Our family had a blast! We enjoyed the zip-line, pools with slides, mini golf, and much more at the resort. The staff was super nice. Worth the stay.

Zip line is ok, couple attraction were down, Rock climb looked ok but due to lack of staff was unable to use. So all we got to do was zipline once. The price for what they have though is steep. Not worth the ticket price. The hotel included day passes thankfully otherwise would have been a waste of money and time

Very bad service went there last year for family reunion, park attendant where over worked and in bad moods had no fun while there. The worst attendant was called Miguel he would send people to other workers while he stayed at the little tiki that was at the entrance of the park. Assuming they where managers they would come and yelled st the employees that were trying to do their best while the park was packed. After park was closed the staff was send to clean around the pools they all looked really tired i felt really bad for those guys. I do not recommend going here bad service and the rooms smelled bad and had bed bugs.

Nice olace to visit. Ziplining, rock climbing, pools, miniature golf.....

Not enough workers to man the ride and you have to wait for operators to leave one ride and come to the other.
