Good customer service!Wish theyd open back up!

This place was awesome when it first opened. When we visited the first time we were handed a menu and we ordered a dinner which was brought to us right in the theater. The seats were large, cozy & comfortable. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was enjoyable. This place has really gone downhill. The theaters are nasty and the wallpaper is peeling in strips in the lobby. And every time we come management has made some new money saving decision which obviously will result in this theater closing. Honestly, I dont think they care. Whether its a tax write-off or some other fiscal opportunity, this theater is being deliberately run into the ground.

My daughter and I saw a good movie and enjoyed some popcorn. The theater is not as busy as it used to be and one has to pay with cash for their tickets, which the ticket taker yelled out a bit late as we had been standing in line a while. We had to get out of line and go to the ATM inside the theater to get cash. Of course there is no longer entrees available to order to be delivered to your seat....that has been gone awhile. We will still probably go back as it is close to our home.

The ticket prices were great. It was nice and clean but way too cold. I had to keep my coat on and about curled into a ball. It doesnt need to be hot but at least comfortable enough to not have to bundle up.

Bathroom soap smelled awful !! It smelled like rotten metal!! Very disappointing and disgusting.Concessions staff person, she was lazy, and very unfriendly and did not listen to my needs. Very insensitive. Movie theater were clean which I appreciated but concession stand staff person need to be more sensitive to customers needs. She acted like she did not care and very unfriendly. Which made my experience here non- recommendable to anyone. Staff and customer relations need to be improved.

Went to see Frozen 2 with my little girl and took along some friends. Everything was very nice and clean. Movie was good sound and picture are fantastic. Price for tickets to the movies at this cinema are the cheapest around.

This is the closest cinema to me. I enjoy it. No huge crowds to fight when I go. Its a newer cinema so its not ran down. From all Ive seen they take pretty good care of the inside.

Seats are comfortable. Good prices. Not sure I will go back though as it does not allow conceal carry.

The popcorn wasnt fresh... they tried to give us hot fountain drinks with barely any ice. Oh yea and the lights werent working right.. who wants to watch a horror movie with the lights on? I mean really one theater in Jackson has a fresh remodel and just opened another new one. Well cinema planet 10 will be out of business sooner rather than later at this rate...

So my son and I go to watch It chapter two and they tell us my son can not watch this movie after 6 pm. This is absolutely too much and they lost 4 peoples money tonight and we really did love this theater.Guess they make enough money that they no longer need ours.

This is the place to go if you dont want to feel like you are sitting in your neighbors lap. Prices are the same as other theaters. The staff is friendly and the theaters are comfortable and safe.

The price is the only good thing about this place! No refills on large drinks unless u pay. Every other cinema in the area offers free refills if u buy large drinks.

Its a very cheap theater where youll often be the only person in the movie. However, the cinema is cash only and the people working there are crooks. ALWAYS count your change. They constantly give back less change than youre owed in the hopes that you dont catch it so that they can pocket it. Theyll give you nickels instead of quarters and short you by a dollar. Beware.

Went yesterday afternoon to watch Spies in Disguise with my grandkids. It was playing in theater 10 and it was freezing! We alerted the manager and he did absolutely nothing, we were extremely uncomfortable during the entire showing. Another parent also complained only to be ignored as well. BTW we were one of only three families in attendance!!!Never again

Supposedly open all day for Thanksgiving... But its pitch black inside and we have a car full of kids wanting to see frozen 2... Shouldnt say you are open all day on Thanksgiving and then not schedule anyone to work lol

Place is falling apart, but it has cheap tickets. Can take the family out in a very affordable way

Took my granddaughter there to see How to Save Your Dragon 3. Loved it! Good theater. They only take cash so be ready for that. They have 10 movies going. Have been here several times.

Very confusing place. Tickets on the North end of the building, but you must first go to the South entrance, go inside and use the atm for cash. Then all the way back to the North end to get tickets, then to the South end to get in walk to the North end to get popcorn more over priced than normal and God help you if you didnt get enough from the atm... Because they only take cash too. And the atm is on the opposite side of this over sized building.

