Popcorn always gives me the Sss good price at least on tuesday

Theater 5 has been upgraded with new wide reclining seats. Very nice addition. Im hoping to see more upgrades in the future.

I have experienced so many movies, that were shown in theaters in the USA, Germany, France, and through out the armed forces in the State and abroad. Many emotions are gathered and held through each experience, but no experience can be cherished with out the proper setting, or place thats comfortable, safe with the need of feeling secure. GQT Jackson 10 is a reliable Theater and I Feel safe while being mesmerized and engulfed emotionally in a movie. The theater feels like home and those people that are their seem to have the same reason as I DO FOR BEING THERE. Escape for the moment and the reality of our world, to be plunged mentally, head on into fantasy, fiction,Drama,Suspense or Actiion, or just a good thriller. Family or friends, its the escape and joy of a good movie at a nice clean and well maintained theater. Their employees seem to work well together and you feel a since of ease when engaging with each of them. GQT is a good place/great place for watching a Movie and getting into deeply into it, while enjoying it, while feeling safe and secure without constantly looking over your shoulders.

Great theater great experience

This theater is nothing special, but gets the job done. It is at least more comfortable than the other theater across the street. They have one screen with comfy leather recliner seats, so we always try to watch movies when they are on that screen.

Good prices. Decent seats (recline some but not the deep reclining luxury seats). Relatively clean theater. Clean bathrooms. Carries most Fathom events special showings and many other special movie runs.

Entry prices are always Fair its popcorn and pop prices where they get you. buy them separately instead of buying the combo deal you will save some money also get the rewards card it is definitely worth it you save a lot of money down the road I greatly appreciate it. Great seats that have a foot rest and recline back. The sound was outstanding and the concessions were reasonable. If you go between 4 and 6, you get 30% off concessions. Members always get 15% off. Overall, very pleased!

The seats are amazing if I remember right. Quality of the facility was nice as well.

Okay But expensive compared to amc but they do get most movies so that’s cool. Ticket price is kinda high and not many concessions to choose from.

Compared to the choice across the street, this theater is perfect. If you dont live in Jackson, then know that this is the better of the 2 theaters. Rewards program makes concessions much more affordable and the recliner seating in select theaters makes the experience better. While only the newest movies will be in the recliner theater, the seating is still much better than the theater across the street. If you want to stay in Jackson for your movies, this is definitely your best option.

Jackson 10 is always a great experience no matter if the film is good or not. Check out anything in theater 5. The recliner seats are much better than Celebrations in Lansing as they feel like a comfortable chair instead of an unruly hospital bed. Plus they serve alcohol now.

Theatre 4 was hot and made it comfortable to focus in the movie Crawl which was basically Lake placid in a basement save your money. I realize the movie is not the fault of the jack 10 but the temp control even after 2 of the 6 patrons asked for the temp to be lowered and it was never addressed most certainly is . Not happy but such is life lol

Went to the movies with my mom and my oldest brother. it was a blast. great popcorn and goodies comfortable temp. and the cherry on the top was those big ol comfy chairs. theyre the bomb! recliners to the 10th degree! lil tables made it a wonderful experience. oh and nice staff.

Not a big Theater, but very comfortable hometown style with decent amenities.

I just saw a movie in the newly renovated theater that has the recliner seats and new screen and speakers and it was great. The seats are clean and super comfy. Aisle ways are wide so easy to pass through people who are relaxing and enjoying the movie. Movie ticket prices are kinda pricey. Popcorn and food prices are also high but good quality they also have powder flavors available for your popcorn.

Love this place. Great movies in a relaxing atmosphere. Love the rewards program. Pretty clean, 9 times out of 10 you get good staff. Good promotions, just expensive for refreshments.

Great place to go see a movie. Great selection of snacks and beverages and very comfortable seating. They just recently installed the extra large seating so the seats give you alot to room to stretch out and even more leg room. Its the most comfortable theater seating Ive ever experienced. I would highly recommend this place.

Sound was good, not much of a stadium style seating so you might be looking over chairs and around peoples heads.

Great seats. Cup holders and movable arm rest.Bathrooms were cleaner than average.They week beer and wine at the concession stand. $6 for beer. $8 fit wine.

All tbe seats here are comfortable but theatre 5, with tbe reclining seats, is my favorite! The popcorn is always good too.

I came here for the first time with my boyfriend and they were really rude, disrespectful and it was really dirty. They had security walk up to us because we had went into the wrong theater. Not only but not that i care, they had weed behind the counter. The smell was obvious and the girl was obviously high. I just had an aful experience and recommend the other theater down the street.PS DONT USE BATHROOMS MIGHT CONTRACT SOEMTHING

These new electronic recliners are sick and super comfy. Wish they had them yrs ago. Gotta go see how to train your Dragon hidden world. It was amazing.

They have done very little updating in the last ten years and the place is in need of a facelift. Prices are suuupppeeer expensive considering you can go to Ann arbor and get cushioned reclining seats and cheaper snacks.

Loving seeing the improvements with the theater. I cant wait to see where it takes them. Staff is always welcoming and quick to act.

If I watch a movie in Jackson, I go to this theatre because the popcorn is better and theatre 5 now has the better seats. Movie selections are generally good. Staff are friendly.

Im so glad that I am a member of gqt Jackson 10 Movie Awards just last Tuesday my wife and I was rewarded with a free medium popcorn in a free drink thank you gqt Goodrich Theater 10 Stars from me mr. Terry Treadway although I still havent received my rewards card because the theater that I visit Jackson Michigan on Wisner Jackson 10 Crossing hasnt received any new cards to hand out as of yet hope soon I will be able to retrieve a new card thank you for all youve done in this community

They have a great selection of movies, I took my kids to see How to train your dragon and they had these new amazing seats. However I brought my kids back today and I found out that the new seats are not in all the theaters, I’m very disappointed!

Havent been in years but took 2 toddlers recently and the employees were nice, place was clean and new seats very comfy

Worst movie theater can’t even go to the movies by myself and I’m 17 years old with an Id. Now it’s 18 years of age with an Id to see a rated R movie that’s so stupid to me. I will be going out of town for now on.

This is the good theater in Jackson. Good seats, normal concessions and reasonable array of showtimes and films.Because its in the same lot as the mall, annoying or rude people can be omnipresent. Theater staff dont have a way to stop that since the proximity to the mall attracts them. Pick matinees if you can, otherwise just bring extra patience and all will be well

Seats were great when I went to see endgame and I ordered my tickets on lunch next and it all went off without a hitch

Enjoyable every time. Good concessions and good movie quality. Though, Ive noticed some of the employees that work the concession care more about talking to each other rather then the customer. The only truly bad experience was I went to see the new Underworld in 3D. Who ever started the movie didnt care to make sure it was going properly. (It wasnt in 3D and everything was blurry) after going and speaking with a member of staff it was fixed promptly but the lack of care in the first place still gets me.

Jackson 10 will probably always be my favorite theater, just for memorys sake. Ive been here more times than I have any other theater. I basically grew up here, lolReasonable ticket prices and a great snack selection. Theaters are relatively clean, and the chairs are comfy.Beats the Plaza Cinema across the road by a landslide.
