We had a birthday party here and it was so much fun! Our host Emilie was so friendly and energetic! Only down side there was quite a few games that did not work which was a bummer..

Alot of games not working. Took points off 4 not even playing. No skee ball working. Was glad grandkids didnt want pizza. They much happier going 2 McDonald and playing in there.

I think its safe to say every kid loves Chuck E. Cheese. I wish Chuck E. can stay out and interact with the kids more they enjoy him. This location is in its on building so to me its larger, I could be wrong. Everything was great I notice they have gone up on their prices alot however the kids still enjoyed themselves.

I took my son here for his 5th birthday because he had been begging to go to Chuck E Cheese for at least a month. It was his first time and he enjoyed himself playing basketball and getting on the small rides. The pizza is really good, they have deals you can get on different sizes and tokens/time. They have a pretty good variety of drinks. Bathrooms are okay, could be better. Overall, the place was clean and most of the children there were well behaved and attended to by their parents. The staff was really nice too. I will bring my son back here some time.

Chuck-E-Cheeses awesome. Kids love it lots of games pizza ice cream.instead of tokens they give you a card to scan at the games which is convenient.You can play the games and win tickets and then use those tickets to buy toys.

Tables were very dirty, customers waiting for tables to eat pizza none were available. Chuck E Cheese came out to greet the birthday kids, he only came out of the door, greeted the first family for 3 minutes went back inside. If I had paid for a birthday party I would ask for my money back. Its not like the old days where he would come to the center of the room, and involve everyone. Would I go back or recommend probably NOT. Thanks for nothing Chuck E Cheese

Great time for kids 10 and under, even had games adults could enjoy.pizza was actually really tasty too. It was clean in there and the wash room was clean. Had game repair person to install new rolls of tickets and fix ticket counting machines

The best Chuck E Cheese weve been to in the area. Fast and friendly service. Clean facilities. Staff was quick to repair machines when they werent functioning correctly. We did not feel rushed at the counter when picking out prizes with the kids. Definitely a good choice for our 6 year olds birthday.

My daughters favorite place. She had a great time and was happy to be back. A lot of changes and new machines.No sanitation is being done in between children playing, so be sure to bring your own.I disliked how the manager went from using the cash register, to surfing on his phone, to then handling my pizza; all without gloves on, nor washing/sanitizing his hands. That was an issue for me.

01/04/2020 5:00PM - 10:00PMWe come to this Chuck E. Cheese often but today was special because My brother and Sister in-law hosted my niece and nephews birthday. To start off the young lady in charge of our section was GREAT ! Very friendly and on top of everything, she made sure everything came out on time.When it came down to the gaming there was a lot of people I was expecting to wait 20+ minutes for tickets to get refilled like other times. Thankfully that was NOT the case!!!! I want to give recognition to Lisa and her staff they did an amazing job, great communication between staff and management, they were on top of EVERYTHING!Lisa was great help, she is very friendly has great communication and is very honest!Most times as customers we are told what we want to hear such as “your food will be out in 20 minutes” and ends up coming out after and HOUR ! Today was not the case my kids were able to enjoy their play time and we got our food right on time!Thank you so much to Management and the staff today !Great work and I hope you guys keep getting recognition for the work you do!

We had a great time at this place the only BAD thing was that we accidentally spilled a drink. And made a bit of a mess. One of the guys working there got really mad. Before we left we heard him curse and say something about the mess we made I totally understand that we might of made a mess but that is what he is getting paid for. And him cussing at a CHILDRENS place is just not the thing to do!

Tarin was very nice. She made sure my two year was happy. She was very informative, helpful, and child loving. I dont know the other young ladys name but she was fixing all the machines. She was consistent in making sure the games worked properly. I recommend for little babies and toddlers come before school lets out. I love the pizza here too. Thank you! Promote Tarin in due time.

We were there for a early birthday party, and there was plenty of room for the kids to play the games. It was very crowded when we left. Pizza was good, better than I thought.

Manager was awesome...gave my girl a cool headband even though we were a little short on tickets!

Their new play as long as you want for 30 bucks is fantastic now and you get tickets from almost every game. One of the best places to have a little kids birthday.

Online says its a good place for toddlers, we were skeptical but tried it, there is no longer a ball pit or anything of the sort, just the car rides for small kids. Everything else is too big or requires an adult to do most of the work. My daughter had more fun running around than actually playing with anything, shed have had more fun in an open field. Thankful we didnt waste money on a party. Next time we will do Haunted Trails, they at least have more ride types for the littles.

Its been forever since we have visited. The location was super clean and slow when we visited. It was nice to see chuckie still walking around to greet kids even at slower period during the day. The new card point system is new to us but seemed to cost a little more for the machines then I remember. The pizza was good and out in a decent time frame.

I love the atmosphere every time I have my kids party!! The hostess, DB, is one of the best people that I have ever had the experience of dealing with! She made everything flow so nicely and effortlessly while being extremely entertaining.

Never have a problem! Some of the employees truly work hard and care. Sadly cant do anything about other patrons being rude to staff because they wanted to aaited on hand and foot.

Manager was outside smoking while the place was busy. Chuck e came out maybe once in the 2 1/2 hours we were there not even to do anything with the kids just the birthday party which ok theyve paid more but my son was overly excited to see chuck and it didnt happen. Half the games were broken, no joke, half the games didnt work, half of the other half were out of tickets. Nobody was paying attention. The games that worked and had tickets were over crowded because they were the only ones shooting out tickets. Worst experience ever and we take our child here quite a bit. At least used to. Never again

After ordering our food and waiting quite a long time for it, we were told they didnt have it. They also need more employees. Having one person check in a line of guests while also having to ring up food orders and play passes, it can take 20 minutes to even get inside.