EDIT: All seats are now $6.l go here regularly, and the staff is always very nice, friendly, and ready to assist me in any way that I might need. If Im seeing more than one movie, and that are spaced far apart, everyone is totally fine with me sitting in the dining area. There used to be a restaurant in there, but there isnt any more, so there are plenty of places to sit and relax. The popcorn is always good, and it is kettle-cooked not air-popped. The seats are comfortable, the sound is great, and the image is very sharp. Its one of my favorite places to go, and one of the funnest experiences I have in Jackson!

Only $6 to watch any movie any time! Very clean place, and comfortable seats! Just dont drive out there if you intend to watch R rated movies with a minor who has no ID, you will not get in, even if youre their parent.

Empty and cold, thought I would have frostbite. Popcorn, popped earlier in the day for 2pm movie. Only good thing was $6 price.

I enjoy this place because its really close to my house. And its not on Vann drive so not a lot of traffic in the area. Also this theater plays the same films that you can see at the 2 other theaters so no reason to go out of the way. This is my review of Cinema 10.Parking.. tonsThey only accept cash so be prepared for that... or pay a few dollars to the ATM machine. I honestly dont mind this because like I said above, this place is out of the way so Im sure they dont get as much business. So any money they can make is understandable.Cleanliness. It could be cleaner, if you have employees standing around they could be cleaning. Although I have no problem with a lil popcorn here and there. Especially with the convenience of it being so close to home and tickets are cheaper here than the other two theaters.Seats. The seats dont recline but honestly they are really comfortable and I love them. A little worn but still clean.The film equipment and screens. They are great. Maybe not the best in town but to be honest cinema 10 is the only theater in town that I have been to that has never had an issue during a film.Food and drink. I buy a large drink and bring my own candy. Sorry!!! Just being honest.Although they seem to have everything the other theaters have. Popcorn is always fresh anyway.Staff. Always friendly. All younger kids probably making min wage but they are always polite after they put their phone down.No big dealIf I could make a suggestion I would show older movies from the 90s at a lower cost during the week and maybe older holiday films around the holidays xmas, Halloween, etc.

We attended with my daughter for a birthday party. The theater was great. Great picture and sound quality. Now the lobby on the other hand seems to have had apparent water damages and not been repaired, especially the floors where the girls had their party. Coming from a previous profession dealing in water damage,I was a little taken back

The movie theater itself isnt bad, but its obvious thats its dying. All three of the staff members were nice. My boyfriend and I went to go see Midsommar at 7:15 yesterday at this theater. All was good, we were the only people in the showing. The scary thing is, when we were leaving my boyfriend commented on how empty it was. Like cricketts chirping. Then we looked out in the parking lot and my car was the ONLY car in the lot. So we go outside and the doors locked behind us. Weird. So we get in the car and I drive around to see if there was another lot for employees. NAH, they left us there. Alone. How freaking scary, you watch a horror movie and then youre left alone at 9:50.. what if something wouldve happened? What if we werent good people and we jumped over the counter and feasted on the stale popcorn. Maybe you guys should think about not doing that to people. Dont go here at night, its scary.

Ticket seller in the front was rude. kids inside at concessions were to busy talking to wait on customers. Nice theater, nice seats.

This place has really gone down since they first opened. FIRST.... They only take cash. This has been going on for a few months so plan ahead.... SECOND.... When they first opened this place was a real treat for our area- Friendly, Served Real Food while you watch a movie, very nice seats, take debit cards, fresh popcorn, etc.... NOW... It is All about how cheap they can be.... Not a treat anymore! The only plus now is the seats! The staff isnt friendly no more real food while you watch a movie, no more fresh popcorn, etc.

Obviously snack prices are high, its a movie theater people. People are nice and its clean. I wish they had better sound proofing or basic sense to not put a loud war movie next to a romance movie.

Cash only, both for tickets and food. Not a large selection of snacks and the largest soda is a 32ounce and thats $5.75. The popcorn wasnt that great, tasted like the kind you pop at home on the stove. The theater rooms need to be updated so you dont hear the other movies muffled sounds. Seats rock, but they look like older models, not very comfortable. Next time I will try the Dyersburg theater, they may be 43 miles away, but they look better. No way to see if they are except to try them. But as far as Cinema Planet 10, not really expensive, but you get less than what you pay for.

