I really would not call this a real beach for swimming since it does not really have the normal sandy beach or the clear blue water. The water is brown and I really do not think that it has anything to do with the fact that we were there a few days after hurricane Lane just left. The area that the park is located is still nice and could be used for picnics, dog walking or the views are still nice.
All the park needs is a restroom and it would make a perfect picnic area to eat lunch at... and rubbish cans to be placed around the park...
Its an open field with no parking, no restroom, and no handicap access. There is no beach.
This park was great and quiet. Definitely worth a visit to spend some time in the ocean. Definitely worth bringing the kids
I really would not call this a real beach for swimming since it does not have the normal sandy beach or the clear blue water but the view towards the mountains is unbelievable. BEAUTIFUL SCENIC POINT,NOT GOOD FOR FREE SWIMMING.WATER IS MOSTLY MURKY.BEWARE OF SHARKS IN MURKY CONDITIONS AT ALL TIMES.
Beautiful backdrop, but definitely not a place to swim or hang out on the beach. Water is brackish, warm, and probably full of bad bacteria.
Littered terribly. Dirty water.
Absolutely beautiful backdrop for your Hawaiian family portrait. Love it. There is parking and nice place to play with you pet or small children.
5 Star View 0 Stars on access to it and safety . Lots of shady characters once in a while
Beautiful but no comfort stations.
Not the best beach and pretty dirty but not the worst.
It can be a good stop, to capture Chinamans Hat in the distance. The park is not a big thing, and the water is pretty brownish.
