This is a very nice place for a whole family to go to. There is a kids playground, there is a lake, there is a trail, and there is a big space for any kind of sport! I would prefer you come here if you want to walk or jog for a log time!

Nice trail for a perfect weekend walk and bike ride. You could fly kites if weather permits and there are some areas where you could try that. I would definitely recommend to take a stroll on this trail when you have time. Fun time for kids as well. But the place is susceptible to flooding. So checkout the weather before heading to the place.

A piece of my soul rests here. Its where I recharge. Its where I go when the world gets crazy. Its where I center myself. Its my favorite place on the planet and Ive been lots of places on the planet. I still have lots of places to go and I know I will always return here... Go. Run. Walk. Be. Find yourself here.#MyView#MyWorld#MyLife#MyLove#MyCenter

Well maintained bike trails. The South trail has numerous vantage points to relax/take pictures of the Trinity River.

Nice place to walk, run, cycling. Beware of the snakes cooling out on the shades. I encountered one which hissed at me. That was a real good surprise. “Snakes warning” signs can be of great help as I came across many families with children.- From California

I enjoy walking here and getting away from the business of city living, if even for a moment. The trail is just one long path, so you have to walk back whatever youve walked forward, but to me thats a good thing as it encourages you not to quit too soon. Its a lovely walk.

Dont go unless it hasnt rained for a week. Low ground. Floods easily, then remains muddy for a few days. When dry, its a great trail in the DFW area because you can get in 15 mile rides.

Love this trail system. Its scenic and tranquil with enough people to feel safe. Miles of trails wind by water and under overpasses. Plenty of shade and porta potties, not sure on water fountains but you can go for miles.