Don’t come here. If I could give this place a zero star I would. “The manager” is horrible! She wouldn’t let us sit in the “party” area because they were going to have a party the next day. Staff is lazy and not knowledgeable. They need new people or this place will probably close soon.

You can now play the games per hour instead of using tokens! Much better this way, my and my son won over 2000 tickets during that hour and it only costed us $40 dollars ($20 per hour). Mich better then the $120-$160 that we used to spend to win the same amount

I have been here several times over the past 4 years...I have seen a lot of changes over that time. Today, though we enjoyed ourselves.... It was actually a horrible experience. It was busy but everybody was keeping to themselves except when you needed help with a broken machine or standing at the front counter waiting to order pizza or beer or tried to redeem your tickets for prizes.... You were unable to find anyone or you found someone that couldnt help you and apologize that they just couldnt do anything.I waited 40 minutes and had asked three times for someone to assist with a jammed up machine.I finally made my own out of order sign and applied it to the machine since the employee wouldnt even do that and children kept losing their coins. I couldnt get reimbursed for the machine either. at one point there was a very kind front the scale but she was extremely slow and the line was almost going out the door for people trying to get food or beer. but their policy is a little ridiculous as I was trying to purchase a beer for me and my mother so I needed a ID for each of us and I only had one family in front of us and it took a good 20 minutes then she had to ring up the two beers separately... It was just very time consuming. When my four-year-old redeemed all four tickets she was short about 50 tickets (and mind you that the ticket redemption machine kept miscounting my tickets and had got jammed up, so we were shorted) my daughter was being charged $0.53 to redeem the remainder of her tickets for a dinosaur (about the size of a quarter)....I gave the manager my credit card to run that $0.53 which was the most ridiculous thing... especially since I saw them throwing other toys at other kids left and right though they didnt have the proper amount of tickets. Its unfortunate, I live extremely close to this Chuck-E-Cheese, but Im just blown away with our experience today... Dont expect to see me coming back spending anymore of my money Pizza, beer, tickets, or toys!!

Just another childrens place. A bit smaller than some others but just as krazy. Somewhat back of the highway. Very convenient to major thoroughfares. Well at least there is beer and wine.

Upon arrival it smelled like pot in front of store and parking lot, lots of young element there. Several games/ticket collector not working properly and taking credits. Service was slow and place looked under staffed. It was a Saturday but you think they would prepare better.

It is 8:50 p.m. I purchased a salad bar and at 8:50 was told I couldnt grab anymore salad because they were closing. Excuse me???? First of all when I went to the all you can eat salad bar most items werent filled, but now I cant grab anything. After waiting 15 minutes to order a drink they told me the cut off time to order was 7:30. Well had someone been here I would have had my beverage. Unbelievable.

This Chuck E Cheese is pretty much like the rest of them. The facility is pretty new and the games seems to be updated pretty often. Just like any other one, it gets really crowded on the weekends and is pretty empty on the week days. I definitely recommend getting coupons on their website before you go. The pizza is awesome here and it has a minimal wait to get it fresh. Only bad thing is the bathrooms are always gross here.

Great place for kids! We like to go at non peak times. The games are fun and fairly generous with tickets. We put $20 on a card and still have credits left after 2 visits. The reason for the 3 stars is that the pizza is terrible and very expensive for what you get.

We go very often to this place my daughter loves it, most of the time we do not have any problems they have very good and friendly staff, sometimes it takes time to order because there is no one at the counter, I do not know if it is because there is no A lot of staff is a good place, they should put more games has a lot of space for tables in the party area and they have several quite old games that nobody plays but in general it is a good place.

So much had changed. No more tokens-(lame!) And no more climbers. Was there during the week so it was empty..but still took 5 minutes to be let in and then no one was there to check out. I worked at a CEC and kids safety was always a top priority and the fact I was able to just walk out is a bad sign. Maybe its just the location but was greatly disappointed.

Not the chucky cheese of the eighties and nineties. A really very clean place worth wonderful staff great food. The games are perfect for younger children and security is excellent.

This location is very clean and the games are fun. Be warned in advance we bought too many tokens because we thought games would be multiple tokens per play however each game in this location is only one. My niece absolutely enjoyed herself and my sister and I love the fact that the stamps you get when you walk in are to match with the child when you leave as an extra safety bonus.

Horrible party host .... put us out because she didn’t want to do her job I would never another party there unless dB is my party host. The other host had the nerve to ask why everybody here it must be tax season how ignorant of you And the manager was no help and sided with the party host. I WOULD NEVER HAVE MY DAUGHTER THERE ️

Had my daughters birthday party and of all times for them to make mistakes would be this visit right? They forgot our food and we had to wait an additional 45 mins on top of the hour we already waited for our food but my kiddos had a great time and they’re humans can’t be perfect all the time. They apologized and returned my money so I’m good

Kind of run down. Many games needed fixing but werent marked as such so people were spending credits on them and didnt realize until after the fact. Food was ok. There are better experience options if youre willing to make the drive outside of Joliet and pay a bit more

My nieces went there for their birthday and the staff kept saying that Chuck E would be coming out shortly.After an hour they started to get discouraged and their mood went from happy to disappointed.If they were not planning on bringing out Chuck E, they should have just stated that he would not be making an appearance vs telling us that he would be out shortly.

My Wife & I are having a financial hardship. I brought my 2 Sons here with very Limited funds. I was able to get 30 credits for each of them and it only cost $20.00 total! They played games for an hour (plus they let Dad play a few).Then, to top it off, they were able to get cotton candy, air heads and a little spin toy with the tickets they won playing the games. Dad was their hero that night...I cant thank you enough Chuck E. Cheese!