For some reason they think it makes sense that only on Saturdays after 6 a child cant watch a horror movie even when their parents are present. We drive 30 mins to go watch IT in jackson and get turned down because my brother cant watch the movie even with adults present. Why only on Saturday after 6? That makes no sense. Needless to say they lost some business after tonight.

They cant keep any good help other than kids. Manager looks like he rolled out of bed and grabbed the first grungy, wrinkled shirt he could find on the floor. Food and tickets are stupid expensive, even by theater standards. Bathrooms were really clean tonight, which is really a first for this location. This is a theater of last resort.

Bathrooms are never cleaned or stocked properly, most of the tv screens for times showings are either off or broken, and prices are high (but you expect that in a theater.) They do have really comfy seats, they don’t recline but I don’t need that. Screens are clean and speakers work. Floors are cleaned up most of the time. Technically the necessities are taken care of, but they could try to take care of the building.

I made two trips in one. My first and my last. Apparently, this is a cash only establishment. To me, in 2018, that should never happen because it signifies two things. 1) someone is skimming more money off the top and inevitably ending in closure due to tax evasion, and 2) that they are too Lazy to find credit card processing companies that have smaller fees. I do wish the employees good luck for having to deal with disgruntled patrons such as myself. I drove over an hour because of the brags I heard about this establishment. I could have driven another 30 mins and went to a more awesome theater.The cash only policy is just one of the many epic flaws of this theater. But feel free to visit and see nice chairs in the theater rooms. Maybe you will find one that’s not sticky. :)

Staff that collects money for admission was rude!!!! If he doesnt like his job or its hard for him to just bend a little and get the money and return your change then he needs to get a new job!!!! The staff at the snack stand were really friendly and polite and quick to get your order!!!! But its absolutely horrible that you have to pay cash for everything because most people carry cards...its an absolutely pain!!!!

It a good place to see movie

I give it a three star mainly because driving time its close and compared to my usual theatre I go too which is way better. Id give it more stars and better review if I could use my debit card instead of cash and occasionally its dirty. I loved when it first opened they brought you food while you sat and watched the movie and it was clean, still friendly service but its gonna take more than that to be booming theatre again. However, no matter the reviews I dont think itll change any time soon..

This place is awesome and as long as you behave yourself they dont mess with you. My children love the place. Refreshment prices are reasonable.

A little expensive for what they offer. Sound quality was good. Seats were comfortable. A lot of trash from the previous showings and it wasnt a highly attended movie ...maybe 15 people in the 7:30pm showing since if was a Christian movie. To get that amount of trash it probably had not been cleaned all day. Concession stand is skimpy at best...popcorn is good though. Here again pricey for what little they offer.

Second-best theater in Jackson. They have pretty good seats. They only take cash, which can be annoying, but at least the ATM is free.

Movie play quality was good and the seats are comfortable. They stopped taking credit cards??? Most of the staff seemed unhappy except for the person at the ticket window who was very friendly. Still the number 1 choice in Jackson for a movie theater.

I once had a free ticket to see a movie. When I told the manager, he sarcastically told me he wouldnt even bother checking it. If the manager is reading this, just know that I will not recommend this theater to anyone because of your inappropriate behavior. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Movie screen and sound is fine. Bathrooms are awful. No toilet paper, 3 or more out of order, water all over the floor, panties with poop on them in mens bathroom that my 9 year old saw

If I could rate it less then I would. I was paying in cash anyway but they ONLY take cash. Not fair to those who never carry cash. The theater only had one staircase and the one exit it had was on the opposite wall. the chairs were so uncomfortable and the popcorn was subpar. The only reason I go to the movies is for the popcorn and it was of the same (or lesser) quality than I could make at home. I do not recommend.

