Oh this was remarkable!While waiting in line at the beginning of the forest preserve trail, all you heard was screaming!I went with my daughter, & my 10 yr old grandson, and I was so scared it was such a huge highlight!My daughter, & grandson laughed so hard at my screaming... People dressed up and acting all normal, in a switch came after you with loud garden tools, jumping out of bushes, trees, talking to you one moment, next wanting to cut u up in little parts!Or the taunting song...Come Play With Me! as It the clown character comes crawling a cross your path, only later to run after you!Little flash lites that bearly give off light!The best night ever! My family and I love Haunted Places!Gold stars everyone, thank you...!The best one, was when we were at the end of the path, & someone with a kettle caught our attention on the right, and my daughter turned slightly to her left, & said Mom!All I heard was that song from above, and something flash by me... I screamed... And ran screaming someone is after me, run I told my grandson. He and my daughter were in front of me... My grandson grabbed my flash light and switched it off, along with his... And they; (my family), & the people on the path doubled over laughing as I ran by!My heart was pounding out of my chest!I couldnt breathe!It was the best scare!Again I cant thank you enough for such a great time!

Ive been going here for over 35 years. The go-carts are so much fun. My boys love it. The golf course could use a little work. The strips holding the turf down were you put from...a lot of them were popping up, so it was interfering with the intial putt. Easy fix that would improve the experience. Also, one of the cups was not flush, and was sticking up, which deflects the ball! Other then that, very fun place to go with the family. Hope to see those improvements made! Thanks.

I enjoy playing minature golf with my man. The facility offers many attractions and a lot of different and fun things to do during this pandemic

Mini golf course was fun and well kept for the most part. this place was staffed by young kids who could care less about the customer, which definitely dampened the fun.

Its a fun spot but its really expensive for younger kids. $20 will last an hour at Chuck E Cheese. $20 at haunted trails might last you 20 minutes, if youre lucky.

We love going here. Our kids grew up here and as adults returned to mini golf and go kart ride. They played air hockey as well.

Go to this one in Crest Hill very nice clean people are friendly and help you out tickets are pretty good for the games

Anyone who loves miniature golf this is a must. The race cars are also a great time and the children will eat up their pizza. Then race to play the arcades.

The go kart track was fun, but beware while pulling into the garage, we were rear ended at full speed, my son suffered a head injury. Im not sure why the go karts were not disabled in bay? This accident needs to investigated.

Hasnt changed much over the last 20 years. The games are more expensive. But my daughter and granddaughter had a good time. It was busy but everyone kept 6 ft apart.

Great place to bring the family for a fun time. They have go karts, mini golf, an arcade, and much more. Before we had kids my wife and I would come here for mini golf and a funnel cake. There are things to do for all age groups, but it is definitely geared toward children.

Seems like its always the same games all the time, some games seemed to be out of commission all the time and they seem to lack supplies on thier prizes.

Its... Really expensive here. Holy smokes. I miss the nickel arcade. I brought my kids here today, one went to her friends bday party, while I entertained the other in the arcade. I only brought $20, thinking that would be plenty. It was not.

Well I had been here for 2 hours inside letting my kid’s play I have a breathing problem and so do my son as it states if u have a breathing problem you don’t have to wear the mask now mind you nobody said anything about the make TIL 2 hours and they have my money so if u have a breathing problem and want to enjoy time with ur kids don’t go here

For the price it is ok. Food is on par with other similar venues. Rides and games are somewhat limited but good for a few hours. Not much else in the immediate area which is somewhat of a negative.

We attended a company picnic here and the whole family really enjoyed it. There were indoor and outdoor attractions and it was so much to do.

Always a fun time. Fairly affordable for kids parties and just as much fun for us big kids too! Only reason I didnt give the full 5 stars is because the food leaves more to be desired. However, thats not enough to deter me and my family from frequenting this place.

