Nice LARGE facility. Nice rooms, pretty clean. Barbecues located through out on ground level. Pool and hot tub are nice, definitely could use a second. Beautiful trees and plants located all around the grounds, very nice. Two or three food trucks just outside the gates every day, food is excellent! The beach across the street is a park, nice. You can rent any and all the beach equipment at a facility a block away.All things considered, this is a great place to vacation!

They dont bring you things you need and it is about 4-5 blocks of distance from where we are to you get things for putt room. Love the location though. Just across the street and you are at the beach, rights at the beach no sand dunes to walk through even. They have been very accommodating with the issues we have had in our room as well. Much appreciated!! Mahalo to them, all of them, who work here!

They are working hard on the new remodel. Looking at the room its definitely looking tired. They have made the gardens a nice.

Clean and safe. I accidentally left the car unlocked for three days with my laptop in plain sight and it was undisturbed. Directly across from a good beach with great snorkeling. Theres no restaurant on sight but the food trucks out front make up for it

It was a great place to visit in a prime location for adventure. Though very little time was spent in the room, it was a lovely property. The rooms were nice, very clean, and worth it for the time spent there. The pool is gorgeous, the activities were great, and the staff was kind and welcoming! My favorite part was the location! It was a quick walk to a beautiful beach, an ABC store (very convenient), and a short drive from anything else you might need. Overall, a wonderful place to stay on a spectacular island!

Great Timeshare...easy drive in and out of Kihei.

Very nice property. The staff was very nice and showed lots of hospitality. The beach was only a 5 minute walk, 200 yards away. The picture is from room 5304. Several dining and shopping options within walking distance or a one to two minute drive. The pool area is a nice size, with a childs wading pool and a generous sized Jacuzzi. Workout room is well equipped. Daily activities in and around the pool area. We wil definitely be coming back! ........ Aloha!

Friendly, clean condo complex with a great pool. On site massage therapist. Rooms are simple but well stocked. Seems like a lot of timeshares here. All guests were friendly and having a good time. No one was too loud - lots of families here. We will be back!

Stayed here for a few days with a large group in two rooms, luckily our rooms were next door to each other so it was easy to be together which was the point of our trip. The rooms are a little outdated, unfortunately we were the couple on the Murphy bed, yes a Murphy bed! I never really felt comfortable on it but what can you do. The Pool are was nice, might be times where its difficult to get a good spot. The beach was right down the street, super easy to get it. Also a nice 15 min walk from the triangle in Kihei. The cool part is there are food trucks outside around the afternoon and evening for those who dont feel like cooking. Overall a good stay for my first time staying in Kihei.

We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon, from Portland, OR via SFO. The accommodations are pretty standard for Worldmark, with our unit being a studio (no oven, 2 chairs vs. a couch & a Murphy Bed). Located on the first floor In Bldg. 5, our views from our lanai looks to the beach (100 yards away). A minor issue with the ice maker was quickly resolved and we are enjoying our stay so far. Asked Housekeeping for additional hangers for the closet and more plastic trash bags for the kitchen and both times the response was very prompt. Attended one of their Owner Updates, but did not succumb to the sales pitch (Hilary was very nice!). We are here for 13 days and it’s an easy walk to the Farmers Market, the Foodland (grocery store), nearby parks alongside the main coastal road. Checked out the pool and it appears to be nice (may go swimming at some other time). TV was hit & miss with the signals breaking up on some channels and no problem with other channels.... not sure what the problem is.Overall the experience here was great. We walked on the Charley Young Beach every morning & watched the sunsets every evening.

Fantastic place for a Family Reunion!! Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful in setting up our Luau dinner and making sure that enough food was available for our party of 30+. The pool was very busy most days, but it was a holiday

The location of this hotel is very nice, because it is across the street from Kam beach (I forget what#) and you can walk to a lot of different food spots. I was disappointment with the pool at the resort, we didn’t really want to spend anytime there which sucked because we had a 1 yr old with us and having him at the beach was difficult. They have food carts just off the parking lot at the hotel which is really cool but Im not sure if we would be back. We defiantly value a nice pool so that was a big disappointment

This place was amazing to stay at. Its right by the beach and food and shopping. There is light traffic. Its about 5 min away from foodland. The pool was great and the view from our room was great.

Fantastic place to stay, clean rooms, helpful staff, across from the beach access, clean pool, fun extras like hula lessons, and the food trucks that park at the street outside were some of the best eats we had on the whole island.