This place is a huge disappointment. They only accept cash which is an inconvenience when the majority of people pay with debit/credit. For this place to be a newer movie theater in Jackson it sure doesnt seem like it. The movie room had a weird ammonia like smell and the only concession available when I went was stale popcorn. The staff is always seen huddled around the concession area talking and not going their jobs, even when the restrooms are filthy. I will not return to this location.

I love this theater. Its never crowded, it has friendly workers, and its always clean.

The movie was great bit why in the heck did this theater go to a cash only model? No debit for tickets or snack bar, but they conveniently have an atm you can use. Doubt I will be bringing my family back again.

They no longer allow payment with your bank card. You have to use cash. They have an ATM available. But are you charged a fee? It use to be a nice place but I will make a different choice.

I guess it was ok to see the latest Marvel flick. I was dissatisfied that they only accepted cash. Seems pretty archaic. Luckily, I had some on me. The theatre as a whole has not necessarily aged well. A little behind in sound system and screening. I felt like I stepped back into the late 90s early 2000s!

Very poorly lit theaters. Accepts cash only. Seats are comfortable but no arm rests. For a better experience, go to the Hollywood 16.

Went to see the new Halloween movie, and while trying to watch the movie an employee very loudly attempted to remove someone from the theater. I understand that it was his job to handle the situation, but the fact that we paid $10 a piece and it get interrupted by an employee was unacceptable. The situation was not handled in the best manor for the rest of the paying customers. Luckily we were able to finish the movie, but it was very distracting.

Garbage everywhere, Dirty bathrooms, can only pay with cash. Not a single price on the menu board for snacks. Spent over $40 on popcorn and a drinks to be told they were out of napkins.....cant wait till the new place on vann drive opens.

Love this theater. It is reasonable, clean, has very comfortable seats and plays a very current line if movies. Great for date night

Very nice theater. The seating is fantastic and big enough for even hefty people to sit in comfortable. Its a bit pricey but the matinee is reasonable.

The theater was clean and quiet and the workers was friendly.

This was our favorite cinema primarily for the comfortable seating which is only on the left side of the building. Also we live a mile away. It has a nice sound and picture quality. Usually friendly service and clean. The cash policy sucks, but weve learned by now. What bothers me most is the lack of free refills on a large combo like our other theatre. The place has really just went down hill and its still more expensive.

Over priced to not be up to date. There was peeling paint and dust everywhere. This theater used to be an amazing experience and well worth the price, but not at the moment.

Im giving this place 1 star because of the ridiculous CASH ONLY policy. I show up here to watch a movie in the year 2018 and Im told that I cant pay with a Credit/Debit card. So Im told that I can use the ATM inside to get cash. GREAT! I can pay $3.00 to buy my money to buy my $10.00 ticket. Thats a 30% price increase. The theater makes a killing off of this.They no longer have to pay the credit card company a percentage of the transactions. They also make additional money off of the ATM machine.Im not going to support a business with practices like this. No more movies in Jackson for me.

The facility is nice but the atmosphere was lacking energy. Fairly clean. I really enjoyed the seating, very comfortable. This place has real potential.

My experience was pleasant. It had a nice feel like a home theater with nice seating. The workers were polite and courteous. The showing room was small, sat about 50 people. Overall i enjoyed this theater and i will visit again.

Completely outdated, hot, and they dont accept credit or debit cards. They were out of napkins as well as pretty much everything.

My family wanted to see “I can only imagine” this weekend well we got up there and we saw the sign that said cash only. My mom tried to use her pin at the ATM but it didn’t work. If you don’t except credit/debit cards these days you have some issues.

I like the theater.....However the cash only is ridiculous! Good thing the ATM inside doesnt charge a fee. Its apparent the owner is elcheapo!EDIT.....even though the ATM doesnt disclose its a fee after looking at my online banking its a 1 dollar fee! 4 stars down to 2 stars.

Cash only for ticket purchase...nobody carries cash anymore..but they did have an atm machine and no charge for withdrawal but you must withdraw at least 20 bucks..i only needed 10 bucks.