Went here on vacation for nostalgic reasons. It did not disappoint! We drove the cars, played lots of games, and took home some traditional arcade prizes. Overall it was a great time.

Lots of activities here for the kids. My children really like the go-karts and had a blast racing around the track. There are also a few small rides which are good for the smaller kids. Plenty of video games and skill cranes for the kids to blow off some steam. You can win prizes which are always and enticement for the kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While we didnt eat there there was a concession stand. Will definitely be back again as its the go-to place for my kids!

Extreme nostalgia! Been coming here since I was a little kid for birthdays and loved it. As an adult the place is still fun but, its beat to all hell. They have a ton of business still and prices for old go carts and mini golf are definitely on the high end so I dont see any reason why they cant make upgrades.

The go carts were fast and fun

The kids had a blast, here. The pizza isnt anything to brag on, but its okay. Kids loved all the Go-Karts and inside games. Inside and outside rides were fun, as well. Mini golf is a nice way to spend the afternoon on a nice day, and the decorations are awesome inside and out.

A fun place for the family. We usually go a couple times a year and the kids enjoy it.

Great place!!! Had a fundraiser for my kids Elementary school. Kathleen is a great lady to set up an event with. I would really recommend having a fundraiser at Haunted Trails! Everyone had a great time and their pizza is better than youd expect!

My grandkids love this place.. But gonna stop going its getting to expensive.. Machines cost more everytime i go. And prizes which are mostly junk costs to many points.. Just not worth it any more..

Really love their establishment but I am really disappointed that they have change the amount you have to pay to get the bonus play money. You used to be able to spend $25 and get $7 in additional gameplay. Now it is $30 for $5 in additional game play. So now you have to spend more and your getting less. Terrible business decision will definitely impact how much my family visits or returns. Keep in mind we were coming 2 to 3 times a week.

I go here for the batting cages. $8.75 gets you 90 pitches.

I grew up going to the Haunted Trails in Burbank so I had that as my expectation and it didn’t disappoint. Go-Karts, mini golf, and batting cages outside and games on the inside. My only complaint would be the value you get for your money. We bought the kids a Fun Card and it seemed like every game was a dollar or more, was over in seconds, and gave few tickets. There were a couple of times when the spin wheel would land on a large ticket payout and then just as it stopped, would suddenly get a burst of energy to move past. Add in the ridiculous ticket cost to buy prizes and that’s why I only gave it three stars.

Brought my one year old son here on a week day and practically had the place to ourselves the place was clean and employees were nice

I always like coming here to have a little outdoor fun! Love their mini golfing with 2 18 hole courses ! Plenty of time to practice on your strokes.

This place is awesome for birthdays! The manager Rosendo was very cool! He helped me out on a rainy day, Haunted Trails cannot control the weather, but they sure did control us having fun despite of it yeah, I would definitely recommend this place for every day fun or a birthday party.

The staff here is not knowledge and all socializing instead of helping customers.I got the local flavor deal for $15 you get $30 and was very confused but figured it out for myself.Go karts were shut down 2× in my 1 hour visit to gas them up.One person staff at this attraction, shouldve been more considering their was about 150 kids here for a day camp that were all doing the attractions.The day camp kids were running everywhere while the counselors sat in the shade!Not a good deal and not worth the wait times!Go somewhere else...its a rip off.Staff is very very rude and unprofessional!

We had a field trip for my schools summer camp here. The children loved it!! Staff was friendly and Kathleen was great in setting up all of the trip and details.

Wide variety of things to do from batting cages to go karts. Games are well kept. Pricing can be a bit more aggressive however. Nonetheless a great time for a classic arcade feel.

It is a good place to spend time with your kids, we had fun, employees are very nice and helpful, their food was good, prices are decent, it was clean inside and outside, my only comment is that the men restroom by the race tracks it needs attention because it looks a little rough.

