Chris Travis the GM is amazing !! Very accommodating and very respectful. I really enjoyed my time here at Times Square and I will definitely be back!! It was very clean, they did a good job with the social distancing, and the food was good! You guys check them out!!

This place has something for everyone. Its a hidden gem thats been around for 13 years. Bowling, arcade, laser tag, virtual reality game, pool, restaurant, and adult bar area. Extremely good hospitality and service. Kept very clean and orderly. Were planning on having a large event here. Owner and staff have been very helpful working with our future event. Looking forward to our party and enjoying this unique place with my family. Highly recommended.

We had my daughters birthday party here. We were surprised to find out the have a private area for the party with tables and couches. They were very accommodating through the whole process. We will be back!

Loved this place! Very affordable and super family friendly! We went bowling and it was a great time. Lane prices are great and they offer lots of specials. Will definitely be back to do other activities. They also offer free kids bowling April thru Nov which is great! Highly recommend!

Bowling was good and fun, but kitchen was closed 2 hours before closing time and we got the fun pass the cards werent loaded with $10 and most games were nonfunctional.

Been coming here for years been paying the same decent price. Today the price litteraly doubled for an unexplained reason $43.00 for my child and I to play 3 games???. So I declined todays service and we are headed to Copperfield Bowl. The gentleman behind the counter was respectful doing his job. When we declined the service the ladies behind the counter told us good by in the most disrespectful tone they could come up with. The culture of the employees as it relates to guest service has depleted.

This is an older alley and it doesnt have the number of attractions that are available at other companies such as Main Event. However that actually may be a plus for those people who are more into just bowling or pool. I would say that TSE is more adult oriented but we brought kids and it was fine. Has a bar and food area. Staff was helpful and everything was descent.

This is my go to spot been coming here for 5 years when we just want an affordable night out we always come to time square!! Food is good they play a variety of music on Friday and Saturday night bowling. They also have a built in bar you can hang out in too. Strongly recommend this place. Everyone that works there is very friendly as well. I have never had a problem whenever I come here.

Their Covid-19 protocol is non-existent. They dont enforce the mask policy, and majority of the people there were not wearing masks! They put separate parties together, and the least they could do is stagger the tables so we wont be so close to the next party. I felt so uncomfortable and exposed. We for sure need to get tested after this experience.

A really relaxed atmosphere, a nice place to come and get away from hustle and bustle. Bowling, arcade, bar, pool and VR gives you options for things to do. The staff is top notch, always willing to help and make your experience memorable.

A little older place but very well maintained and still a great place to take the family bowling. They always have some kind of special going, just check their website. They have pool tables, a virtual reality game, kids games and an private bowling area that you can reserve for parties.

Great little get away on slow days. Love how they have made adjustments for all to feel comfortable with Covid going on.

Weve been twice and I cant imagine a better bang for your buck. The unlimited play deal is simply the best.

My son had his 5th Birthday party here and we chose the bowling and laser tag package. We had invited a lot of his friends who are about the same age group. Our host was Nick, and I have to say I was very pleased with his patience towards our party. There were more than a few times where the kids would throw the ball before the pins were ready which would get the ball stuck in the lane. He was such a pleasure to work with, never complained, never had a bad attitude :) I also loved the fact that all we had to do was just come in with our guests and not have to worry about the preparation because everything was all well organized. Thank you Times Square and thanks Nick for making this a smooth and enjoyable birthday party! Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Good arcade, clean facility. However food arrangement is very weird. Would have appreciated if the food and bar service can be provided by trained wait staff rather than self service. Too much to and fro from your bowling lane to the food counter. Could not enjoy the game with so many trips to the food counter. Even from bar you have to carry your own pitcher and glasses from the sports bar to the lane. With kids running all over the facility, it looks and feels very risky.

I had my sons birthday party here for the third time & I must say this is a great place to do so. Our host was Paige and she was amazing!!! She was very attentive and so nice definitely would request for her next year she was awesome!!!!!

Just did our daughters birthday party there today, and it was amazing! The hostess was awesome, accommodating, nice and did everything for us. My daughter said it was the best birthday ever!

The bar is nice! Its clean. The waitress was super sweet to us. The food was good. Happy hour prices were helpful on the pocket book.

I brought my children for a birthday party. It was so orderly and nice. I will bring my children back. Great place!

Had a blast. The staff was awesome. The owner or manager (not sure) came up and greeted us and welcomed us in our first visit, and even offered a free pizza if the next bowl was a strike. Miraculously, it was and he brought us a pizza 5 minutes later. A+ time and staff!

It was only a few people but I had a lot of fun

We went originally for bowling, but also went a few times on sunday to watch the browns with the katy Browns Backers! Staff was friendly and the bar was clean and had lots of options, food was decent enough for a bar and had pool which is always a great way to blow some time. Highly recommend for anything you want to do!

So-so experience overall. Cool VR gaming setup. In serious need of an update to bowling area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great service. Parties feel a bit unorganized and there isnt a good flow. The food is average. The pizza smelled great, though I didnt have any. Bar staff and drinks were excellent! There were more than a few arcade games that were out of order. I do like the card system... No tickets or tokens to deal with. Its all done using a play card

Was spending the evening with my womens ministry group along with friends and family....I bowled and the others enjoyed laser tag, game room and other events...really fun place.