I like going to this theater because its never crowded – thats about the only reason.The people who work there dont seem excited to be there. The place is usually pretty empty and the theater usually isnt that clean. The movie decor is dated and never changes. When it first opened it was awesome, good wine and good food. Not anymore. Pretty much only cheap beer and mediocre popcorn now. I like to watch the credits, but they dont seem to want you to. Thirty seconds into the credits the volume goes off and the house lights up. Its as if they are saying, Okay, leave now. Im frankly surprised they are still open.

Kind of sad for a theater to make their on reviews. Who is going to five a place five stars, when they only accept cash? Thats the main reason I quit going. I just cant wait till the new theater opens up next year, so this place can finally be shut down. Ill stick to Hollywood until then, sad thing is they are both run by the same people lol.

First time I ever went to a theater that the people could actually block the screen a bit at the bottom. Someone clealy didnt do something right.

I like the seats at this theater. Very comfortable. I do wish they would have more people selling tickets. People are always lined up through the parking lot. Also, wish they would accept Fandango

This theater could be so incredible. I dont know if its bad management or what. It has an amazing area for a nice restaurant. Used to have great food and serve beer all the time. Now its always empty and hardly even have concessions open. Usually 2 or 3 people working max. But the theater itself is great and if you get the good area they have the most comfortable chairs of any theater Ive ever been to. Would give 5 if it was up and running like it should be.

A nice theatre with comfortable and modern seating. You can order beer and a few food items from the concessions area. There is a place to sit and eat if you choose.

Employees seem nice but Ive never seen any of them twice. Dont ever eat anything they have. EVER. You can spot bugs from the counter. If you want something to eat, just sneak it in yourself. The only reason I will still go is because it is so much closer than any other theaters to my home. Seats are nice but that and the location are about all its got going for it.

If food was a little more affordable then we might go more often. We are a family of 5 and it can get pretty expensive. We eat before we go. Popcorn and drinks here cost us more than all of us eating at nice restaurant with actual food. Lines at concession stand were long. Staff seemed friendly but uninterested. Humboldts Plaza Theater is the best in the local area.

This place is GARBAGE!! We usually go here because of the nice seating but they are very under staffed and the manager is a jerk, and the workers always look unhappy. Tonight i went to a 7:15 movie, bought my ticket, (which i had to buy inside and not at the ticket booth, because they dont want to pay two people) and got a seat. At 7:30 I went to get concessions and there werent any workers and all the lights were off!!! I also didnt see any workers when i left at 9:30. The place is falling apart too. The wallpaper is coming off the walls and they have cardboard pop up posters such as mega mind and shrek that came out 7 years ago!!!! They are letting the place run down like AJAY 16!!! Ridiculous!!! Also read reviews of old popcorn, moldy soda machines, and ROACHES!!! Do not recommend!!! Will not be returning!! Jackson needs a decent movie theater!!

Its far better than your other option there in town. The other place Looks like the inside of a dirty County Jail receipts leave stains on your pants at cetera. Cinema Planet 10 has clean seats. The auditorium are somewhat cleaned up between movies all the other times I go there and the trash hasnt been cleaned up for several movie beings in the auditorium. Your greeters at the door should never be slapped over the counter or Podium and should never be on their cell phones thats the first thing you see. It really comes down to this theaters than Isis option if a new one opened this one would be dead they could still save it if they put a little money into it the wall coverings are coming off the doors they always seem understaffed theres never a lot of excitement people dont look like they actually want to be there at work.

I used to LOVE this place! My friends and me would always go to the movies on Fridays or Saturdays but.....not anymore it has lost A LOT of quality. I miss the welcoming smile and the GREAT food. You don`t get that anymore for some reason. I really used to enjoy someone bringing you your food. I actually thought they stopped doing it. Bcuz I had remembered when they first open and for the first year and a half as I walked in the door they would ask if you waned a menu or if you wanted a meal delivered to you. They just dont do that anymore, And the earlier reviews I read about how you dont see the same employs twice. That is so true. I have started to go more often and I typically dont see the same workers twice, Over all it was A LOT better when it first opened and a GREAT place to go with friends or go on a date but it just isnt like that anymore! I think if they take a look at the place over all and made a few changes it could be a great place again but until they do that it isnt even worth going!!

Concessions close at 730 during the week even in the summer...
