It’s better for kids 5 and up but anything lower it’s not that great. There’s at most 3 jumps they can go on and a little play area. But a 2 year old running around you know they are going to want to get on other stuff but not allowed with adult supervision. One of the jumps had a sticky white powder all over the inside and never cleaned it off.

You have to keep in mind that this is a place for kids. This is this place as a Chuck-E-Cheese with bounce houses, and no pizzas. As far as my kids were concerned this place was almost as fun as Disney World. They had lots of fun with other kids, they played video games with other little kids, and they bounced themselves tired.Now, the cons.... This place needs to invest in new chairs and sitting furniture. The seats in here looked, and felt, like they were pulled out of a dumpster, no joke. The seats here had cracks in the upholstery, and were broken, and lob sided, when sat in. Highly uncomfortable.The employees were young all ladies, about 18-19 years old and were all but absent from the whole establishment. Even when you looked at the counter, it was devoid of any visible employees working. They were all hiding in a room toward the front of the store behind one way mirrors, and the only time they came out is if you had been standing at the counter after 20 seconds.Definitely not a great customer service experience at all. The employees themselves were mostly friendly but just nowhere to be seen. So just be very vigilant of your kids here because there are no employees watching out for them in any way.We didnt try any of the food, so I cant comment in that, but the soda we did buy was tiny for the price we paid.We will probably be back because the kids had fun here, and in the end, I think thats all that maters.... That, and its also very cheep to bring the kids here.

We had my sons 5th birthday party here. I was nervous about having at a place other than my house, but this was the best decision I made. They made everything so easy and run like clock work. The kids had a blast!

My wife and I hosted a Birthday party for my daughter here. She loved it! It was after hours so we had the whole location reserved for our friends and family. The kids had a blast. The staff and service was amazing! Its definitely something we are thinking about doing again for the next party.

The area inside is big but there’s only a few big bounce houses for toddlers and for bigger kids. Socks required! Not free for babies my one year old had to pay. Kids had fun but it was on a weekday so it was not crowded. I can see it getting overcrowded on weekends with birthday parties. They have a few coin rides and games and a small synthetic ice rink. Fun little place to come by on a weekday so kids can run around!

Had a great time with my kids. I even found myself enjoying the games. Easy to win tickets and good prices. I give only 4 stars because some of the games didn’t work, the magnetic card reader were busted or you had to then use quarters. Also, there were only 3 actual inflatable rides. They’ve moved more to games. But again don’t get me wrong, we had a great time and left with way more prizes than Chuck E. Cheese for the same amount of money.

Small playplace. We went on Thursday morning and paid according to age. Only 3 areas for ages 4 and up on inflatables. Same for ages 3 and under. Lots of game machines for way older kids. Prizes for tickets. Snack bar. Restroom needed cleaning. Out of paper towels and soap dispenser on sink empty. Carpet needed vacuumed. Must sign a waiver to play. Receive armband. Have private rooms for parties.

I take my kids to Money Joes almost every Friday. And today was the worst day ever for them their. The staff singled my children out who are 3 and 4. There was no one jumping in a certain area for 3 year olds. My daughter who is three never jumps without her 4 year old brother. They were jumping together and the staff came over and said they are too old to be jumping in this area. I stated my kids are 3/4 how are they too old when there were kids who were clearly older just jumping in that area. The staff member stated well, I didnt see them. So I spoke to the manager he stated he was going to talk to that staff member. So my kids went to a different area and was playing. That staff member followed my son to another area where there was no one jumping And told him he could not jump there. What kind of person would tell a 4 year old they cant jump in an area where no one else is jumping. If you are going to enforce rules, enforce them when youre really busy and enforce them when you are not. We will not be coming to this establishment ever again. They refunded me my money, the manager tried to apologize but did not reprimand or say anything to the staff member. Then he goes and touches the back of my sons head which then called me to react to tell him do not touch my child. They are unprofessional and untrained to be around toddlers and are quick to judge a child based upon what they feel a three or four year old should look like. There was a party going on and I hate to say it but it was a party with majority caucasians and me and my children were the only African Americans in the establishment besides another couple. I am just blown away that you would follow around a three and four-year-old just to tell them they cant jump in an area where no other child is jumping. We are very unhappy customers and again we will not come to this establishment again and corporate will be called.

