A very nice place to relax and wind down. They close as soon as sunset falls though.

The disc golf course is very shady and lots of fun.

Enjoyed some quiet time with the family.

I drove passed this park on a distance (route 40) unknowingly in 2018 in my big rental car on my way to Graceland, Graceland, Memphis, Tennessee. If I knew about the existence of this park I would definitely have visited because I freaking love the band Muse. Just saying.

We played disk golf and had a marvelous time. It was great for grown ups and kids, were going back next weekend.

Stopped here the other day to take my lunch break, it was peaceful sitting under the pavilion!

It was nicer 20 years ago if you can believe that. The skate park needs to be updated if not completely redone. Rough ride and a slow metal halfpipe cmon. You know better. The kids park is outdated even the ponds are out dated. Disc golf is about all it has going for it and it needs attention. And at the risk of upsetting someone because they take it as a personal attack but I would make this comment about a group of females as well. Just bevause I park....during the day...... On the north side of the park doesnt mean Im lookin to hook up. I parked to work on my truck and within ten minutes was approached by 3 different cars lookin fir love. Lets have a little social distancing guys. If your close, sure stop by. If your driving some miles stop at anothet park..... Unless your lookin to hook up. In that case this is your house.

Its an okay park! Needs to be updated with new equipment and a few more attractions

Our organization held a meeting in the Park so we could have distances. Everything went well.

Nice layout of disc golf course. However all trash cans on course were turned over and broken glass scattered around cans.

Its a kind of ok place just needs some cleaning up and make it more welcoming.

Could be a 5 star. Needs to get garbage containers, Pesticide, should/needs to be spayed throughout the park. Found a tick on my leg as I was leaving. Basketball court, playground, swings also available. There is a pond, otherwise nice park.

Great spot for fishing in a small pond or grilling out. Peaceful forest views. Great backdrops for pictures. WBBJ TV is here also. You will see news personalities driving through at times.

Swings were old, rusty, toddler swing chairs do Not feel safe and nothing to hold my 2year old grandson in. Other than that We had a good time with the slides

I enjoy going here to walk or just to enjoy looking at the ducks, pond and others enjoying the park as well. A great place to go to eat lunch or read a book

Nice pretty park, several picnic spots, many covered pavilions, fishing pond with pier. We love to eat lunch there!

This is one of the better parks in jackson. Yes, it has a history as a place to avoid, but it looks to me like most of that is gone now. The playgrounds are shady and big for the kids to run around. You can feed the ducks. Theres the disc golf course for those who enjoy that. I havent been on the other side of the road where the ball fields are in a long time. Not sure what else is over there now.

Great place for a little peace and quite

I play this DG course a lot.The baskets havent moved much past 2 years but they are still a lot of fun. A few long shots most are fun wooded obstacles. Park is aged but DG course is great. A++ recommend to anyone. As far as park goes dont go there after dark and dont use bathrooms. Bring some bird food and feed the ducks and geese. Basket ball courts dominated by locals but u can jump in a game. Playground for kids, and fields to practice sports.

Enjoy the pond. Cant play basketball due to harassing, almost violent individuals.Also, have eaten lunch in my vehicle while various vehicles pull up to stare. Sometimes these older men get out and try to ask random, and odd questions.Maintenance ppl seem to not care about safety of park visitors. Would not recommend bringing children

I took my grandbaby there today so he could swing. We both enjoyed it a lot.

Supposedly had a skate park but we couldn’t find it. That was the main reason we went. The play equipment was small and there were a lot of families there that day which made most of the play area quite crowded. We left and went to another park instead.

Scenic and not so bad, definitely saw a couple weirdos but the park was nice and good for family photos!

Its a decent park, but its frequented by local attention seekers who revel in annoying others. Many people utilizing the facilities have no idea what the trash cans are for, and make the area look run down.

Not a bad place if you like a quiet place to walk in the woods, or play disk golf.

Out dated but a lot of family history so it needs 5 stars. Needs some TCL for sure.

I got chases by the goose for feeding the ducks I didnt even go near him he came to me hissing and next if I get pecked Im calling animal control cause someone kids might be next!
