A park with easy walking trails around ponds. Theres a really nice visitor center with bathrooms and gift shop.center has several rooms with animals displays.one has many birds and water fowl. Another room has several aquariums with different kinds of live turtles. There are several hands-on stations for kids too.
This place was really cool. My 13 year old son loved the turtles. I could definitely see having a birthday party here. They are also fully wheelchair accessible with both an elevator and a lift. The employees were very helpful friendly. We hiked the orange (1 mile) trail and will definently be back to hike the longer trail too.
Snowy day, wonderful volunteer and a tour on the inside. We also met the resident bald eagle LibertyI am going back in Spring to walk the property.
A beautiful nature center. Went to a winter festival here that was really nice.
Nice trails. Lot of birds and wildlife. Great native plants.
This has been one of my favorite trails to hike for twenty plus years now. Trails are well maintained and handicap accessible.
Make sure to travel well prepared. Traveled about 3-4 mes in and out. There was so much more to see. Next time Ill bring more water and snacks. Oh and bug spray!
Really nice well marked trails. The Nature Center has great activities for children. Amazing programming.
Bald eagle rescue! Nice trails!
Nice area to watch wildlife and walk trails.
Friendly staff and cute exhibits. Awesome foot path. Animals are well taken care of, and kid friendly. My only concern was the steep prices at the gift shop, but I guess they make their money that way.
A beautiful outpost in Jamestown to spend a few hours enjoying nature. Beautiful trails wind through the wooded areas and water features. Lovely gardens and an eagle rehab. Great spot to watch birds or just be at peace. Nice visitor center with well kept bathrooms, helpful employees and volunteers and a nice little gift shop. One of our favorite places to visit when we are in Jamestown.
I love this place. The trail walks are always fun to do, especially with my niece and nephew. There are always fun events that come up and the staff are a delight. You can tell they really love their job and what they are doing.
This is such a cool place! Theres a small entry fee to go into the center (you should do it though, theres a lot of things to see inside and kids will have a heyday here. Everything is used as a learning experience in the best way) but the trails are free. We saw tundra swans on Big Pond.
Easy trails with an abundance of wildlife.
Great place, nice way to spend a day.
The trails here are really well marked and well maintained. There is lots to see along the trails. If you go in the building you will find several fun exhibits for the kids. The new indoor play spot on the third floor is fun for kids and the kids at heart. The staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. Great place to spend an afternoon!
Great place to walk, surrounded by nature and fresh air. Wonderful in door learning centers. Really nice things I. Their gift shop. Very friendly staff, answered all my questions. Great place to stop and smell the spring air. Setting and watching Liberty the eagle is as peaceful as you can get. Thank you for providing her with a forever home of safety.

Had childs birthday here and absolutely hands down LOVED it! Highly recommend!!!
Great trail to walk. Will be back
Great place to come with our 2yr old, he had fun checking out all the turtles, snakes and fish. He was very excited about the fishpond and the hollow log he could crawl through. We were able to walk the Orange Trail with a Non-Running stroller, but I would recommend a running one if you plan on doing more trails. There is no food onsite so plan ahead for that. We had a great time and would come back again. Thanks Audubon!
Love going and hiking!! Right in our back yard!!
The Jamestown Audubon is an incredible place to visit. The many nature trails offer a wonderful peaceful walk for anyone. For the nature lover it will amaze you. The many ponds have numerous wildlife. You will be surprised by herons while looking at the many ducks and geese that nest there. The many wildflowers, trees and birds species will keep you entertained. And dont miss the many special gardens that are tended by the dedicated staff. There are many classes for Adults and Children learn about nature, crafts, and the many ways to preserve and utilize our natural resources.Dont miss SUMMER CAMP!!!!!!If you have children or are a child at heart you must see the wildlife that is inside the building as well. You must stop by to see the resident bald eagle Liberty.
Love this place..
Drove 3.5 hours to see this, fairly disappointed with exhibits and not very well kept up. Goose droppings everywhere. Seeing Liberty the full grown bald eagle was the best to see.