Great place for kids and kids at heart. Mini golf is fun but somewhat aged. Certain parts of the course have been removed that were there years ago. Go Karts are very fun and the arcades are as good as they have ever been. New arcade games have replaced the older ones to keep it up to date. The food is good for kids parties but nothing special. A classic Joliet establishment that is still one of the best places to have fun.

Went for a birthday party and had a great time...lots of games/attractions for the kids. Great place for kids to burn off energy and a pretty awesome prize selection.

Love the mini golf. I lost a ball in one of the blood lakes and my friend fished another one out on the fly. Turns out the blood lake isnt really blood, just red colored water. This did not detract from the mini gold experience, however, which was fantastic.

We really like this place... but its almost time for a face lift. they could do a lot with this place if they put a little $$ into it and expand it a little. zip lines would be fun.

Some games were not working correctly. Had to call attendant a few times. One of the good things that I liked was that the workers were out sanitizing the arcade games.

This place has gone downhill. imo not affordable. They now use cards instead of tokens. Outside food especially cake is not allowed. Party packages are outrageously expensive -reason why we didnt have the bday party there. The cake the sell is super small and again imo ugly. Youre allowed i believe to take a cake if you book a bday party. Management was quick to tell you cakes are not allowed after families spent $$ there. We wont be back. Staff was helpful,not rude. Large parking lot and clean bathrooms.

Customer service at the pizza ordering register is very poor, workers found it more important to talk among them selves and be on their phone. Customer service outside was excellent!!!

Well I guess I have to give 1 star. But they dont deserve 1 star they should get a BIG FAT 0 Was VERY VERY disappointed with them. Never will go back there ever. U can bring in your own cake but cant eat it there. REALLY!! Spent money there on pizza n a lot of money on the games there n got into a argument with a guy that worked there VERY, VERY RUDE!! why can u bring your own cake but cant eat it there. Always a fun time at Haunted Trails. Didnt know that on Sundays from 10 am to 1pm $1.00 for go karts, mini golf and lazer tag.I have been going to Haunted Trails (Bridgeview) since I was little playing skee ball and being able to show my children the fun I had (Joliet).Staff is always nice and cheerful. Games 99% of time are working.We went on a some what busy day, but the wait wasnt too bad.

Went there for our daughters birthday after coming out and seeing bumper stick ripped off our car and crumbled up on back window we will never go back there again to many other places to go in the area thats isnt over priced and customers dont touch other peoples cars

I have been coming here since I was a kid and now my kids love to come here. I always have a great time wuth no issues, but on my last trip I had an issue with the go kart attendent skipping my son and I because he didnt realize we were a double rider pair. He did it twice and was rude when I asked him about it. I called the manager and he did give us free passes for next time, so I cant stay mad because he did make it right.

If you like a halloween themed Dave and Busters, this place is for you. Same company that owns Enchanted castle owns this place.For both the Joliet and Summit locations, the mini golf is pretty sweet. Courses and based on the the Monster Hammer films (Dracula, Frankenstein, etc). Youll put through a castle and haunted house. Again for the Halloween enthusiast mini golf is awesome. Also decently priced at $7 a game. If you get a hole in one at the end, you get a free game! Pretty sweet.Pizza isnt that bad. Better than Chuckie cheese, but nothing gourmet. Havent tried the sandwiches or flatbread.Only complaints:1.) Not a lot of variety in games and kids rides like the one in Summit.2.) Price to play games is ridiculous. I didnt find anything over a dollar and frankly, $10 got me up to 100 tickets. When a paper fan is 20 tickets, you can guess how much other prizes are.

If you live in joliet or surrounding area! You know youve been going to haunted trails all your life! Fun family place with decent food and good game deals! The warmer climates offer even more fun and could get a bit packed in the weekends but thats to be expected. Def go with your family for some all day fun

Not the best day to go. Went because we always have fun but all the prices changed (maybe because of the holiday?) and we spent it all in 1/2 hour! Usually wed be able to play for 2 hours and still have $ left. Sigh.
