Pizza and wings are pretty good. And the kids always have fun

Great location, just to the side of I-10. All the games work, place was clean, staff was super friendly and welcoming. Love how they now have unlimited play base on hours you play. My son and I had a blast! Keep up the great job Chuck E. Cheese Of Katy.

Pros: No haggling for not wearing a face diaper. All attendants we encountered were nice and helpful. Good drink choices. Secure exit.Cons: Only half of the games worked. The pizza tastes terrible and is expensive! Good prizes would take months if not a year to accumulate enough tickets to get.Overall: Havent been in years and I know I heard over time they had changed the pizza recipe, but to this, yikes! Luckily we went on the 1 hour free game special or itd been over 50$ easy! Daughter still had fun so 3 stars, but it could have been 4.

Besides the occasional machine not giving the tickets we should have received it was a pleasant 1st time experience for my little people. There wasnt a lot of people at the time which was perfect. The kids were able to go in and just run a muck and have fun. The staff was very nice.

My daughter really wanted the pizza for her birthday and she liked she says but didnt finish it which is unusual. My wife and I did not like it at all. $16 for a large frozen crust 1 topping pizza. For the quality is more like $5

This specific location in Katy Tx, staff was amazing! They definitely went above and beyond for us while we were there. They had all COVID requirements. Clean and had hand sanitizer everywhere.

This was always my kids favorite place to host their birthday parties! I always left very happy because service was exceptional. The pizza is not bad at all...and you can also sandwiches which are really good, wings and a salad buffet. I never tries the salad buffet, but it looks ok.They always keep the place very clean. You can load a card from $5 to any amount. The prices dont get better with years, but kids love to exchange tickets for anything!

Had a great experience with hosting a birthday party here for my 5 year old! Good control of kids coming in and out the building. Everything is clean and new and working. The food was actually pretty good as well.

Its good for a chuck e cheeses. It has lots of games great for young kids and they have surprisingly good food. I would recommend their pizza and their mixed platter which comes with fries, wings, celery, and carrots. They have a large variety of games and for better or for worse have switched from the old token system to the new widely adopted card system where the points are on a card and you scan them at each game rather than inserting tokens.

Nice clean place, the staff is nice. Kids always have fun here. I like the fact that now you can buy play time instead of points. There are many games for the kids, and at the end, they get prizes. I like this Chuck E. Cheese in particular because the place is well kept and is always clean. And the staff are very nice and helpful.

Good times as always. Be mindful of the new card system they have. Dont want to get taken like I did when I chose to print 3 cards, it charges you for each card when it appears to be a one time fee. So that resulted in a $56 charge when I expected $18.

Fun and happy place to have a child’s birthday party. Pizza good too! Lots of games for all ages. You win tickets on some games you redeem for prizes.

This one is cleaner than other locations. Friendly staff. Better go during the week for it is less crowded than weekends. Pizza was very good!

My granddaughter wanted to go here for her birthday. The entire family had a blast trying to win tickets for the little ones to get prizes. The staff was friendly and environment family oriented. The place was clean!

Fun for kids

I love the stamping system and checking everyone as they go out. Some of the games did not have good instructions and spit out random tickets. It seemed crowded and congested also. The staff at the register were polite and professional, however, the young lady at the ticket counter was rude and short with my 4 year old. Its been a long time since Ive been to Chuck E Cheese, it used to be a staple, but I doubt I will return anytime soon. Thanks anyway

By far the best chuck e cheese around. So clean, all the games worked, and the food was served hot...it was very obvious that the food was made after it was ordered and not sitting underneath a heat lamp. I went on a Saturday, and although it was kind of busy there were plenty of Staff members available if needed. I was impressed at how clean the restaurant and Game Area was as well as how great the salad bar looked and tasted, and the bathrooms were immaculate. Good job Katy Mills chuck e cheese...keep up the good work!!

I have not been here in quite awhile, but games have improved where all children and parents of all ages can enjoy. Unlimited game play with cards instead of tokens is a plus. Great place to take kids 3-9 for birthday party.

Awsome games

We’ve had a lot of parties here in the past four years. They do their best here. I’ve never had an employee complain because the machine broke for the 5th time.lol so far every time I go I have a good experience. I wish they had Dr Pepper as option because I hate Pepsi.

Manager was extremely rude. I was having an issue with the card machine and the manager was impolite and rude and treated me like I was stupid. Happened on Sunday December 29th, 2019 at 7:00pm. Ive been going to this place for long and and have spent a lot of money here. I dont appreciate being treated like that and obviously they dont appreciate theyre customers. So for now on, I will not buy any food items when Im there because if they want to be rude with me, they dont deserve my business.

Good games and pizza. Came here with 5 kiddos on a weeknight to play and eat. Sadly 2 of the games didnt work and it took 45 minutes just to get prizes b/c there was only one person doing all the counter duties. Afterwards took roughly 20 minutes to leave b/c she was checking people in. They need more help during the weeknights. Sort of disappointed.

It fun and safe for the kids

Too crowded, too over priced, we attended a birthday party and the whole thing felt so rushed. Tables were so close together that you could not get through. Just very unorganized.

Had a blast with my grandson on his birthday! ChuckE was everywhere that day! I played many of the games and at the age of 50+, I still enjoy those games after all these years! My only concern was when they sang happy birthday table to table. I’m not sure why they rushed through it and almost missed recognizing my grandson’s birthday. It became chaotic. I’ve celebrated many birthdays throughout the years at different locations and this was the first time I felt the employees/servers were trying to hurry up and get it all over with.

