This place is very nice, wow18 holes, This place you can afford to take your family,have fun and enjoy the moment.5 bucks each.They also have rates when you have more ppl.also Great hours.I lived here in 50 years and didnt realize how affordable this was.I got to enjoy the moment with my Daughter.we learn how to play so we will be going back.very simple to play.I rate 5 starI recommend Takeing kids,mate,mom,Dad, ect, sits on a beautful land.cant go wrong.Great friendly helpful workers.love this place.

This ia a really nice, large park. Lots of mature shade trees and it is well maintained. Park has plenty of picnic tables, charcoal grills, and a childrens play area. There is a covered rotunda that sometimes people have weddings at. Also mini golf, golf practice area and planetarium on or near the park. 18 hole golf course across the street. Ella Sharp Museum also has summer patio parties and multiple events during the year. Fall harvest and Christmas tours are very cool.

Practically grew up in this Park, used to live 150 meters south of it. Me Mum is retired Director of Ella Sharp Museum of Art & History, which is contiguous with the Park. Fond memories.

My wife and I played it once. We thought it was ok because the course wasnt too well thought out. Many of the holes are impossible to get good position for your second shot because of the bad slope of the greens. The slopes put you up against the brick edge away from the cup, not designed by any type of engineer to make it a good challenging course. Besides that, its pretty well kept and we did have fun. Great course for young kids and families.

Excellent park for baseball and softball. Has many excellent fields, including a few ones with lights.

The mini golf is fabtastic! My fiancé and I come here all the time! Its a great little afternoon getaway and is reasonably priced!

Great place to enjoy nature, lots of cute wild animals that you can get close to. Not that many places to sit and relax (cascades is better for this) but it’s a great park for going on walks and it has a lot of open space.The events they do here are also pretty good.

We attended the Civil War Muster 2018 here and while we liked the previous location better Ella Sharp did a good job as a host to the fun family event!

This is my favorite place in town to walk my dog. Theres a cute little old fashioned village to explore, (although the buildings are only open to the public during scheduled events), a museum, yearly rotation of outdoor sculptures, planetarium, several open sports fields, and trails out in the woods. Ella is a prime location for a photoshoot, and its also a hot spot for Pokemon Go players! c;

Always, a good place to walk the dogs. Close to home.

A continuously growing park in Jackson. Always something to do here and fun to be had. Love all the work they been doing to improve it and I say keep it up.

I grew up next to Ella Sharp park, and many times found myself taking trails and riding my bike around the park. It is a very nice place that has youth soccer fields, baseball fields, and the rotunda to just go relax and have lunch in. Definitely a nice place to sit and relax if you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city even if it is right next to it! The park was very nice and clean. Very friendly people. The layout of the events was very organized. We were not able to see the balloons launched because of the weather but we were still entertained by the pilots. I feel the organization went out of their way to keep the crowd happy.

Inside and out this place is great! Fantastic place to bring the family or have a date. Beyond having a fantastic facility that is well-maintained, the staff is phenomenal. I have had many interactions with most of the people that work there and they are always kind and generous and helpful. If you need a location for a special occasion this would be an excellent choice.

The park is nice and big. Lots of room to walk and run. They have several ball diamonds and a miniature golf course. Its a nice place to go just to stroll around or find some shade and relax

Our church home, love our friendly and welcoming church family of volunteers. Great childrens ministry. Two Sunday morning services, 9am and 11:15am. Enjoy coffee and donuts in the fireside cafe! Come join us in worship!

Its a nice place to go to have a picnic or fun outdoor activities. Ive basically grew up with this park. Its not half bad. Good place to walk your dog too.

Good disc golf course with a few mud traps to avoid.

As a destination for ball fields and such, it might be good... But its not what I would consider when looking for a park. We ended up there after googling local hiking trails/parks and it was a little dissappointing.

We visited the Golf simulator. Great facility and the staff are very accommodating.

Beautiful place lots of space

I have a lot of time spent just walking or driving through Ella Sharp. It is something I do when I need to lower my stress levels. I know it is not the most scenic park in the world but for our little corner, it does the trip. They also have a fair amount of events and things to do and it can be a great time for family and friends!

We tried out the disc golf course at the park. It was laid out nicely and easy to find where to go next. I felt like the course could have had a little more variety on the holes, but they did a good job of working with the space they had. A lot of the holes were slightly shorter, which works for me, but of youre looking for big wide spaces and really long shots, theres not a lot of those here. Be aware, some of the woods can get very wet and mucky if it rains. I did enjoy my round there and would play it again, if I was in the area. Its a very nice park.

This is my go to place. Whether I feel like walking, or running. Nice environment. Pretty scenery.

If you love history, this is just one of many awesome places to visit in the Jackson area to get your fill. The house is impeccable. The grounds are a lovely, peaceful place to enjoy. And the museum is very nice.

Nice walking trails. Well kept lawn areas. But there are a few more out of the way trails that are obviously being neglected and havent seen any sort of trail maintenance in years.

Beutiful park. So many things to do and see. Historic buildings and sights. Places to run/walk. Fields for Soccer and baseball. Wonderful for picnics and family outside time. Also has a planetarium for those interested.

A beautiful fall day at the park by the golf course.

We love the park but while walking our small dog had a problem with one of two large pitbulls running free (without leashes). Lost hold on our dog as she was trying to get away and I was trying to block the large dog. I believe pets are supposed to be on leashes. Maybe a note to that effect would help.

A place of history a place that used to be one of the nicest places to go when I was a kid. I have allot of great memories with my sons and love of my life.. a but the place could use some new reminders of the way the rrqils a property used to be