Wife and I took our little one there for her 1st birthday and she had a blast. Of course she ended up liking exactly the opposite of what I imagined. There was a play area there for kids her age, boucyhouses/play-areas that parents can accompany their kids in and more. But what she REALLY enjoyed the most was going from arcade machine to arcade machine and pressing whatever buttons she could reach. Cant wait to see her enjoy the boxes that her Christmas gifts come with, more than the toys in the boxes themselves. Will definitely visit Monkey Joes again.

I would say its an okay place for the money you pay. Its just pretty cold, like seriously cold. If you dont keep moving its freezing in there. Overall fine. You get what you pay for

We had our son’s 5th birthday here and all I can say is amazing!!! The staff was great! Took care of everything we didn’t have to do one thing. And of course the kids had a blast!!! Will definitely have another party here!!! Thank you again guys!!

All Im going to say is I wouldnt recommend no one there.

This place is essentially a giant warehouse filled with arcade games from the early 2000s and inflatable bounce houses. There is technically a jungle theme, but these bounce houses are not unique to this place. They are all very similar to what you can rent from any type of place that rents these things. That being said it only cost me $6 to get my two year old in. And she literally played in there for two and a half hours. They have three specific bounce houses that are only for children three and under, so that was nice because there were a lot of older kids running around having a good time but being a little rougher than I would want my two year old around. The arcade game selection here is not great. Only half of them work. Only a third of them were made after the year 2000. So if thats your goal youre better off going to Dave & Busters. They do have a pretty cool looking play place. Its got a foam pit and a huge slide. It isnt necessarily the cleanest place but they have purell hanging all over the facility on the walls. theres no organization to where things are everything is just kind of dumped in there haphazardly. The employees are all teenagers. So if youre looking for a upscale day with your kids at a highly supervised highly professional facility this is not what you need. but if youre looking to spend six bucks and kill three hours this is exactly what you need. When compared to places like Urban Air, though, this really seems super lazy. But a cheap an easy way to kill a slow afternoon.

My 6 year old loves this place, and we’ve been coming for a year or two. Not often, because it can get boring after a while (my thoughts, not his), but he loves it! I like that once you pay, you can stay as long as you wish. It also helps that they have TVs so you can catch the Rockets (not) win the playoffs while the kiddo plays.

Our new place to go. Grandbabies had a blast. No more Chuckee cheese. Prices were so reasonable. Staff was great!

It was a pleasant experience. The all day bump option is great. It was super cheap too. I had no issues what so ever. The staff was kind and helpful. The bouncy houses were clean and the kids loved it. However many of the arcade games were down and the large jungle gym was down for cleaning for 2 hours so we didnt get a chance to experience it. Overall...meh. We may return.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at the Katy location. My mother-in-law who is visiting from Wisconsin took my 3 girls there today to play while I was at work. We go there a lot so I have told my mother-in-law about it a bunch. Well my mother-in-law forgot my daughters diaper bag at home, and after paying for all 3 of my kids and only being there for all of 2 minutes my daughter soiled her diaper. My mother-in-law told the associates what happened and asked if she could go back and grab it and they told her she would have to pay again. I can not believe the utter lack of customer service, as well as common sense. This upset me so much that my family will not be back! They are losing great customers over this.

A good place to come for birthday party or bad weather days. There are 3 bouncy castle for the older kids and 3 bouncy castle for toddlers (3 years and younger). There is also arcades which does cost extra to play (not included in the ticket prices). Tickets are reasonable because its unlimited play and you pay for your kids to play (no cost to adults to supervise). I like there is constant supervision to make sure kids arent climbing up the slide or playing too rough. Both my kids really enjoyed their time here (I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old). I would like to note it is very clean and after every party, staff makes sure to clean up each room before the next party comes.

My toddler had a fantastic time! He ran from the jungle gym to the inflatables to the arcades. He did not stop once. When we finally left he was sweaty, tired, and napped for 3 hours.It lost one star because the gym had a lot of blind spots and it was hard to keep track of that little lunatic. He also saw the big kids inflatables and wanted only that area, it took some distraction to refocus him to his area.Overall a fun days. I would go back, but only to meet someone for a playdate.

I had my son’s birthday party here last Saturday and it went great. The rooms and the play areas were nice and clean. Our host was fantastic. Everyone in the staff was very helpful and friendly. The refs walking around kept the kids behaving. Overall it was a good time and my 4 year old had an awesome birthday. Would recommend.

