Overall this place is a pretty nice Mobile Home Park. Other than the noisiest people in the world next door to me Im pretty content living here. The majority of the mobile homes are in good shape but there are several that are total dumps. Residents are pretty friendly as well. The new park manager Chris, is doing his best to try and keep the park up to par.

Been living here a while. Nice place. Clean kept. Quiet.Management has good intentions, but the groundskeeper has recently transitioned into being quite nagging about trivial things that werent previously issues.Aside from the slightly overzealous be a good neighbor papers - this is certainly a wonderful home community. Would recommend!

A beautiful place to live at...and a great manager taking care of it!!

If I could give no starts I would! I strongly urge not to purchase in this community! We have been trying to sale our home and have been given the run around each time weve had a buyer. This company in my Opinion doesnt have morals or ethics nor do they follow the Fair Housing laws. They wont give you a Corp number and if you ask and refuse to leave until you get upper management contact they call the cops, threaten to have you arrested and put a No Trespassing on you while still living in the community you pay for!

Very nice community, management always kind, as well as the tenants.

My family has lived here since it opened back in the mid 80s. Back then, it was a very nice place, mostly seniors. My brother was moving into it with our parents. He was 23 years old, and they were not going to let him move in because he was to young He had lives with our parents all his life. They were getting up in years and he just had never moved out because they needed him. He had to get a statement from the park they used to live in that he was not a partier and trouble maker. Now we have all ages in here, I cant say much, my son is 16, but he is autistic and doesnt hardly ever go out without one of us with him. And we have had a lot more trouble in the last few years. But it is still a lot better than most of the parks in the metro area. You have to own your home here, no rentals, from the park or 2nd party. They do have both new and used for sale.

Good clean mobile home community. I have visited it numerous times and never had any issues. Nice community pool too.

Cool place to live

My family has lived here since the park first opened. I agree it is probably the best park in ths metro area. The neighbors watch out for each other. Managment tries to keep a tight rein on things. It is a mobile home community not a trailer park.