Amazing hotel. Lots of accessible parking and located close to many spots of interest in Kihei. Great for both adults and kids with resort activities to attend. Expedia activities agent located onsite by the pool for easy sign up for adventures. No bar onsite. Wheelchair accessible pool and hot tub. Do not keep your keycard close to your phone as it deactivates it. I think I had my room key reset about 6 times during my 2 week stay because of this.

We had a fantastic time there. Listen to the Expedia rep for excursion they know what they are talking about. We did pool time, beach time excursions two weeks flew by

Close to the beach, large clean rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is in a quiet part of Maui and within walking distance of the things we need.

The location is great but rooms were not so much. Totally uncomfortable chairs and weird set up to watch tv. Staff not do friendly except house keeping. The were awesome. Was told they would be remodeling soon. Hope so. Nice pool area.

Pros: Although pool is small it is beautiful maintained with waterfall & theres a couple hot tubs, lots of seating including a couple cabanas + a massage place.Rooms are clean & roomy, conveniently located across the street from beach, restaurants, etc.Cons: No big fancy pool or lazy river & the a/c in individual rooms blow warm air. However; the main living space a/c works well enough to handle most of the 2 bedroom suite on the 86°F days weve been having.

We got the best room right across from the beach.

There is air conditioning, swimming pool and jacuzzi, beach is out front, lots of little stores to the left and right, white sand is soft and silky, and waves are not too rough. Water is very clear.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, they gave us great advice on where to go and avoid the tourist traps. I would also recommend the information presentation the first morning after you arrive. The sales pitch is very low pressure. I will go back.

Some rooms have been renovated. All rooms face the pool. Walk across the street for beautiful sunsets.

We stayed here for one week. Close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, the best frozen yogurt and authentic Hawaiian foo called mommas. Also plenty of little shops to see and cheapest place to rent scuba gear and all within walking distance. They also hold activities daily at the club house. We had a blast

Moldy smell. Furniture looks ancient. Beds are comfy though. Friendly staff. We enjoy the full kitchen and the spice packets are very helpful. Concierge/timeshare appointment maker lent us a beach umbrella and chairs. This was much appreciated!! My son loves the map of Hawaii with fish labeled with their Hawaiian names in our suites hallway.

Close to beach, quiet, spacious and not too noisy. They seem to care about this property with nice vegetation and grounds. Lots parking available. Food trucks out on road is an awesome opportunity for gourmet snack. One is a lady who used to be professional gourmet chef!! Yum

What could be better than staying a short walk from the beach? Maybe food trucks on the street out front with wonderful food choices like garlic shrimp, or a short walk to the ABC store for prime rib or anything you forgot to pick up at the grocery store. Everything is so convenient. On top of that is the great service. Everyone is so accommodating. Made for a wonderful vacation.

Love it here. Love having a kitchen and fridge to cook. Love having the BBQ outsides. Close to the beach. Pool is warm too. Beds are super comfortable. Love having a king in a our 1bed appt.Do wish a extra blankets were available... People like my husband who enjoy freezing the place out..we cold bloods needs some blankets. And I would like the pool to stay open until 11pm for the night owl swimmers.

Some staff nice others very rude and condescending in the check in area. Pools closed but no compensation. Rooms and equipment dated, BBQs dont work, locks dont open with key cards. Room wasnt the cleanest. Worlmarks are becoming the lower.end of the Windham chain. Wasnt able to check.in on time(4pm). Was challenging to get an answer when we could.

Great place and cant beat this easy walking distance to many things and beach location. Love the Food trucks parked next to it. The Coconut shrmp plate is the bomb and everything they offer, the blue first one is my long time fave!!!

This is a really nice property. It close to things to do. You are just a few blocks from the ocean. You can walk to restaurants and the view is awesome! The customer service here was great. They have activities for you to fo everyday, if you just feel like hanging out.

Hands-down, the worst timeshare I have ever stayed at. The beds literally injured my partner and I. I am not being dramatic. I am going to leave the most honest review possible. The room smelled of mildew and mold. The maintenance man that came to clean the air conditioners did not speak English and did not fix the smell by cleaning the air conditioner. We had to pay for Wi-Fi. I’m not sure if timeshares usually have house keeping or not but when we stay at the Marriott we get house keeping everyday. I don’t think getting your bed made and getting fresh towels daily is too much to ask. I would say the positives of this place were the friendly front desk and the nice pool.