This place looks totally different and has a lot more fun things for kids. I had been here several times for parties in the past and to be honest it was kind of boring for my daughter because there was a limited about of things to do. We went this past weekend and the place is 100% better, more stuff for the kids to do and now there is an added arcade. The down side to the arcade is that each game will run you $0.75 to $1.00 on top of the $10 to use the bounce houses.

Kids enjoyed. I will say that some of the housekeeping seemed to need attention. I didnt like that I could see storage of chairs and decor just thrown behind play area. Also the sockets should have socket covers.

Fun little spot if the games and machines actually worked. more than half of them don’t work or are completely off. be very careful in the toddler bounce houses - no employee watches them and bigger kids go in there and basically run over any toddler inside even with a parent sitting there. this place is pretty much a disappointment, there are plenty of other places in katy to take your kids.

1) They installed so many arcade machines that it now looks more like casino rather than a place to play with toddlers.2) We used to come there and used to pay the dollar amount equal to the age of baby, i.e. $2. Last time, when we came there 20 minutes before closing, they said we now need to pay full price, $8 (thats for 20 minutes of playing). So we paid $8, and then they started to restrict places where my baby can and cannot go. No, thanks, we will better use free outdoor playgrounds without restrictions on how we want to play.

Trampoline park and amusement park with indoor rides like bumper cars, digital rock climbing, crawl thru mazes and obstacle courses, plus a big trampoline area, dodgeball area, a trick practice pit to do flips etc and land in foam pit, and a GREAT price. They host birthday parties too.

I would have rated this place 5 stars but half of the games were either broke or powered off. I attended a 5-6 year old birthday party and it was great. Good place if its raining on the weekend and your kids need to stretch their legs. Bathrooms were clean and in working condition. Theres a lot of parking and ADA accessible.

Its great but I didnt like that my 4yr old couldnt play in the toddler section with my daughter. They wanted to play together, my son doesnt play rough or run around like other kids. I had to be with one of them in one section and my husband with the other so they can play.

The staff is absolutely amazing, but the actual place could be better. Most of the games are broken, the inflatables look boring cause there’s barley any light in the place, and not to mention the food is just nasty. All in all I maybe would come back if this place gets remodeled or something.

Should have known when we first walked in this place smelt nasty and the floors are disgusting my husband bought an arcade card and put $50 on it to play little did we know most of the games were broke when we asked for a refund they said no lol no refund but none of your games work yea we definitely won’t be coming back to this nasty place

My 18 month old loved it! They only have about three jump houses for toddlers but they allow parents in so you can make the experience great for them . Food is okay, I didn’t want to order a whole pizza so there were not many good options available. But we ate afterwards so no huge complaints. Overall however we will be back

I was planning to visited this place with my 2 yrs old. I called ahead of time regarding pricing and details. The girl who picked up the phone has mentioned the different price options and we could unlimited in and out as long we had the wrist band on on the same day. So We headed over, the guys in the front reconfirmed the same thing we could unlimited in and out, so we filled out the waiver form head to the front desk. Now, this lady in the front desk said a totally different thing said we cannot be in and out, once you are there, if you re-enter, you must pay again, like you cannot go out and eat and come back or go out to shopping and come back. Ok I asked her, well my kid might a break after period of time, she said is not allow to do so, I have to pay again.. I understand your food the way to make your money for your business, you want parents to spend more food money there and I know. But don’t you seem it’s very rude and said I cannot go out to eat? Excuse me? I have no freedom to eat? I cannot take break? So you want me to pay you so you can limited my freedom? The only word that out if your mouth is PAY PAY PAY AND MONEY with your attitude. I do not see my kid will be return here at all, I’ve been so many indoor playgrounds in Katy, non of them has the rudeness attitude like you and they always letting us very enjoy the day while spending there. That was my mistake to decided coming here to check out your place and I was lucky enough to found out your rudeness attitudes before I open my wallet on you. I WALKED OUT WITH MY KID. Last, your staffs will need more proper training on customer service and has a standard rude to every single thing to avoid customer gets different answer every time. My daughter and I are very excited for today and now you are totally made us very disappointed and unhappy.

Monkey Joes had added some new features since last we visited! A climbing tree fort and several video games! Definitely enough to entertain all ages!