Rachel, Chris and the rest of the staff make this place a hidden gem. Bailey and Nell behind the bar can create and customize any cocktail you could think of. Becca in the kitchen is a culinary queen. No joke. The food here is amazing. Specials daily for the whole family. Forget Main Event this spot is a million times better.

Great place to spend time with family. It has bowling and game arcade. You can play and get points at the game arcade and get stuff with your points.

Nella and Kody are fantastic bartenders!!! They ate super attentive and beyond friendly. This is our new go to date night, family night, (whatever night!) During the week. Amazing deals and so much fun!

Had a great time, only complaint I have was the extremely uncomfortable bowling shoes, it was hard to get through a full game without being in pain. But besides that I enjoyed lasertag, pool, and setting high scores on guitar hero. Such a great price, will definitely come back.

This used to be a wholesome place to bring family to have fun. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. While bowling, the group next to us was intoxicated, loud, and continuously cursed in front of our young daughter. I approached a member of the group to tell them that it was inappropriate to use foul language in front of children, and not only was I asked by the person to take it outside to fight, but another member of the group quipped, “we’re Republicans, and we carry.” Times Square continued to allow this intoxicated, disrespectful, hostile, and threatening group to stay and bowl, and as a result, I will never bring my family back.

It is fun and the food isnt bad either. We had continuous problems with getting our balls back which took away a lot of our time to bowl. That would be my only nit.

John and Tim great people they help me and my family and they treated us with such an amazing customer service. Always there to help and to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely come back and recommend more people to visit Times Square

The atmosphere is good. Its clean and priced average. Has pub food, and it was fairly quick. I would be back.

The pro shop in this location is amazing. They work fast to make sure you have exactly what you need on the lanes. They offer a wide variety of tools and supplies needed to be successful at any bowling alley. The store front itself is always very neat. Time square is a fun time for kids young and old. Get their early for the best lane selection.

Took the youth of our church for Spring Break Fun. We had a awesome time with great customer service and we really enjoyed ourselves.

We had an Awesome time for my Neices 6th Birthday Party !!! The front desk staff was excellent and our party server Stephanie was great, even with broken fingers .. That was my first time there, but will definitely come again ...

I had a party reservation for around 30 people and our party host was amazing! She cut the cake for us and she was always on top of everything she gets 5 stars.We also paid extra to play in the virtual reality for about 25 people but the guy that was helping that station was rude and looked like he did not want to work he is the only reason I give 4 stars

Excellent place fot the entire family!

Really fun place. Came for a birthday party packages are pretty reasonable compared to other places that have bowling and arcade games. Liked that they had a bouncy house for the little ones right next to the bowling alley. I would suggest getting stampers for the kids just because its easy for anyone to come in and run off with a kid. Differently didnt feel safe enough with little ones and all the adults drinking. Other than that real cool place.

We made a lane reservation on the phone and were put on a waiting list. We then got text msg updates about when our lane would be ready and about time to check in. Everything went smoothly and we had a great time. A cou poll le of my friends tried out VR and said they enjoyed it.

I took my family and a group of family friends here on a Friday night. The facility is well kept and adorable. The staff was what made our night. They were so polite and helpful. The guy at the lanes gave us 20 minutes free to finish a bowling game. The girl at the arcade gave us an abundance of candy that we did not have the tickets for but she didnt want the kids to not have one. Totally would recommend. Prices arent bad, and are better than other alternatives.

Had to go order food at the bar and the servers never took my order. Inform female manager of my inconvenience. I asked what was told to children that wanted to order food, were they also sent to the bar. Femaie management said she didnt know went back to doing what she was doing and ignored me. I told her why would i go to a bar if i was not drinking, Caucasian female management still had mo response. Like the place much my sons and i het together to play pool as a family! Sad service.

After wasting time to bowl at another place, we swung by Times Square and immediately were able to bowl at a fraction of the price. Traditional bowling atmosphere.

This place is a great place for a families! We go there every weekend. Kody at the front desk is amazing! His customer service and patience is outstanding. The bar staff is great as well. The staff is kid friendly. I have no complaints.

I attended Summer School PE and one of the events was bowling so the teacher let us but our own lunches from the snack bar. I ordered the loaded boneless wings with no cheese and no bacon it came with green onions on it I asked for green onions on it one of the employees put the green onions on the side. Plus we had to pay for Laser tag

This place is made for you to bring your family and have fun my second time visiting and I had a really time, bowling is now one of my hobbies.

Barry and the team always take GREAT care of the Katy Cleveland Browns Backers group at Times Square. They reserve most of the dining room for us to watch every Browns game together as a group. They let us bark our brains out while providing us with great service and attention. We love Times Square Entertainment and you will too. Come out and bark with us for the Browns games !!!!

Always my favorite. Love their Daily specials from family friendly to late night date night with the hubs. Easy on my pocket and great food and drinks at great prices. Especially love their pizzas. Wow, tried to arrange a small party there. I’ve called 5 times in the last few days. Nobody will pick up the phone. I let it ring and ring, and each time after about 50 rings the phone just hung up. Will be going to main event from now on. Ridiculous!