If you are a WorldMark member this is a very nice resort. Staff was helpful in every manner. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Although not on the beach just a few yards away.

It was perfect that it was next to the ocean and our 3 bedroom was nice. We stayed for a week. My only complaint is that the sheets gave me an allergic reaction but I have sensitive skin so after washed it was fine. Also the hot tub made tears run down my face, burned my eyes and literally dyed my bikini from pink to purple from whatever chemicals they used to clean it. They also have a hospitality room for people who have checked out to use until your flight which is very nice. Also the response I got below was phony. I emailed the address and received no response.

We were warmly greeted upon check-in by Keoni and visited with Dianna, the concierge. We were placed in what appears to be one of the best rooms at the resort, complete with a full kitchen and a great ocean view.While the personnel and service are 5 star, the condos are nice but certainly nothing luxurious. This property is showing its age but has been well maintained.One of the best things we found were two food trucks right near the property, of which we have tried only one so far. The prices are reasonable and have helped us to stay under budget for dining out.Overall, Worldmark Kihei is a great property located just steps from the beach, shopping and dining. Have seen lots of kiddos and families here, as well as middle age and older folks.

Currently staying at WM Kihei. Wife and I have been coming Here every other year for the past decade. Each of the previous visits we were pressed to upgrade our ownership credits, and we did because we felt this property was such a great place to vacation. This time has been a totally different experience. Whether because of the increase of kids, or easing of pool rules, or just a don’t care attitude of the property staff/attendants, it’s a rowdy, noisy, screeching clientele that’s swamped what used to be a great pool. Pool toys used to be restricted to just noodles to reduce crowding in the pool; no longer, huge blowup full length floats and tubes now fill the pool. It’s no longer a relaxing nor clean pool or poolside. When the staff was questioned about pool rules, they said to notify corporate, so I’m guessing that it’s corporate policies that have led to quality of stay at Kihei. Many will say I’m a whiner, but I consider myself pretty tolerant of the downhill slide of this property,I just finally reached my limit with the people who do whatever they want with disregard for others and with absolutely no oversight from the staff. Hey Wyndham/Worldmark, your greed is no longer providing pleasant stays/experience at Kihei. What other properties are being neglected as well. Will try to sell my points ASAP.

A clean, well-kept establishment with a small fitness center and spacious rooms equipped with useful amenities including a washer/dryer. Also walking distance to some really great restaurants, food trucks and shops. I personally felt there was a lack of island flair due to limited plant life/vegetation on site, and we had a view of what was primarily a very large dirt pit from our room. The beaches that are walking distance (which was a positive) was offset by how rough and sometimes uninviting the tides were in this part of the island. Perhaps it’s a seasonal thing.

Gotta stay on n Kihei and want it to feel like home? Youve found the place. With little kitchens and a full sized fridge youll feel right at home.

The room was nice. The master bathroom had only a shower no tub. The 2nd bathroom had a tub shower. The pool was fantastic! Warmer than the ocean. Handicap access to pool and 2 small pools for kids. The main pool was very nice with mini waterfalls feeding the pool.

Clean and great room. Great location, with in walking distance from shopping, restaurants and beach.

Great location across the street from beach.rooms are assigned on first come first served so if your flight was delayed three hours like mine was you may end up in the oldest building.....with a dishwasher that didnt clean the dishes and cockroaches. The unit was sprayed twice for bugs to no avail and maintenance simply came and turned on the dishwasher....like I hadnt done that! The concierge woman Linda was very nice......found us chairs and an umbrella which was very appreciative. Owner update is still just an excuse to sell more credits. The recycling bins are at the back of the resort and I think more folks would use them if they were in a better location

Nice timeshare resort. Nothing fancy or over the top. Room was nice. We stayed in a 1 bedroom. Had a small washer and dryer and full kitchen, although didnt use it. It was nice having an ice maker in the fridge and access to dishes/silverware. Room was quiet. Short walk to the beach. Decent pool. BBQs available outside.

The rooms are nice, super close to the beach and shopping, and the staff is friendly. The only thing I wish was different was better pools! The pool is okay but it would be nice to see a bigger pool with different heights for younger kids and maybe a water slide or other fun activities.