The playground area is fine, but the organization is so tight that made me feel in a rush all the time. Party rooms are quite small and not good for more than 15 kids or 20 if parents wait outside. Kids had fun but had to decide between eating cake or using that time to play. Your party should have to follow a tight schedule.

Love this place, I really wished I knew about it earlier, well I did, just wished I went there earlier. My daughter had a great time. Will definitely be going back

We use to go here a lot and went recently, and wont go back again. They have added games and taken out some inflatables. The whole time the kids kept asking to play games instead of jumping.

So many fun things to do for toddlers and kids

$11 for all-day play is pretty hard to beat for an indoor place. We went on a rainy day and it didnt feel too packed, at least not as bad as I imagined it would be for a day like that. The staff was friendly and helpful to us when we walked in as new customers. They dont have a ton of inflatables but the few they have are pretty cool. My son REALLY enjoyed it all, and even tired out running back and forth.Thought it would be a little bigger from the pics, but as I stated the inflatables were pretty nice. They have a section for smaller kids which I think is really great because the bigger kids arent allowed in that area. Unfortunately I would see the little kids coming over to the other play area which at times would cause backups because the older kids didnt want to run over the smaller ones. I guess I figured if the big kids werent allowed in the small area, the little kids would be allowed in the older area.Also, just a heads up, its pretty chilly in there so if you get cold easy, maybe take a sweater or something.

Too many young disrespectful kids working in there lookin and eyeing the moms. I can tell u from personal experience

I was hoping to have my sons birthday party here but no one answers when I call to ask questions. After 3 days of calling and leaving messages, I give up. Horrible customer service at the Mason Rd location. Very disappointed.

I wish I could post pictures of this ridiculousness. There was an entire new game area that was “closed off” for no reason, there was MOLD in our party room which is disgusting and unsanitary, the staff couldn’t care less about the kids nor hate their jobs more. Overpriced, waste of money. Oh and there’s an “ice rink” that’s not cold and not enough helmets for more than three kids .

Nice facility. A little under kept(dirty and smelly). Kid place though, should be cleaner if you wanna let your kids play.

Did my sons 4th birthday here. We had a great time and my son loved it. He always enjoys visiting Monkey Joes. Edmundo assisted us and was courteous, professional, and accommodating. I have no complaints and would gladly recommend them.

My first time going with my family and my 9 year old had a blast my 1 year old not so much.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much my almost 5 year old daughter and 2 year old son enjoyed this place.We just wanted a place where they could go on the somewhat cold day to still play and enjoy themselves safely. This looked like it would fit the need well. It did.My youngest all but refused to play in the areas that were REALLY for him, and he HAD to try and be a big kid - and the little bugger did it for the most part. Sometimes I or his sister had to help. *grin*It was fairly clean, well laid out and easy to get around. Ample seating for parents (if they felt they could sit for a bit) and it looked to even have facilities for birthday parties (private rooms on the side.)We stayed for at least an hour if not longer and our kids never let up... continuous running, jumping, climbing and sliding!

Great place to spend a few hours with the kiddos. It was pretty clean and not too crowded. The only thing it was missing for our family was high chairs for the much younger kids.

For such a small place you would assume it could easily be cleaned. Candy wrappers on the play equipment and my daughter had a band aid stuckto her shirt that wasnt hers. This was at 10am too so its not like they had a train of kids earlier.

This place stresses me. Birthday parties on Saturdays are madness. Too crowded. There are always too many kids running wild and parents cant keep track since there are no private rooms. Ok with 2 parents. If you are by yourself with more than 1 small child, you will stress as well.

This place is kind of insane! Lots & lots of kids running around. Adults arent aloud in play areas. My kids had a lot of fun & it might be a good place for a birthday.

My kids love this place and I love when they have fresh Papa Johns Pizza they have a little mini ice skating rink set up in here its so neat for the kids theres so much more room in here they have a few jump areas for toddlers and then a few for 12 and under they have snacks and drinks Galore on Mini Arcade plenty of room to let the kids wear their selves out

Fun place indoors for kids to burn off energy. If kids have fears parents can go down slides with them. They have helpful and friendly staff. Bathrooms need to be tended to a little more.

Ive been taking my daughter here for quite a while. We live in spring, but every time we come to Katy to visit the grandparents, we have to come to monkey Joes. Cant beat the price for getting the young one worn out. If you are ordering a whole pizza, be patient, as they arent made in house. Build a Monkey Joes in Spring!
