I love it. I met my husband there and the kids love it also. Even for parties.

So much fun!! Brings me back to when I was a tween and my mom dropped me off at the skating rink every Friday night. Great music, fast skates, fun games in the middle of the rink for everyone to participate in. My kids had a blast and havent stopped asking when they can go back!!

Ive been coming here for the past 10 years. I always have a great time but this past Saturday really got to me. There was a kid working the snack bar who had an extremely bad attitude and prioritize his friends over any other customer that was in line before these other kids. Tried to get his attention multiple times and ended up walking away after about 5-10 minutes.

I always have a great time with my children and grandchildren!!!! I love the games they play!! The dice game is my favorite!!!

Skate Nation no longer exists, and it is now RollerCityJax and it is a great place to enjoy family fun and get in a little cardio. People are very friendly, from the staff to the customers. Go to Skate Nation to make some good memories and good friends.

Cool place! My kids had a good time. The night we went it was filled with teens whose parents just seem to drop them off and they can be ruthless. Meaning they dont care about the young ones around them. But the workers were on top of it and very involved. Wed definitely go again but probably try a different time in hopes we catch a younger crowd.

Awesome place and even awesome people. Get the music more conducive to Chi-Town skating and you get 5 Stars.

The music and environment was great! They almost got 5 stars but I had to ding them for the following. A portion of the floor having what appears to be water damage causes skaters to avoid one of the turns entirely, and the dress code. I understand children go, however, it is a business and it is the parents responsibility to parent their children. Now those items in which are there for safety Im okay with.

This place is great! I usually go every Saturday. They have great food and seating. There skating floor and arcade is great! I recommend everyone to go here. ️️️

Employees are nice, especially the two ladies at the snack bar. The environment is great and friendly. Wouldve given it a five star but bathrooms could use a more frequent attending to and some songs played werent for all ages(not sure if they were requests or djs choice) and at a place catering business from parents mainly specific for kids, that plays a role.Other than that, we had tons of fun! Not sure why Google brings up reviews of the previous establishment. It is now Skate Nation. Seems kind of unfair.We just went there today with our four kids and had a great time. It wasnt overly crowded and it was reasonably clean (bathroom too). There is a snack bar with a very limited menu and equally limited seating. There are 10 or so booths back in the corner, with only one way in/out at the far end. The skates were kind of beat up, but having not been on roller skates since middle school, it was probably best that my rentals wheel bearings werent exactly race-ready. The rink was in good shape. They do have pvc walker-type things on rollers for kids who have trouble balancing. There is a decent arcade, with a few video games, air hockey, and a glass box of toys with a grappling arm, maybe a bit overpriced. Overall, it seemed like everyone was having a pretty good time, engaged in such a classic American activity. The kids got to burn some serious energy.

My 2 kids and I went with my neighbor and her 2 kids, it was very well priced and the staff was really friendly. They played great music too. Overall we all had a really good time!

This is a small skate floor. Great for small kids. It does get crowded at times. But the kids like it.

Came for a birthday party and the kids had so much fun. Pricing is fair and affordable, great place for the whole family to enjoy.

My daughter goes every weekend and sometimes more. They have security on Friday and Saturday night which is a huge plus for me . We love Roller City!

Best place ever you know theres nothing for kids to do in Jacksonville but that is one place you can go drop your kids off and theyre safe and have fun to give parents like me a break

When you get out of your car, youre met with loud groups of teenagers and overflowing garbage cans. With a long list of rules outside, we thought it would be better regulated than it was. My husband and I went roller skating on our first date and for our anniversary we decided to go again. It was our first anniversary too, so no, were not bitter old people. Everything is cash only which is fine. You go inside to a totally jam packed everything. Theres almost no way to walk anywhere. The music system is either too old or too loud because you cant hear the actual music. Only noise. I had to scream in my husbands ear for him to hear me and he could hardly hear me even then. The roller skates are all in terrible, beat up condition. Then, you get into the rink. They have refs to ensure people follow the rules but they dont do anything. My husband and I were getting used to skaing again and we got run over several times by kids. The ref saw and just said it happens. The rink was so overflowed that we hardly made it once around without getting seriously hurt. We left not even five minutes after we got there. When we turned in our skates the lady didnt even ask leaving so soon? Because I imagine they see that a lot and dont care. There are no refunds so why would they care if we enjoyed our time or not? Stay away and go somewhere worth your money.

Great place to teach your little one how to roller skate, not roller blade, roller skate ONLY.

Even with small children that cant skate are still $5 just to get in the door. Must have 5 tickets for the ticket machine to print in the tiny arcade. The carpet is mushy and dont forget everything is cash only. Everything is clearly marked no refunds. Seemed to have alot of business because it was super crowded or just over capacity for such a small establishment. We left 10 minutes after we arrived. Keep pinchin them pennies. We will definitely find another venue to have our group outings that appears to care a little more about their customers and not so much about missing out a penny or two

Very small, people were nice, if you were to fall people would eather get you up or stand in front of you to make sure you didnt get hit.you guys should try to make the skate ground bigger

This is now called skate nation and being a teen my self i say its a pretty nice place, normal skating rink. They have a consession stand and its only a $3 entrance fee

Obviously they know they are the only skating rink in the area, which somehow translates to doing whatever you want to do, including having a rude staff. First and last time I bring my family here.

I work here and I still will always consider this my hangout place

Although i will not remove my comments or change my rating until i can verify this, feel free to consider this information until that time.Dont be fooled by the fake posts, this is the worst rink ever. Rude help, small, uneven floor, dirty everything, the restroom was really disgusting.

Having customers standing in the rain is most definitely unacceptable. Buisness 101: prior planning prevents piss poor performance. Wish i could put 0 stars.

Its supposedly a family friendly place but the area its in and the inside makes you uneasy to be there with younger children.

This rink is horrible. Floor needs repair. Staff needs training in customer service. By far one of the worst rinks Ive visited.