Location is pretty good. Across the street from the Ocean. Nice pool. The hot tub isnt very hot.. But I suppose since its 80-90 degrees outside its not really needed. Food trucks line up outside of it. They are pretty good. Mostly Thai food and Shaved Ice.The rooms were made up nice but wear shoes or sandals inside.. My feet turned brown from the carpet.. They seemed to have some nice evening activities in the club house by the pool. Nothing super wowed me about it. The beds were pretty nice. Not too firm. Overall Id stay there again. But I hope they just clean up a little better.

This was just a wonderful place to have my 2 weeks in maui Hawaii! They treated my husband and I really good. If we needed to go find something they gave directions Really good. Im going back this year 2019! Looking forward to it again.

Old, out of date, uncomfortable furniture like a old hotel with below standard (bear minimum) kitchen supplies ( 1ply toilet paper, cheap paper tile). Old, not SmartTV with very limited internet access. No Netflix, Prime, YouTube... access. Limited Wifi that you have to pay for separately. Have to individually set up TV internet for a Movie Box with the internet provider (bring your own HDMI cable) but still no general internet access. Slow Wifi speed limits streaming. Best for families with children. No place for adults on the property.

Great resort stay... a little TOO many kids and not as great a housekeeping experience as Im used to. Otherwise, excellent place to vacation!

We had high expectations for our stay at the WorldMark in Kihei but it was a disappointment. We had several negative issues with the condo we stayed in. It really needs some maintenance. When we voiced our displeasure we were offered a token for the trouble. The positive was the location. We will never stay here again. Note the view from our Lanai plus lots of road traffic and a lot of junk in the back parking area.

We absolutely loved our room. We did have to wait about 45 minutes to check in but was well worth it. We had a beautiful view from our balcony.

We stayed here with friends for our visit to Hawaii. It was obvious that this isnt a first class property. The grounds were not terribly clean or well kept, although our 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable.We attended a presentation on things to do the first day and Jeff Parzych a Concierge for Expedia, put on a great presentation. Afterwards we signed up for several activities through him. That turned out to be one of the high points of our trip. Being able to get good advice and sign up for all of our activities in one place was very helpful. Jeff knew all the answers and everything we did through him (besides a somewhat disappointing Aquarium) was great.There were a few times we had to go to the front desk for things like toilet paper and laundry detergent. The staff there werent always the friendliest people we encountered during this trip. All in all though, our stay worked out pretty well.

Loved everything about this resort. About a 1 minute walk to the main Street on the beach. Central to everything! Would definitely go again. Pool area was great for the kids and they offered craft and various other classes (ukelele & Lei making etc) for a small charge

While I normally love WorldMarks, this building was noticeably older than the 10+ other WMs Ive visited over the last few years.On top of that, there are no elevators (huge hassle when you have luggage) and our 3-bedroom unit was super dark inside (with how the building was designed it looks like ALL of the units are dark inside).With that said, its much closer to the beach and shops / restaurants than the Kona WM, so having food and stuff to do within walking distance was great.Overall a great time with family, but if they were my points, I wouldnt return.

My gfs grandparents own a timeshare here and it has beautiful grounds and pool area that are very well kept. The rooms lack all sense of luxury and style though. I felt like I was sleeping in a low end hotel room.

The staff are polite and professional. The rooms are very comfortable and of course, you are in Maui... its all good

Great place to stay. Buy food and cook it in your room. There is a total of 4 beds including a murfy bed. But you can fit one more person on the couch. They still have key cards, but they are RFID and not the magnetic key card strips. Make everything easier. The only complaint that I have is that ALL the electrical outlets are old and anything you plug in will fall out of the outlets especially phone chargers. The style of outlets they use still works, but form the late 80s or early 90s.

A WorldMark resort close to the beach. Walkable to ABC and small resources but you had best rent a car if you are planning on anything more. The units were underwhelming. Nice enough but very few of them have a view or compelling reason to stay in them other than meals and sleep. We had a view of a fence.

Pretty nice place to stay got a full kitchen and dishes and even a washer dryer. Not a great view but theres s beach right down the street.

The resort is relaxing and has well informed staff. Kamaole beach is across the street from WorldMark Kihei.Grocery, restaurants, food trucks, shopping is in walking distance.Fabulous vacation place!

The room was clean. Check in was fast and courteous. Noticed a couple little issues but maintenance was here within 15 minutes. Grounds are gorgeous!
