Beautiful ocean front. Quiet and nice rooms, listen to the ocean as you sleep. Beautiful uncrowded beach and pool. Gotta love it.

Dont let the cinderblock exterior fool you. We really enjoyed our stay on the sixth floor. It was clean, excellently appointed and the views of the sunset were breathtaking. The beach was also very clean, safe and just steps away from the building. We will stay there again.

We stayed in a renovated condo and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The property sits right on the beach so no need to travel anywhere else. There is also a pool with loungers as well as a tree-shaded grassy area. We will be back!

This is a great Resort to not only stay in but you enjoy around the island of Maui rather it be timeshare or just a rental great location check out all the amenities and the other activities this place has to offer

Great location. Central to everything on Maui. Staff was gracious and accommodating. Only reason for slight markdown was that the condo was a bit dated. Not surprised because all units are individually owned. Great views and beach.

Great place. Loved it. Would give it a five if we could get call backs when we had questions. Staff were helpful and even took our luggage, that we had dropped at the office before check-in, to our room when it turned out that we would not be able to get back before the office closed. Thank you again. Would stay here again. The views are amazing.

This place is amazing! Great location, wonderful kind staff and fellow guests. The condo rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is really nice. The ceiling fans are all you need with open windows for a perfect temperature day and night.

We stayed in the Kealia Resort recently and stayed in Unit 307. It was a great place to stay! Small little resort, but located right on the beach. Small pool, but there is a bbq area and you can walk the beach. The unit was comfortable for Id say 4 at most, but really comfortable for a couple on vacation. Pretty close to the airport and you can get around to some sight seeing things very easily. The unit was up to date and well taken care of. Kid friendly as well

Doesnt look like much at first, but the unit was fantastic, great view, and the beach is only a few steps away. They key-less entry is very convenient. The amenities in this unit were well above expectations… there were even boogie boards and snorkel gear! Would stay again.

Smaller older cement structure. Only 50 units. Right on the beach. Quaint. Ranch unit may look different depending on if they have been upgraded. Located North Kihei on Sugar beach.

I am at OGG waiting for my flight and already missing my cozy studio #309 that I rented for the last 8 days. I did not rent a car, so I walked up and down all te beaches in Kihei and Maalea and Kealia is by far the least crowded and nicest resort there. The green area next to the building is such a treat. Sherry, the manager is so nice and helpful! I will definitely return!!! There is a ABC store nearby and a great bakery next door. Those 2 took care of most of my needs. The condo is so well kept and quite newly remodeled with everything you need. It has a great view even though its in the back. The road is a little noise but the ocean noise helps with that! The lanai is a great place for a coffee and a great view of ocean and canoes leaving in the early am. Did not use the pool since the ocean is right there. My Uber from OGG to Kealia was only $26. Bus line 10 and 15 stop nearby and only cost $2 or $4 day pass, if you decide to do what I did. Also found out that there is a bike lane from there to Target, which I will use next time! I have done all the sites in Maui recently and this was strictly a lay by the beach vacation so I did not want a car. It was perfect and Kealia was the perfect spot!

Located right on sugar beach with amazing views. There is a small market next door where you can book local activities and rent snorkeling gear. We wouldnt stay anywhere else in Maui.

Considering we are about to experience a possible hurricane, one should take my response as a whole heart and truthful response. I absolutely love it here. I have fallen in love with this resort as a whole and Maui it self. The food, the land, and the people. The customer service is spot on perfect. The smell, the temperature, the deep connection that you get is unstoppable. This resort is in the perfect location. Secluded, quite, rhythmic ocean sounds and you still capture the beautiful, yet perfect breeze. I have dreamed of this for 38 years. This exceeded my dreams. Mahalo

Simply amazing. Right on sugar beach. Our room came with complimentary lounge chairs and snorkle gear. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Maui. Definitely coming back here.

This place is beyond amazing, they have everything you need when you arrive, even when you arrive after hours. A comfortable place to relax and enjoy Maui. Not really a resort but condominiums. And own private parking for your room. You can cook in the room, grill outside and just enjoy the time

Location was great. Easy access to anywhere you want to go AND its right on Sugar Beach.Friendly locals and respectful visitors make it relaxing and rejuvenating.

My husband and I renewed our wedding vows in 2009 on this beach. It was private, quiet, romantic and very beautiful. We dream of definately going back to Mauis Kealia Resort. The owners were always available and made our reservation and stay smooth and relaxing. The pool was really nice and the landscaping was beautiful.Our condo was really clean and pretty. We both loved it here.

We stayed at Kealia Resort in unit 306. The unit is beautiful with very good ocean views. There are no parking charges and the location of the resort is pretty good.
