom’s recommendations. He’s one of the owners, excellent customer service!! Very nice people will take care of you if you visit them. I definitely recommend this place!

They sell tickets that they cant deliver on time. I bought two tickets on Friday at 10pm for the next day, on Saturday morning at 7 oclock I hadnt received my e-tickets. I went to the office and they said that it takes 12 hours for them to get the tickets. Finally after some complaints I got my tickets but I had to go physically to the office, complain and then arrive late to the parks. Dont buy them the tickets, they are not serious people and official tickets sellers are only few bucks more.

Whenever I go to Lake Buena Vista, we buy our dinner show tickets here! The prices are highly discounted, they make the reservations for you, and they have a nice selection of discount coupons for other attractions in the area! The staff is super helpful and friendly! Great one stop shopping for tickets!

Update: The ticket center responded to my call the very next morning and said that they sent the wrong tickets by accident, and I received the correct tickets. Thank you, I would recommend this place to others save some money.Went out on a limb and purchased tickets at a little bit of a lower price online and it was a terrible idea so far. I ordered 2 adult park to park tickets for 2 days w/ 2 days free. What I received is 4 1 day 1 park base tickets. So thats only 2 days for 2 people and not at all what I wanted. I called to leave a message so I could get the tickets changed. I hope they will take care of me, I will update this review so everyone knows how they handled the mistake. If they correct the mistake then I will be happy. But, if not it will be a big headache and possibly I will be out a lot of money. It is probably safer to just buy directly from universal.

I received a call the morning after making a ticket purchase from an employee asking me to confirm my purchase of Disney tickets. The number did not come from the number listed on the email confirmation I received, so I immediately became suspicious. I hung up and called the number on the email and received the same employee. I explained to her I was wary of the call since Ive encountered fraud in the Orlando area in the past. She explained she was also wary of me since I hung up. I understood where she was coming from, but she seemed to be unable or unwilling to get past that point and get on with the purpose of the call. She insinuated a couple of times that she was about to cancel the order. So, finally, I just gave up and told her to cancel it.I cant be the first customer to have hung up and called back because they were a little suspicious of the call. Ive placed orders with this company before. However, I was disappointed in this particular employees way of going about the process of verifying the transaction. She definitely was not a good representative of the company.

These guys were great - we booked online to pick up our three day Disney tickets at their centre, but we arrived late so wanted to go down to two days. Not only did they happily refund us, but they also said itd be cheaper to buy from the gate as they can only discount three days or more.Very honest fare and decent prices, I would recommend them to anybody coming to this area.

The Worst ticket buying experience i have ever had. There was a misunderstanding during buying the tickets, and i had to re-turn to their office to just clarify and seek their customer support if they could possibly do any thing about it and help. I didnt want to argue or debate. I was really surprised by the reaction of their manager, it seems that he immediately wanted to fight without even trying to understand the situation and he was so rude and disrespectful! He started yelling, shouting and bad mouthing in front of my family and kids!! It was really weird situation. Horrible after sales support, and they seem they have a clear attitude issue! They might have cheap ticket prices, but definitely worst customer service on earth. If you want to have a pleasant vacation and piece of mind, absolutely avoid this store. Seriously, their manager over reacted in a way that upset my family and caused uncomfortable situation and he refused to help in any way.

Bought tickets online. Great prices but....we waited for the 2nd confirmation email as promised. It never came. Eventually cancelled our ticket order. Had to call multiple time to get confirmation of our cancellation.

Most tickets sold here are cheaper than when you buy them at the parks. An easy way for tourists to save money on entrance fees.

This company does not back up what they claim on their advertising and website. They sold me tickets that were $20 more than I could buy them from the park. When I tried to cancel the order, they gave me a very hard time and charged me $35 to cancel after only 48 hours since I placed the order. Then I had to make all kinds of calls to get a refund on my credit card. I still have not received a refund.

Awesome deals, is worthy waiting for because these guys work hard getting good deals, I understand not always things come as plan but 8 out 10 things run smoothly, thank you for your patience guys!!!

Its Westgate. If you want these tickets, be prepared to spend a day walking through timeshares.

Don’t deal with these guys, especially if outside the USA- I bought tickets from them two years ago without any trouble, but this time, they charged my card in full and then subsequently claimed that they couldn’t provide etickets to me as my bank does not have ‘address verification’?? Lost over USD70 when they refunded the money in Bank/exchange fees and ended up buying through Disney... waste of time and money
