Stayed a week here and was very nice! Chris was pleasant to speak to regarding my initial inquiries. I do wish more towels were supplied, but they do have a washer/dryer in the units. They have a fitness room and pool that we didnt get to use because our schedule wouldnt allow unfortunately. My only complaint (Which is NOT their fault) was the 2 nights of our upstairs neighbors kids running back and forth for several hours at night. I would definitely stay here again, especially since it was a nice rate. Thank you!

Extremely clean, modest, condominiums! 25 minutes from the Orange County Convention centre.Pool is nice, didnt check out the hot tub. Decor could use some updating but televisions and appliances were adequate if not completely modern. I wish I could give 4.5 stars. Very nice. Will be returning for MEGACON 2018

I rented the property at 3158A Sun Lake Court! This was a great place!!! Very clean. Chris was great at helping us get this place at the last minute. Nothing but good things to say! This was very close to Disney and a great neighborhood!!! Loved it!!!

We stayed there and we loved it! Chris was very direct and clear with all instructions, and very quick in answering all of my questions. Very conveniently located near 192 highway, close to supermarkets, restaurants, gift shops, orlando premium outlets etc. 10 minutes from magic kingdom. We will surely be back!

My family just spent a week at a condo in Sun Lake and it was fabulous! It was very spacious, clean, and furnished well. The location is very convenient to the World (of Disney), and there are ample shopping/dining choices nearby. The price was great, too! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be close to Disney and have all the comforts of home, as well.

I recently stayed in one of the Sun Lake condos and I loved it! Everything was clean and perfect when we arrived and the place was beautiful. It was in a great location close to Disney and shopping as well. Definitely will be coming back again!

Booked through VRBO. Great location. Pool was small, but we were there for Disney. Worked out great as it is super close to the parks. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by in case you forgot something.

Loved it especailly for my first ever rental!! Owner was very easy to contact. Will return.

Please be careful renting in this complex.We are currently here and are stuck in a very bad situation with the owner Iverson liu.There are bed bugs in the beds and he wont refund us to find different accommodations.He has at least 4 units in this complex.He gave us a code for a different unit that is dirty and has a strong unpleasant odor.I let him know over 24 hours ago of this issue and our family has been under great distress with bites that have turned into big swelling welts and no where to stay.

Spacious. 15-20 minutes to anywhere in WDW. Surrounded by grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet and clean. Highly recommend for anyone vacationing at WDW. Not convenient to Universal Studios, however.

Grocery stores within walking distance:Publix, Winn-Dixie Market Place,Target, Walmart As well as places to Wine & Dine: Island Winery, Outback Steak House, 24 hour MacDonalds, & Dennys. Ahhhyeahhhh, A graet place to hunker down & get Some Zzzzzeez during before & after a great day of Park Hooping ). Youve got my vote; Thank You SunLake Condominiums. 5 Stars.

This is a very nice place, clean, neat and close to Disney World.The community is also great, swimming pool, tennis court, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

High rental costs with strict rules but great security.

Well ... im so sorry to be late for write this reviews ... but anyway we spend more than 2 month in the best and wonderful place i never seen before .... the gentleman CHRIS is good guy and have a good communication and i would like to give him a very special thanks to him ... we order from him alot of things and its done in the fastest time .... also special thanks for adam the supervisor and he live in the same area, 24 hour available in case we need something to fix it ..... GENERALLY I GAVE RATE OF THIS PLACE 150% SATISFIED .... THANKS AGAIN !!!
