Its been almost 2-3 years since Ive last bowled in this center. Even during covid times where tension is high amongst people, the employees are very friendly and polite. Cant wait to come back for my next tournament there.

So after seeing Chris in the pro-shop to drill my nephews new bowling ball, kid came out of the gate with 2 strikes!! Way to get it Brando!! Thank you Chris for being spot on with your drilling skills and awesome recommendations!! Had a great time bowling with the kiddos at Town and Country!!!

Bowling, game room, bar, pizza shop, pro shop..It really has a lot to offerMy family and I did not enjoy my visit!!Everything has an extra fee! And they have limits on who can use bumpers..We left and went to another bowling alley have zero problems.We will NOT be returning!!!

I do enjoy coming here. Great staff and pro shop. Everything is basically always great. I just feel like everytime my buddy and I go I feel like we get a high amount of belt marks and sludge on our equipment which takes a lot of time to clean only to happen on the next shot.

They close early almost most of the times. There incosistant with hours and when called they said well yeah I guess were closing early

We went on groupon and signed up for groupon select. Groupon gave us 12 dollars off the deal that was already a good deal for two games of bowling and 2 shoe rentals for $14.00. Well upon signing up for groupon select we only had to pay $1.40 for the whole shebang. We paid $11.00 for some onion rings and mozzarella sticks and a cup of water. And we paid $3.50 for a modestly sized cherry rum, Sprite and lemonade drink. It was really fun. It was my husband and Is first time bowling since we met in 2015! We had a really fun time. I liked how the place was like a classic bowling Alley. The restaurant was hard to find but thats okay. It looks like they had a really fun arcade but we didnt play at it this time. It was really fun and it was a great way to get out. We will probably go again and I would reccomend it as a nice bowling Alley that people should try out.

Been coming here for 30+ years, and now I can bring my own kids. The family fun, and nostalgia make this a great place. Hands down the best Lanes in 100 miles.

Came for a baby shower, but I will say the mature gentleman at the front desk wearing a red shirt was polite and helpful when I went up to pay for bowling games. Another young man (16-18) with a Justin Bieber haircut, dark blonde color, slim and tall was also very polite when I asked him a question.The room for the shower was a little on the small side but it still worked out in our best interest. My only dislike is we had to vacuum the room even though we did clean up and stack the chairs and slide the tables together. Even though I understand why that might be because of the confetti, I just didnt like it since everything else was cleaned up. Besides that it was very nice for my 1st time being there, my kids liked the game room the most.

Clean and nice staff, the only problem we had was trying to find bowling balls with the weight on them otherwise very nice.

Usually busy because its a great place to go bowling at. Always clean. Cheap prices. Good pizza. Always a great time.

This is a great bowling alley. Side note, a special shout out to the pro shop Tom H. for the bowling gear! A fun place to go solo or take the family, newer game room for the kids.

A overall good place to bowl. I appreciate the rental shoes are in good condition and not destroyed. You can get a drink at the bar and order a pizza while and play.

You can bring your own food & drinks. Very good atmosphere. Bar is relaxing & has many flat screens. Waitress service. Lots of lanes. MUST TRY THE CHICKEN PARMESAN FROM Jodies Pizza which is located within. Its the best in all of Illinois. Food prices are HIGH!

Love bowling, this isn’t like the old bowling alleys I remember in Chicago that had almost 100 lanes but it is nice family environment and great prices.

Everyone here is super nice, and they go out of their way to help you and answer any questions you have. The pro shop is awesome, and they have a great inventory of balls and shoes, as well as other stuff. I love bowling here, and I come every Friday night for open bowl.

Ive been going to this place for over two years now and I love it!.. The environment is chill and the staff is helpful and even the people if you ask them. The energy and the atmosphere is enjoyed greatly if your looking for a place to have a good time with good people this is the place.

I was there for the strike FESTIVITIES and will be back in two weeks for another tournament.

First time here and it was great! Got a free pass to come back from being there with a bday party! Clean, lanes worked the whole time and pizza was tasty! Cant wait to try the arcade when we come back!

Great inexpensive place for family fun. They even have a dinosaur ramp you can rent for kids!

Played in the late afternoon. Between a teacher teaching bowling to a student. So they were pointing, talking and walking back and fore. On the right side on the lane was a family with kids. The kids would walk right in front on me as a started my approaches. Goofy place to bowl. Counter person should know this.

My friend is 12 and has disabilities and they didn’t allow him to rent the Dino ramp becuase he wasn’t of age. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed.

I grew up bowling on leagues here (and still do!) wouldnt want to bowl anywhere else. Great facility and wonderful staff!

Barely in the door for 1 minute and my little brother was yelled at for touching an arcade game. Its a game with a hammer... I went up to it at it makes noise no matter how hard you hit it.

I havent been to this location for about 8 years but I am not sure it has improved much. I assume stuff has been upgraded, but our lane acted up a bit which is what I mostly remember about this place.

We have been going to Town and Country for about 10 years now. They could not have a nicer staff. The place is always clean and because they have a lot of lanes there is usually open bowling. Just call first.

As a student at Joliet Junior College, I brought my ID card to this place and got a deep discount on my games and shoes. 10/10 would go again, especially with friends.

Great staff, low prices, good drink selection.

This is a nice place to come on a Monday night however some of the staff need to adjust their attitude. We had some issues with the food and the way the bartender approached the situation was very unprofessional. She called for the manager and he even approached the situation defensively and with an attitude. If they had handled it differently this would have been 5 stars.

We had a birthday party for my daughters who are 5 and 2. We arrived 15 min early like we were supposed to for shoes and were told which lanes we would have. We had 4 or 5 lanes. The party started at 4pm and they had none of our tables set up. The gentleman at the counter was very rude when my husband went to the front to ask what was going on. This was a kids birthday party and we get put on lanes that either had no bumpers working, one side working or only half the lane and then the lane all the way on the right hand side we had to call someone every five minutes because their balls were getting stuck and wouldnt come back out. I then have to deal with disappointed children who cant have a good time because their ball keeps going into the gutter or getting stuck. I should not have had to pay full price for that kid birthday party where the bumpers were not fully working. We had 22 bowlers plus 15 that didnt bowl, lots of food and appetizers which were really good and open bar so we spent a good amount. I cant say I will ever have a party here again. Also the excuse we got that our space wasnt ready was because they got busy with the leagues. Sorry but that isnt my problem when we are paying customers as well and the party was planned well in advance. We were really disappointed by this experience.