Nice play place for kids with food and fun in affordable packages

My kids love going to this place, but the staff could be more friendly and lively with kids. Children 2-5 love Chuck E. Cheese, but one that doesnt really interact with the kids is kind of dull. It defeats the purpose of even going. I really hope they build another location soon because I hate going to this one.

Good place

Well the food was good, had to wait 15 minutes to even get checked in because there was only one person working the front on a Thursday night the manager in the cook stayed in the back and never came out to help at all. Apparently Staffing is an issue here

We had a nice time except for the false advertising in the window. They didnt really have an hour for 10 bucks. The kids still had fun. The place was fairly clean and the staff was kind.

Its bigger than some locations and has more games, but needs to be cleaned and renovated.

We enjoyed our time there, the pizza was good. Lots of different games to play. My mom and I had my two kids and my nephews. Two, two year olds a five year old and a eight year old they all had a great time. They had someone working going around helping when machines were out of tickets. Also, my favorite is the machine that counts the tickets for you!

We went during a weekday afternoon. The lunch buffet was fresh and well stocked. The employees are very attentive when you need help, and it was very clean. My kids love playing here, my only wish is that they would offer better weekday morning deals.

There is a gentleman named Robert that is so kind! He went around the restaurant for hours making sure all the kids were having a fantastic time and giving tickets. We’ve always had a wonderful experience here. It’s clean and the pizza is delicious. Hours of fun and for a decent price!

Always been a fan of Chuck E. Cheeses. This location was a lot of fun for me, my wife and our twin 2 year old boys. It was their birthday when we took them there and they had a blast.Apart from the lady who gave us the cards and took the order for the food, most of the staff was disinterested in whats going on around them. I did ask for help with a couple of things and they were very quick to help so kudos for that. I will say though that this locations carpet probably needs a deep clean and the way the tables were cleaned made me a little uneasy.I work for a commercial cleaning company so I guess I notice these things but I would honestly LOVE to see this place look better and better cleaning setups be used. The games and all were fun for sure.I think I could rate this place a 5 star comfortable as long as the place was deep cleaned or something.

My son loves coming here to get his Chuck E. Cheese fix. If you come from 12pm-2pm on the weekdays they offer a salad and pizza buffet for less than $10. They also now offer options where you can purchase unlimited play for 30 minutes to a few hours at great rates! Customer service is great and I’ll definitely come back for sure!

Friday at Chuck E Cheese. Less crowded and very good pizza

Its ok, over priced luckily I had coupons but 30 minutes of play each, 5 drinks, and 2 large one topping pizzas were about 80 bucks, if they gave you a little bit more time to play at same price then wouldnt be as bad. We went around 7 pm and it was crazy packed so it made it hard for the kids to play certain games. The place was a complete mess also.

There are so many fun games to play here and a really family friendly experience. The manager was a little short-remembered but it was a very busy Sunday.

My family visited Chuck E. Cheese on a Monday to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was a great day to do it because there were not many people. All staff that tended to us were sweet, polite and had great customer service skills. The pizza is terrific and the salad bar was clean, neat, and organized

So much of a fun place.Amazing choice for birthday celebrations and get together. With a variety of fun stuff to do, lots of children gadgets and they can win lots of points which could be used to purchase things within the premises. The pizza was sumptuous too. Trust me, the smile on the kids faces made it all worth it.

The best place ever

Kids really enjoyed themselves today. Pizza and games so what kid wouldnt. The person at the register was very nice and helpful. Sorry, I forgot his name. He took care of us and even asked how our stay was while we were leaving. Even though it was very busy I have no complaints. Food came out fast.

The pizza was actually very good and the place was very clean and well kept. The salad bar was fully stocked and there was a minimum of spills. The arcade games had plenty for the little ones but not as many for older kids.

Every time I go, it seems as if they are short-handed. Salad bar required attention. Kids loved it.

My daughter 6 birthday here. So fast and easy to do. And it remove clean up on our end. Her father had his 6 - 20 year old birthdays at chuck E. Cheeses. So he loves it.

Horrible experience! The manager Briana is young and so unprofessional. She was rude and has the nerve to have staff walking around in pajamas. The whole staff tonight needs to be replaced. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior at this location.

Had my daughters birthday party here and she loved it! All the guests had fun (even the adults) and I had fun too! I didnt have to do any work :P the host did everything! He was so nice and Knowledgeable and He was good with kids. The pizza was amazing! (the cheese pizza) Now my son wants his party here too, so I will def be back For his birthday party!

The games are fun for kids from ages 3 to 8 or 9. However, the food is very pricey. They have coupons on their website once in a while.

Pros: there are lots of games to choose from and the cost to play the games is reasonable. It seems relatively clean and the kids always have a lot of fun.Cons: The food is not very good. The salad bar was kind of awful and overpriced for what you get. The amount of tickets for prizes is also a little ridiculous. We always end up with just barely enough tickets for the kids to each get one or two teeny tiny prizes.

We went here for a birthday party. The 5 year old seemed to enjoy the place and the workflow of things happening around him.Several parties were happening at the same time. The Chucke mouse spent some 5 minutes with each birthday kid for photos and to hug them and moved on to the next.Be aware that this place is very loud and crowded.
